“Fun, bustling, cafateria style bakery, (with a huge selection of bakery items) coffee and breafast spot. Pricey, which is expected in this local. Pastries were Excellent. Had the enchilada. It was very good. An 8.5/10 for my palet. Coffee was very good. Not Great. Would definitely drop in again when visiting.“

“I was fortunate enough to find Sepideh and her wonderful little shop and asked if she could make a special, custom cake for my wife's birthday. The process was fun and exciting. Sharing ideas and ultimately coming up with a cake that exceeded my wildest expectations! It was a huge hit and was simply a wonderful and fun thing to do. Also, it tasted great! Thank you so much for making everything so special. I will definitely be coming back soon!“

“A fun and delicious bakery with a large variety of pastries, tamales and other go-to food supplies.
This is a great shop to pick up the necessities and a sweet treat while you're at it! On Sundays, there is a farmers market in the parking lot, so you can grab something to snack on while you roam the market or get your groceries and then finish up with a pastry. The prices are great too!“

“I stopped here this morning just to get some GF food. I have never been here before and heard about it from a coworker and wanted to try it.
The bakery is inside of the Polenteria restaurant (see pic for guidance to the entrance). The closest parking is the lot surrounding Victory Lane. I was able to find a spot when I arrived around 11 am Thursday even though it was fairly full.
I checked the restaurants menu when I got home and found out it had an 'entire gluten free Italian menu'. Now I have to go back for dinner sometime.
I got a 3 pack of Jalapeno bagels for $12, 2 large cookies at $5 each, and a brownie for $9. It was pricier than another GF bakery I had recently visited in another town.“

“We came in on a Sunday morning, and this place was very busy. The nice young guy behind the counter was patient and sweet to everybody even though he was working alone and getting slammed. The food was good and the coffee was hot. Props to that guy for holding it down!“

“Got onion with jalapeño cream cheese and garlic bagel with veggie cream cheese. Mostly good but had large cheddar cheese chunks in the the jalapeno cream cheese for some reason. Felt weird , threw them away. we like the cream cheese bit dense, it was liquidy. Also it would be nice if they cut the bagels in half, easier to eat em.“

“It's been a while since I visited. The footprint is increased to accommodate a dine in space. Staff is well trained and friendly.

Inside, soaring ceilings and eclectic décor—complete with a framed photo of the resident cat—make the cozy space feel open and welcoming, while the small patio offers a sunny nook for lingering. My everything bagel with vegetable spread (toasted) and a pain bagel slathered in butter both arrived hot, perfectly chewy, and packed with flavor, easily rivaling pricier cafés yet ringing up at just about ten dollars total. Between the inclusive vibe, genuine staff camaraderie, and consistently excellent bagels, The Bagelry proves you don’t need to overcharge to deliver an unforgettable, feel-good breakfast experience.“
“As a vegan, finding a truly delicious birthday cake is tough to find. But Black China Bakery outdid themselves! My husband ordered the vegan raspberry chocolate cake for my 64th and it's the best I've had in a long time. Kaitlin outdid herself with the decorating as well. As a long time vegan cook and baker, I'm not sure how she manages such a delicious frosting, but it was divine. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Black China Bakery. They were kind, accommodating to my husband's requests and all around a business that deserves our support.“
“I found Rebecca's muffins at Campbell farmers market. They are so delicious and you can't really tell whether they are sugar free, soy free, gluten free and vegan. I have some health problem so I have to be on an anti inflammatory diet and I just look forward to every Sunday where I can go buy her muffins. God bless her!“
“Sherri’s Cookies! If you have been to the Capitola Mall then you may have seen these guys or even tried them yourself. They have these little TOLL HOUSE Chocolate Chip Cookies and mini snickerdoodles. I love just grabbing a few since they are small.I needed to grab a sweet treat one day and stopped here while waiting for another order nearby. They had just baked some fresh cinnamon roll twists that were not even frosted yet. I got two of them to go and they were so delicious and definitely satisfied my sweet tooth.Everyone who works here is super-nice and always helpful. Check them out if you're at the mall and have a sweet tooth.“
