He even explained that they don't put MSG on their broth which is even better for me! If you want to try the Oxtail Pho come early because they sold out at night. “This place does hit the spot when you are craving some soup. It's a small hole in the wall where there is just 1 cook and a server/cook. The server fries stuff as well if you order anything that needs frying. I like the old man's soup that has a little bit of tendon, beef, and tripe. Little veggies but it is enough for one person. Great on a cold day. Only bad part is that if the server goes out for a smoke, he smokes right by the door and you can smell it inside. They also don't ask if you want anything to drink like water so you gotta tell them if you want anything and not assume you'll automatically get it. Other than drinks, beef noodle soup is good.
