“We love Eddie vs Our only problem with the restaurant is how very loud the venue is Especially if you're older and wear hearing aids as my husband does I do wish there were a way for them to address the noise level Maybe the band in the bar could lower the volume during dinner hours Anyway The food ambiance service is excellent Just wish we could hear the conversation of our seat mates“
“Mitch's is a great seafood and steak restaurant with a massive outdoor patio. Today, we were inside. It was elegant and warm. The waiter service was fantastic and friendly. We loved their masterful cocktails, especially the espresso martini. The sushi and oysters were great appetizers. Their chocolate dessert that melts off was a fun dessert to watch and eat.“
“Took our family member here for her birthday. Tanya, our server, was so welcoming and pleasant. She seemed like she genuinely enjoyed people and her disposition was very authentic and rare among servers. There was also a bus person on staff who was prompt with filling waters, clearing plates, etc. It is clear that this restaurant takes service very seriously. Despite the great service, it never felt stuffy btw.The food was also on par with the service. We had salads (one pear and two beet), the Chilean sea bass, cioppino, crab cakes, and a few dishes for the kids. Everything was fantastic: fresh and well prepared..We had a reservation for outdoor dining which ended up being on a windy evening. The outdoor patio was actually sheltered and heated, so despite being offered to move inside, we enjoyed the outdoor patio. What an amazing restaurant; would definitely recommend!“
“An exemplar of Fine Dining, WDT is purportedly the last incarnation of an LA restauranteur'd famous Velvet Turtle establishments, with a handful of the dishes his French chef created for them (Wild Mushroom Soup, Dover Sole and heavenly Souffles among them). Two brave souls ordered the Calves (Calf?) Liver and raved about it. The Somellier was excellent, guiding us toward an excellent Pinot and (my favorite) the Super Tuscan. All in all, a great night out and a never-forget imptession for our customers.“
“Love this place but they took out my favorite, Miso Salmon Bowl, BEST ITEM ON THE MENU Other than that the service & the ambiance is always on point, just wish they would bring that item back. Now I'm just stalking everyone's photos craving & dreaming about it. I've tried so many other items on the menu but this one really takes the cake. I made a petition in hopes they can bring it back, perhaps think about signing it?“
“We had a large family dinner here, 9 people total.including kids. The service was excellent, our server made the night more special with his special attention and friendly humor throughout. The food was top notch, all the pastas and main plates were delicious. We would definitely go here again. The overall ambience is special and needs to be seen.“
“I enjoy eating here oftenSome of the best quality seafood you can get in DesertHands down I eat at all higher end local restaurantsThis place is worth a visitNice bar new nice and clean dinning room and outdoor seatingThe owner is always there you can taste the quality and pride“
“The workers, environment, and lastly food is divine! I first came when they very first opened their doors. And so gladly, I came back to enjoy it once again! They have a wide variety of authentic Mexican dishes including salsas & are immensely accommodating! The workers, the atmosphere, and lastly the food is divine! I came for the first time when they opened their doors. And with great pleasure, I returned to enjoy it once again! “Really nice place for breakfast, lunch or dinner.Servers are always super attentive .So far, everything we have ordered has been delicious! And don't forget that Mexican Coke Bottle.Kid-friendliness: My Daughter was excited to see the kids menu with more than just 3 options.“
“Last day on a business trip and we found this place. Wow! The service is friendly and professional. A sports bar with great service! The lunch was delicious, chicken salad sandwich, Philly cheese steak and a club sandwich. We were all very happy to find a great lunch place last minute.“
“Have been here a handful of times and love the consistency! Always very busy, even on a recent Monday when going with a large party. They didn't have a table inside large enough for us. So they set up s couple of heatlamps for us by our table outside. Great service that night and on every previous visit!I always loved their 50% off all bottles of wine on Tuesdays. Great restaurant in a great mall located in a beautiful area of Palm Desert. I highly recommend a visit when you are in this area!“
“I had the halibut rice bowl, and my friend had the Baja tacos. We ordered the Aji tuna stack also. Restaurant needs to do an upgrade on the tartar sauce please! Other than that everything was fresh and delicious. Can't wait to go back!!“
