“I ordered the six meat combo aprox $30I got home to discover the meat was burned to a crisp the fact that the cook looked at me before he fixing my order was the problem. I took the meat back to show the staff the burned food they were accommodating but the cook started arguing with me back and forth although they made him fix me another plate I didn't eat it because at this point it wouldn't be a good idea to eat his food so I threw everything away this is just a $30 loss and a lesson Learned“

“Came here today for lunch and it was my 1st time and it was so good. I had brisket and a side of beans and drink for $40 the flavor was great and the beans were perfect. I had the strawberry kiwi lemonade and that was super good too. The bbq sauce was the cherry on top. Overall great experience. The young man that was working there alone was nice and attentive. Very home style feeling. I will absolutely be back with my foodie dad and tell others about this place.“

Had an amazing experience at Chubby Cattle AYCE BBQ celebrating my wife’s birthday and a big part of that was our server Sam. From the moment we sat down, Sam was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. He made sure everything was explained clearly, checked in on us at the perfect times, and kept everything running smoothly without ever feeling rushed. “We came here 2 days back to back and was definitely not disappointed the first day we just wanted to try the place out and ordered the pork belly sliders and a brisket Mac n cheese. Both were amazing but… the next morning we came to get brunch and ordered the chili verde breakfast burrito along with the tri tip breakfast bowl and I must say that had to be the best breakfast burrito I have ever had! Plus the sauce with the salsa they give you for that bowl was delicious!!! I’m just upset that the brunch is not year around“

Everything we ordered was delicious, highly recommend the loaded Mac n cheese w brisket, I’m no stranger to soul food and this mac rivaled my own… so creamy. Everything is seasoned to perfection. The bbq sandwich with brisket and pulled pork was so flavorful, it didn’t even need sauce. Don’t get me started on the soft, chewy buns…The staff, not sure if the owner, was soooooo genuinely kindhearted. He made our family time even more special, laughing with us and letting us try the wings and dirty rice (try themmm!!!! Soooo good). Over the top tasty bbq AND sides. 10/10 would recommend. Oh and they were playing the jams (not too loud), nice to sing along between bites.“

“Today I went to rodeo 39 in Garden Grove with some friends and I stumbled across Kra Z Kai's. It was my second time trying Laos barbecue. This place is a hidden gem for sure. Everything was the delicious. The ribs were marinated for 24 hours. The barbecue pork and the chicken were all marinated in the same sauce. The owner told me the service was fast and this whole ambience was nice some of the best food I've had in a long time next time I'm going to Garden Grove. I will come here again.“

“Amazing food love Korean fusion especially the bulgogi burrito 🌯🌯🌯the burrito is so packed it will likely fall apart as the tortilla cannot contain all the incredible food and delectable ingredients. I got the bulgogi and it was perfect. Juicy, just the perfect amount of sweetness. A generous proportion and well balanced with the egg, veggies etc.. a perfect medley and entirely satisfying.“

“This is my first time going and I was lost I was looking for a standalone restaurant. This is inside a little mini mall atmosphere building I would have never found it if it hadn't been I was meeting a friend. By the way the food the barbecue is awesome it is unbelievably good The meat was just so tender and that barbecue sauce was absolute heaven on earth. I love the atmosphere. It was so nice and cool inside parking was a bit of a nightmare but it was worth it to have lunch at the pit and bull. Bathrooms provided an indoors very clean great atmosphere there's a lot of picnic tables set up where you can pick what restaurant food you want pizza or barbecue or there's a bakery in there that has the most awesome desserts I got a cherry pie and an apple pie They were $9 They were a little mini pies. All I can say is I highly highly did I mention highly recommend this place It is unreal awesome 👍🏽😎“

“Came here for dinner time during Christmas week with my family. We were a group of 10 and we came right at peak dinner time, which honestly sounds like a terrible idea but thankfully they were able to sit us within 40 minutes. We were sat at two tables and had a burner each. The service was great, especially with how busy they were that night. The KBBQ was super yummy and I especially loved the steamed egg, I ordered two total. The house salad was so so good- I wish someone would tell me the recipe (pls) because I ate the whole bowl. The meat came out at a decent time and I enjoyed sides. They also offered buldak ramen, which my younger cousins enjoyed- so I’m sure other parents or family members may wonder what else kids may enjoy here. I will definitely be back!“

“I’ve been craving Mongolian Bbq for a while but haven’t really explored. Saw this place with good ratings and must say, the ratings didn’t lie! It’s a cosy hole in the wall place which you know that means it’s good. Staff are very friendly and attentive, explaining the menu and how this roll. I got the all you can eat with my boyfriend, it was so much food! I will absolutely come again and I will highly recommend this place to friends!“

“Came by with my son last minute they were almost sold out (says a lot about how amazing there food is) so we grabbed what they had left bbq beef ribs mac and cheese and smoked beans….you guys the food was beyond AMAZING i love bbq but this particular spot 10/10 my son is a picky eater i got him his own plate he devoured the ribs and mac and cheese. “I found this new BBQ pop-up in Lakewood at the YMCA and I can’t say enough good things about it. From the kindness of the family that runs it, to the delicious food. Last week I had the 3 meat plate (I chose brisket, pork belly and chicken) which came with 2 sides and it was only $28! The brisket and pork belly were SO tender and juicy and had an amazing flavor! Earlier today I had the one meat plate with chicken, this coleslaw that is probably the best I’ve ever tasted, and their brisket chow mein. So good! Everything is homemade down to the sauces and they have things like burritos and Texas toast brisket grilled cheese. It’s called Axiom Kitchen. Husband, wife and kids and so kind…they made us feel so special. We haven’t had service like that in a long time. I know they are at the Lakewood YMCA on Sundays and I think Fridays and they are at another location on Thursday but I’m not sure where.“

“This our first time here. We came at almost closing ( 840pm) but the employee was really nice to accomodate and still help us with the food. We ordered a combo 2 for $29 ( only online) n got it to go since they almost close. The food came out hot and portion is generous, they gave a lot of meat and sides r delish. For a bbq chain this is really good quality. Fries r crispy n well seasoned, mac cheese was good, bbq sauce was delishhh. The toast was soft but crunchy at the same time, very buttery. The meat is so juicy and tender and soft fall off the bone type. I couldnt finish my plate in 1 go n i was pretty hungry! Definitely will be back again :) 9/10“

“So far I have tried the spicy Korean fried chicken bowl, pork belly bowl and japchae, all of delicious. Always fresh. My toddler only likes japchae from an AYCE kbbq in Garden Grove, but she has approved of yours. 10/10 every time. I am always greeted with a smile. I will keep coming back.“

“I was driving down Whittier Boulevard. On the corner of Whittier Blvd and Rancho drive. I smelled some barbecue it caught my attention quick like. Luckily I hadn't had dinner yet so I stopped and got a $20 plate. It was stacked with meat. It had tri-tip, chicken, and ribs. Smoked to perfection. The plate included a side of Mac and Beans. I also had two tacos. All the meats are full of flavor, tender and juicy. If you're in the area and you enjoy barbecue I highly recommend this spot.“

“Grading this on a curve of theme park food and, honestly, this ranks as high as it gets for their quick service. I got the ribs, chicken, and corn on the cob and they were all delicious. Maybe a little dry but again this is theme park quick service, so you shouldn't expect anything less. The line is usually pretty long but moves quickly. Plenty of seating, though it is all outside.“
