“This is one of my Thai mom’s favorite restaurants and is also a favorite for my relatives as well. While this is not close to the pinnacle of Thai food, I can admit that most of the dishes are decent. My family always gets the fried pork, thai fish cake and boat noodles. Their sausage is fine.“

“As you walk in birds chirp to welcome you in. I ordered the carne en su jugo, it was delicious. Born in Jalisco, and eating this dish at homemade, it definitely hits home! I also tried the red pork pozole and was ok for my standards,but for my American friend it was a 10. The bigest disappointment was the Tamale de Rajas ( cheese with jalapeño slices) it had no cheese, but had tomato, onion and jalapeño. I would not recommend it. Service was excellent, very clean establishment. Only recommendation is to offer a desert, like churro, flan or arroz con Leche. I would come back, I would like to try the albóndigas next time.“

“1st time trying Pho Waffle and Grill. It's a small place but as usual small places have the greatest of foods. I ordered the Salmon Bowl and also the Beef Pho to go. You can also pre-order or just drive on thru their drive thru. Will definitely come back again! Broth was perfect and so was the salmon. Oh and got cheese ragon as well.

If it's raining and you want some warm pho. This is the spot for you. Close to South Gate, Lynwood, Bell Gardens, Downey and Paramount. It has drive thru and a small mom and pop restaurant that should definitely be supported for the great food. Had Beef Pho and Shrimp Pho, with Creamy ragoons and Veggie Egg rolls topped off with Tai Tea. Yum!!! #TheSpot“

“The Tofu Spring Rolls are good, but lacking flavor. Me personally, I like peanut butter, but the Hoisin Sauce with Peanut Butter had a weird aftertaste. The pork chop was nice and charred, but also lacked some flavor. The vermicelli (noodles) is a nice filler. The crazy thing is soontofu costs $17.99 per bowl! This includes the rice bowl that comes in the stone pot. Add water to it after you remove the rice. Take it home to drink. This also includes the side dishes, like kimchi cabbage, kimchi radish, bean sprouts, etc.

You order on the tablet at your table. When you need to check out, there is an option on the tablet too.

I docked one overall star because the service was lacking. The tablet has options to ask for water or get the check, but there is no button to get to-go containers or more napkins. It was hard to flag down someone, and it took them even longer to get what we asked for.

As someone who recently moved from Koreatown LA to a gateway city, I had to find my go to Korean restaurant and I think this is one of my favorite places. We like to get the Uhndaegoo jorim (braised black cod). Some of our other favorites are the dahk gae jang, as well as the bohtsahm. The atmosphere is very modest and simple, but this is the kind of place that suits me.

“This place is my go-to spot for Korean food, especially 아구찜, 은대구조림, and 닭갈비. The prices are very reasonable, and the food is consistently delicious. Every time our family eats here, we leave happy with both the quality of the food and the value for what we paid.

FYI, the owner sometimes closes the restaurant due to personal reasons, so it’s a good idea to check that they’re open before heading out.“

“I’m giving this place more like a 3.5. Luckily for them the food is excellent. The service was awful. The wait wasn’t that bad at around 40 min. The moment we sat down a rushing waitress showed up asking what we’d order and they dropped off 2 place settings. We were missing 1 napkin for 2 people. Not a big deal and was dealt with quickly. Then someone drops off 1 water and 2 teas so we are short 1 water. They never corrected the issue but it wasn’t an issue as my mother didn’t want ice water anyways, but it’s a bit much to assume. We hadn’t even gotten to look at the menu yet. Then a waitress comes around again before we are ready and we had to send her away again. Then finally we ordered. About 2 minutes later our rice arrives. After that it was a full 30 minutes before we received our food. People around us got their ban Chan and food before us despite ordering after us. All the food and ban Chan arrive at the same time and they are apologizing to us. The waitress (different person this time) asks us if we want tea. I say yes. No tea arrives until I ask. Then need the check. Have to ask again. I understand they are busy but everyone else seemed to be receiving what they ordered in a timely manner. You can probably get away with the delay with a larger table, but not a 2 person table. Our table was the only one that seemed to be waiting that long.“

It was more like somyeon (thin wheat noodles) in kalguksu broth, not what I expected. In my opinion, it would be better if they informed customers that what they requested isn't on the menu.This has been my favorite kalguksu place for a long time.