“Excellent selection of vegetarian, vegan, or omnivore options. Service was excellent, on the border of too much checking up on us, but that's not their fault, mostly just me being a misanthrope who was tired at the time. I casually said I was underwhelmed by a cocktail and they took it off the bill without my asking (the berry beauty--tasted very weak, like bourbon and ginger ale, nothing like a strong ginger beer, no sign of the mint, and the berries were just a garnish, not flavor-infused in any way).Chile relleno was delicious but could have been served at a hotter temperature.Elote shishito pepper starter dish was excellent.Beet salad was delicious, but for $18 at least give me more greens. I'm happy to pay, I just want to leave with a full stomach. The vegetable paella was delicious and filling, but it tasted more like risotto. Truly an excellent variety of vegetables, but creamy with none of the crispiness I associate with paella.Chocolate cake for dessert was delicious.Live music (not too loud) and just one TV at the bar made for a really nice ambience. It's in a regular shopping plaza with a ton of parking. (I prefer a denser setting in which you might be able to walk somewhere after, but parking lots are the American way, so I can't blame them.)Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. They were up front about asking for any restrictions and were happy to make substitutions.“
“The place is clean the food is delicious the service was good. Love the different sauces they have. I had the carne seca with onion shrimp and lil of cacahuate. Then I had a fish taco it was good. The bread bow of clam chowder was delicious it had beacon taste if you like that I will come back again....one lol thing the music is too loud so when you order make sure the waiters understand what you want other than that 5 ?“
“This is my uncles favorite place when he visits. The service is always exceptional and the food is too. The French onion soup one of the best. His favorite is the king crab legs. Not for the faint of heart. It's a lot of legs and a lot of money. Truely a wonderful place to eat.“
“We had a great time out for dinner at El Campanario. My wife ordered a casadea with chicken. Her sister ordered a Chimichanga that she enjoyed very much. I ordered a taco salad with chicken, which was excellent. Our service was excellent as well. Again, it was a great time for our first visit.“
“The food was incredibly flavorful. There were lots of choices after our request for gluten free substitutes that were also flavorful. The Tom Ka Kai soup was creamy and delicious. The shrimp tempura was flaky. The server was helpful and attentive. This will be our go to spot for Thai.Dietary restrictions: Many gluten free offerings.“
“Everything is always first class!!! The building/ golf course was built for the PGA tournament. Anthony, the general manager is very professional and has an amazing team working with him from chef Torres who is probably the best chef in town to his serving staff. The wine list is extensive and well priced. From the time you drive up to the beautiful building to the time you leave you feel like it is a place you have to go back to.“
“Good food but we order over $200 worth of food for a party, they gave us no sides. No limes, no salsa, no mayonnaise only some tostadas. Not acceptable when we pick it up we ask the lady at the front and she said..it's all in the bag. BS“
“If you haven't been to the Grotto at Fisherman's Market in Palm Desert, you don't know what you're missing. We are so happy that Louis Pagano has survived the Covid pandemic and has re-opened his beloved local hangout. And, of course, he has assembled the best staff to support him, as he always has in the past. James, the bar manager, is probably one of the best in the business. If you like Tequilas, James has assembled an incredible collection of some of the best that you didn't even know existed. As far as the food is concerned, Ivan now heads that end of the restaurant. Not only is he a chef, but he is also an artist. Every dish that we sampled was presented beautifully and wonderfully spiced. We are so glad you're back! Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality!“
“I placed a phone order a few days ago & the hostess was very friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first time trying them & I was very please with how helpful the hostess was. The food was good and it was done in a timely manner. Once I went to pick up the order, the hostess (who took my order) was very welcoming. I didn't catch her name but she had blue hair.“
“Dropped in for an early dinner. My husband had the shrimp tacos, I had the grilled fish tacos. Both were amazing. We were still talking about them the next day. Service was fast and friendly. We will definitely go back and try more things on the menu.“
“This is a great little hole in the wall for Mariscos in Coachella. The inside is clean and the service was great. Their Mariscos are huge portions and a great price for what you get. I definitely recommend them and will stop by if I'm ever in the area.“
“I was so excited about the seafood tower after seeing all the pictures. The presentation was perfect but the food itself could use a bit more flavor. I enjoyed the guacamole more than the Torre Roka. For $28, it was a decent amount of food, but I don't think I will order it again.“
“Love coming to Frosties to satisfy my cravings. Service is great and orders are made in less than 5 minutes which I find awesome. My most favorites are the Tostilocos and Raspados! This will be my go-to place for now on!!! I highly recommend coming here, you won't regret it!! :)“
“We had a reservation to eat at 4pm but ended up going to the bar for happy hour and had an outstanding experence. There was a petit filet and shrimp small plate paired with a Napa Cab that was perfect for a light meal. My wife had a filet steak sandwich that was excellent as well. Highly recommend the happy hour.“
