“First time visit. This place used to be China village restaurant. It serves dimsum and hongkong style dishes. It has live seafood. I heard the chef is from Pallette tea and garden. When we arrived it was not busy but later in the night the restaurant is almost full. Overall, the food is yummy. The beef is a bit salty. Service wise, they might need to do better as if you go to another sizable hongkong seafood restaurant , someone will greet you and serve right a way. We will try the dimsum next time.“

“We went there for Thanksgiving for the first time. As a vegetarian, I can say I had many options, and what I chose was outstanding. My wife and daughter enjoyed their fish and meat dishes and I can honestly say there wasn’t one dish that wasn’t outstanding. I heartily recommend this place and I’m considering going back for Christmas if they’re open.“

“Nice restaurant and good dim sum dishes. We had lunch late, many dishes were sold out. Only ordered 5. The xiao long bao could be better, otherwise the rest were actually good and authentic.
The restaurant was full of uncles (I didn’t even see any aunties). They all have such serious faces that I was afraid if I made a wrong move I would get scolded ?“
“Beautiful dinning room, food was only so so. It was expensive, but that’s everywhere nowadays.“

“Solid place to get Chinese food that’s a little cheaper than Taste down the street. They’re also a good place to get dim sum in Palo Alto (although in my opinion the dim sum prices are still pricey, but that’s Palo Alto for you).
This time we got the cumin lamb and sautéed broccoli with some white rice. The cumin lamb was very good. It was a bit salty, but this dish usually is.
The service was a little slow this time. The cumin lamb was served before the rice so we had to wait a little to get our rice to eat with the dish. But I’ve gone before and haven’t had that problem with the service before so it could just be that time.
The inside’s really new and clean. It feels modern and warm. Also the bathroom’s surprisingly large and nice. It definitely feels like an expensive restaurant bathroom.
Parking: There are many parking garages in Palo Alto so it’s not too hard for us to find parking

“I love this place! We came to satisfy the serious food preferences my family has and were so pleased with the food. While there is a sign in waitlist, the wait was maybe 10 min. The food was all so delicious. We ordered the juicy pan fried buns, pork XLB, cucumber salad, pork and cabbage dumplings, and braised beef soup noodles. Service was quick and friendly. Price point was good.
I can’t wait to go back and/or order takeout.
Kid-friendliness: Pretty casual. Booths or banquette seating. Indoors and outdoor tables.“

“The food was authentic, very affordable prices compared to other dim sum spots in San Mateo. I arrived at 12pm and there were plenty of seats, but the place quickly filled up afterward. There are two menus. I don't know why. I would grab both because some things I usually get are in the other menu.“

“Another hole-in-the-wall, underrated but great tasting Northern China food restaurant in Bay area. Hidden away in an alley, minimal decor serving unpretentious noodle, soups, and Chinese pancakes and a lot more. If you're in the neighborhood, you need to give this place a try.?? *They serve most foods in takeout containers. Bypass this and focus on the food. I had to learn this ?“

“Excellent HK style Cafe food. Rare to find this kind of attention and preparation these days. Best Baked Pork Chop over Rice in the SF Bay Area!“

“So this place is 10 out of 10 place for me. It might varies for others since everyone has different taste but these are the reason why I gave them perfect score.
1. The taste of food are clean and very neat. You can taste that this place cook the food with perfection. No overdoes on sauce, no over spice, no over added ingredient. Pure perfection.
2. The place will keep knocking your head after you leave....... Has anyone remember when you had In and Out for the first time? You be like "meh this is just another burger. I don't know why there are so much hype???".... yes... this place will have such a same reaction but the next morning you wake up, you want ro go back. Just like in and out. You would like to eat again and again and again.
3. Their Mapa Tofu and Fish are perfectly cooked. Not so much sauce and not so greasy. Their King Pao chicken is very neatly made. Their Mongolian beef is perfectly salty enough to make a perfect pair with rice.
As a SoCal guy, I hate almost everything in NorCal but so jealous about this place and Hong Kong Lounge in SF downtown.“

“A few years ago, I felt like I was in a fairyland because of Salzburg’s classic delicate desserts. I went there again and stayed longer to eat desserts twice a week. Recently, I saw the introduction of your company Soufflé by Little Red Book last month with Mr. I tasted it with the feeling of treasure hunting. It was quite pleasant. Although it added a little more noodles, it lost a little lightness.
Still have a relaxed sense of happiness
Yesterday I couldn't help but taste the soufflé again. I felt that the egg whites had more flour, which made them less fluffy. I also lost the motivation to feel them and the desire to taste them again.
Alas, after all, wonderland is not so easy to construct. There are fewer classic dessert shops like this in Salzburg now.“

“Check the menu on the website before you go to see what to expect. We walked in expecting Japanese and looked at the menu and it reminded me of restaurants I've been to in Hong Kong where you can get all kinds of different things that are different from traditional Chinese food, which is fine.I like Chinese food as well however it's weird that the sign on the restaurant still says Japanese. I didn't see Japanese food on the menu. Maybe they have two menus?I rated this as four stars so as to not change the existing rating.“

“Support small businesses!
Where you can find quality handcrafted food. I loved everything I’d ordered. From dim sum, milk tea, white sauce, marinated pork ribs and chicken feet, baked egg custard, to specialty traditional Hong Konger soup of the day!
I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have experience this taste again, I left HK back in 2006. This place tasted like home, my childhood, I wonder if they are from Kwun Tong too!
Thank you Hongry Kong for delivering amazing memories to me. I had already placed my second order. Spread the word out, hope you continues with success!“
