“Food was alright and not as good as usual. both Calzones seemed a bit burnt on the outside. And we had to wait quite sometime for the cashier to be done taking orders on the phone. Maybe the owner should hire more people to help out and dont have few people do multiple tasks all at once.“

“Does someone who has been in Berkeley for a long time this is one of like the places I feel is a spot that if you've been in the area this will be a place you're probably going to visit. But ultimately this is a spot where me and my family for like to come for some smoothies or small snack. My mom would rather go here then to a place like Jamba Juice because of just how good it is also the location is great it feels Homey the people are very personable. Especially if they remember you because if they remember you they'll know exactly what you want every time when they see you.

And ultimately the reason why I'm finally leaving a review is quite simply we came to their place right when they were about to start closing just wanting some smoothies and they were able to make us some and they got my mom's order just a little wrong because she didn't want something in her smoothie they went out of their way at their closing time to not only make her one smoothie because she said she wouldn't even be able to completely finish the customary one they're working but another just because she talked about possibly splitting it with my little sister. The people that work there deserve this good review and I hope that they keep thriving.

“To start off, the staff and service was excellent and the atmosphere was warm and cozy. The Bloody Mary was a little underwhelming with the overall flavor and garnishes. The California Benedict and Bagel Delux were exquisite, unique flavors and a lovely presentation and the portion sizes were perfect on each plate. Chefs develop interesting & tasty seasonal menus. I have explored a number of plates & bowls, especially savor the greens & seasonings that go alongside the entrees. Have enjoyed chicken, salmon, beef, & vegetarian options as well as all the sides. Sandwiches & salads are delish. As is the mint lemonade & watermelon fresca. The place can be hopping or not, & the service is top notch & personable, professional. They do robust to-go orders & have spacious outdoor garden seating. Sure wish I’d discovered it sooner!“