“We were passing by during a road trip and decided to give this place a try and were glad we did!Crazy rush for online orders, to go and dine-ins on the night after Christmas! We got the Hawaiian bbq chicken plate and Kalua pork plate. Absolutely delicious and well cooked! Will make sure to stop there the next time we pass by!“
“Family meal. Good service. Lunch time was a good time. We showed up before a rush of people. They spread out the seating. This was a good idea. Music playing. Only complaint was the restroom sinks were dirty. Also had snow crab and garlic bread. Overall a good experience.Kid-friendliness: Allowed space for stroller. Provided requests.“
“Definitely a hidden gem if you’re not from the valley I’ve been coming here for years. The Agua chilies is my favorite however, so overpriced the food is good and the candies at the front counter are also delicious if you want authentic Mexican food with flavor when visiting Indio be sure to check out El Tapatio located on Indio Boulevard which is also a historic route.“
“If you are looking for an authentic, old school good Mexican food place , Cazuelas could be the place for you. It certainly was for me. Clean and neat without a lot of the standard decorative fussiness Cazuela offers delicious old school and authentic Mexican food. Located at the southern end of Coachella in an older working class area you will never want to overlook a place that the 'locals' flock to. We had the cheese enchiladas and chili Colorado on our first visit. All the sauces taste home made just like our Mama Fortunata made back in the day. Generous portions and fresh tasting we were very happy campers. Subsequent visits we tried the chili rellenos which came 2 to a plate with wonderful beans and rice. And the best shredded beef enchiladas ever!! Beans were creamy and flavorful, rice fluffy and simply perfect and a nice amount of beef in the enchilada. Sense a theme here ? And I can't forget to mention just how lovely the staff is. Efficient and friendly and quick to refill your drinks. What more could you ask for!?!?“
“It's a small place that gets busy with the few people it holds (like 8 tables). Having said that I always call in and order to go that way I'm not sitting there waiting. I always order tosti-ceviche and the agua chiles because they're made just perfect. Also the chavellas are the best in town I'd say the best I've ever had.“

“Our first time to dine at Coral Sushi. Service was excellent. We ordered Gyoza, and chicken wings for appetizers, very good. The fried rice with Kimchi was delicious but the Coachella Roll was a disappointment . It was bland, we couldn't taste the tempura shrimp, fish on top was dry , and it needed a sauce. We decided we would go back but we would not order the rolls. And To be fair we only tried one. The atmosphere was fine. It was Friday and very crowded. We over heard every word of the conversation next to us, as booth seating is very close to each other. I would suggest try for yourself. We will go again.“
“We had a 4 hour layover in SFO enroute for our flight to Auckland so we decided to grab a quick bite. I've tried this place once before and I just remembered it was once of the best lobster rolls I've had. Took an Uber and it was only a quick 8 minute drive so it's not far from the airport. We ordered 2 naked lobster rolls and a bowl of corn lobster chowder and my goodness both were so good! Very filling so get ready to take a nap (which worked out for us on the plane ). Fast and efficient service. They also have daily specials and they have a good outdoor seating area. Parking are all street parking and they have a small area beside. A must to try when you're in a hurry to grab a quick bite in between flights (if your schedule permits)“
“The best plate of food I've had in a very long time. First time here but definitely won't be the last. I got the shrimp and swai plate with cauliflower rice and zucchini and everything was perfectly cooked and had a nice sear. This is top tier food, thank you to everyone here!“
“I am from WA state and i come to eat here every time we’re in Palm Springs. I’ve been here 5 different times and the food has always been amazing! The staff is really friendly and the live music is great! I look forward to coming here every time!“
“Absolutely the best Fish & Chips in town and the Coleslaw is addictive. Everything we've had there has been excellent. Brett the owner and chef makes you feel like family. We haven't been there in years because we moved. We're back in the area now but my husband is not able to go out anymore. We really miss going there. Joe & Sharon Vieson“
“So amazing!!! Best Indian food we have food traveling! Saag Paneer and my Chicken tikka masala was the bomb! Garlic naan was phenomenal! Vindaloo is spicy but great!!! Tons of vegetarian options! Be there as soon as they open to not have to wait.“
“Hadn't been here in years but came back with some friends last week and loved it. The tuna and seabass were out of this world and even the rigatoni was surprisingly awesome. I say surprisingly because they aren't known for pasta but it was perfectly al dente and the sauce was rich without being heavy. There were 7 of us at dinner and every one of us left stuffed and happy. Highly recommend!“
