We had a wonderful Father’s Day dinner here, and everything exceeded our expectations. The waitstaff and the friendly girls at the door who seated us were all fantastic—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Everyone took the time to explain the specials and answer questions, which made the experience feel personal and special. 
The portions were generous and the food was incredibly fresh and flavorful. As a nice touch, they even took a Polaroid picture of us with their own camera to commemorate the occasion—what a thoughtful gesture!

“Food: Their Shrimp Masala and Saag Paneer was seasoned well. They went well with the Garlic Naan and Basmati Rice. Mango Lassi was premade.

Service: Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations.

“I'm biased. My nephew's girlfriend is the manager here so I know the place is terrific😄 that being said, the duck fat secret herb seasoned fries are to die for. The rotating menu offered a killer Baja fish taco which was fabulous. I lived on the beach in Baja for 2 years so I know my tacos😋 The cocktails are professional. They have a great Happy Hour for food too! Good background music but not too loud for conversation.“

“Definitely one of the best Italian restaurants in Marin County. Generous portions, very tasty , and a cozy place. I like my food high in salt which was perfect, but if you’re not good with that, make sure to let the waitress that.“

Good:
- Prompt service - our food came out quickly!
- The strawberry matcha oat latte was super tasty! Wasn't too sweet either
- The korean scramble was great! Huge portion sizes and the potato was freshly crisped
- Cute interior, but it's pretty small inside

Bad:
- The french toast special here is way too sweet it made me a bit nauseous at the end
- Pretty expensive, about $38pp for 2 entrees and a drink

“Had the Californi Benedict. Good portion and prepared well. Also had Burrata Toast which was simple and delicious. Comes with 3 slices of toasted country bread. It could use another slice to finish off the burrata. Would order both again. Pastries also yummy but you have to get there early to have the choices.“

I’m not a fan so I get it without that, but I had Sriracha and the flavor is just mind blowing best thing in Marin right now. “Came for a burger at the recommendation of the Marin Burger Club. The burger is somewhat forgettable, not having much in the way of flavor. Writing this review less than two weeks after having it, little sticks out. Most notable is the bun, which had an oddly firm crust that I found off-putting. The fries were enjoyable, service good, and restaurant itself well laid out. But as for the burger...it's a slightly nicer version of Gott's burger. Good, not great.“

“I love this place! I’ve only been here twice while out on my first bike-packing trip and this is the place to go if you’re in Fairfax. The staff is really nice and they played live music Saturday and Sunday while I was there which really brought up the atmosphere. I had their Americano on Friday and it warmed me up after a cold morning camping. On Saturday I had a longer stay and tried their Iced Mexican Mocha and it was refreshing and and so comforting. I also really enjoyed their breakfast sandwich and whoopie pie while hanging around. Whenever I’m back in the area I’ll be sure to make a stop. It’s a community place where I was able to hang out and chat with folks about my big adventure and share some real space.“

“Ordered a lemon poppyseed cake and iced latte. The latte was very smooth and perfect. While the texture of the cake was good with the poppyseeds adding great crunch, the lemon flavor of it was missing. Could have added more lemon zest and juice to it. As for the icing, it’s sugar icing. So there is nothing to complain about.“

They have beer on tap, an outdoor patio area seated away from the bustle of the main road, solid Wi-Fi and plug-ins. My personal favorite is the Lostrami on Dutch Crunch.“

“We ate here a few times during our recent stay. The seafood stew was delicious, perfectly cooked seafood that melts in your mouth. I'm a bread fanatic (what can I say) and the garlic bread shocked me it was so good. I would eat just a meal of the garlic bread if I could. The avocado pasta was also surprisingly good. Wouldn't have thought of that flavor combination but it worked well. Clam chowder was warming and a solid choice, again sort of overshadowed by my aw at the world's greatest croutons on to the soup? Whoever is baking and toasting the bread at this restaurant has a gift.

My least favorite dishes were the seafood risotto (tiny portion, barely any seafood in it), and the chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich had some sort of seasoning in it with the consistency of sand. Like chewing chicken covered in sand. Had to scrape it off.“