“Amazing food, service, and food!!! The food was so good I had to mention it twice!!!The staff were so nice and the food was really good. As a socal native I have had plenty of Mexican food and I can say that this place is definitely one of the better Mexican food restaurants I’ve been too!It was so good I had to write this up while still in the restaurant!!!“
“Just a short distance from the Indian Wells Tennis Paradise, this simple seafood restaurant has a big menu. We enjoyed the freshness of various seafoods. Outdoor seatings were covered so we were shielded from the chilly weather of early spring. Service was prompt with desert California friendliness. This place deserves repeated visits because it is ideal after a long and warm day under the sun watching intense tennis.“
“I really love this place, love their food, but everytime I use delivery I am missing food. I use my reward points but never get the actual food redeemed. Last order was $38 and I was missing dessert, one drink, side order of chips and two side dips…called and no one answers phone. I won’t be doing this again, unfortunately, never once has my order been complete.“
“I haven't been here since I was a kid and I was happy to be back. The food is very good and always makes you want to try new things. The service is a bit slow, but I believe they are severely understaffed. The restaurant is a bit dark and very relaxing, but a younger person, as myself, I love it and can see fine. I've tried multiple items so far and I haven't been disappointed tbh. Only thing I'd change is making the spicy items a bit more spicy. I felt no spice with the items I ordered. I'll be back Shanghai Inn!“
“manager or owner is so beyond rude!!! however her staff was amazing and on point food here is great just ignore the rude, bitter, greedy manager she treated and belittled her amazing workers. i felt so bad. nonetheless food is great manager just needs to learn how to treat staff properly asap!!!!!“
“Service was amazing. The menu is pretty large so it'll please anyone who wants to eat. The wedge salad was probably the best wedge salads I'd ever had. It could easily be a full meal on its own or split between 4 people. Next best was the garlic cheesy bread. I could eat that all day. Drinks are very standard. Don't expect a mixologist but they do have a decent bar and a drink menu. Will definitely come back here if I'm in the area!“
“Super friendly and attentive host, but our server was the best of the entire night, excellent service. He gave us many options and was attentive to us the entire time, bravo to him.All the food was excellent, everything on point, excellent presentation and quality. We had a wonderful experience.“
“I recently visited The Nest and had an amazing experience! The atmosphere was vibrant, thanks in part to the skilled DJ who knew how to keep the energy up all night. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish exceeding my expectations. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff making sure our needs were met throughout the evening. Overall, I highly recommend The Nest to anyone looking for a fantastic dining, dancing and entertainment experience!“
“This is a fabulous, moderately priced Italian restaurant. Lat visiting Palm Springs/La Quinta area we ate here 3 times.Food was amazing and portions large. Lots of seniors there and the seemed to love this place. It has been here for over 50 years. We had everything from lobster/crab cannoli, to massive pork shank, to spinach salads, to pizza and more.Try it.“
“I decided to try Mimi's, just up the street, today for breakfast and what a great choice!Being from Virginia, I was pleasantly surprised to see Blue Crab Bennies on the menu and was not disappointed. They, along with the potatoes were delicious! My server Nancy was very good and I enjoyed my experience! Going to go back!“
“I'm impatient . But I'm not stupid . I like to order ahead of time like today. Just to beat the wait time by getting ready and getting in my car and driving and picking up my phone to call it in. .not only is it so simple . But does it always come out 110% every time . Never dissatisfied . Call me a fat ass I could care less . With such delicious food as simple as spaghetti and meatballs with a few garlic buttered toasts . You cannot go wrong . And I'm not gonna say I'm a critic or anything . But out of the many Mario's around . I recommend the Palm Springs, Bermuda dunes, I haven't tried the one in Palm desert or the one on Varner by Stater bros but not trying to throw too much shade . The Indio one was exceptional . The service and ambiance was equivalent to the ones I have been to . But the food was not . Not only did I feel as though I was skimped out on my portions but do I feel I was stolen from . Cause they charge the same price as the great ones like this one i am commenting on . But they did not serve it to my basic requirements . It was cold for mine and my girlfriends . And although she was kind. Our server . She was rushing and in a hurry and to me meant they were understaffed . None the less I only expect improvement from them if they want to continue business but who am I right lol . Also here is a pic of my empty large spaghetti and meatballs . I don't care . I'd pay twice the amount they charge me for what they give me for they are to kind of. God bless your Mario's Italian cafe .“
