“Walked in here today to grab a boba drink with my daughter. I ordered a matcha mango latte with boba and daughter got a classic milk tea with boba. We love our drinks. staff was super friendly and asked for feedbacks or need to adjust the drink for us or not.“

“Good Boba place in the area. There are a lot of options and many add-ons and flavors to make your drink taste wonderful. Workers are friendly and patient. Wish this place is closer to my home.“

“If you care about the “tea” part of milk tea, go here. Store is two parts: boba shop and loose leaf tea shop.

Boba shop: huge selection of many different teas as well as flavors/cremas etc. my favorite part is that you can ask what tea they use in the drink and they will tell you what it is. This place is a dream. Prices are reasonable (~$5-6). It’s my favorite way to try new teas.

Their loose leaf selection is enormous, particularly for tieguanyin and puer. Not to mention they do sell teapots and other tea accessories. My favorite tea is their Strong Aroma Tieguanyin, which is also the tea used in their Tieguanyin Crema in the boba shop.“

“Well priced drinks. Came here years ago, and I'm glad they are still around. Got a 25% sweet pear tea drink, and, personally, I would get it sweeter next time. The 25% sweet lychee tea drink, though, was the right amount of sweetness for me.

Overall, I will come again when I am around the area again. The place is small and has no restrooms.“

“I've been here multiple times now and drive out of my way to get boba from here. Everything I've gotten so far has been amazing, including the taro milk tea, the matcha milk tea, and the jasmine milk tea. The Thai milk tea is good but similar to any other place. The service has been quick every single time that I've been. I come here for the great quality taste and for the reliable, fast service. And it is super reasonably priced.“

“Pretty standard boba tea with exceptional packaging. They have a rather large variety of recipes to try.

When we came in, we weren't sure if they were open or not - as nobody was in there. But the door was unlocked. We waited around a while and someone came out.“

“I was walking through china town and spotted someone walking with this boba in their hand, so I decided to find the shop. It’s located in an alley a few shops away from the fortune cookie store. It’s very well decorated and they have an extensive menu of boba & some other foods. I ordered the Brown Sugar boba milk tea, with less ice & 75% sugar. I was told that it’s usually 50% but I still stuck with 75% and wow it was SO GOOD! Honestly the boba was like a 9.5/10 level of good. The tapioca boba were part of the price, $6.75 for a large. I can’t comment on their fruit teas or food but I’m sure everything is just as tasty.“

It is a little bit of a wait because there are so many other people who want some of that good boba. I would highly recommend getting the Ice-cream Boba Egg Puff Waffle because it has the choice for cookies and cream which had a very nice flavour. The Egglet was the best part because it was crispy and tasted extremely better than most places. I would definitely recommend coming here to get a snack!“

As a boba place they were out of boba and mini taro boba which made things much less appealing; also the red bean coconut latte tasted just like coconut milk, the amount of red bean is much less than what their ads picture looks like. “When I visited, the store had no seating and had closed their restrooms to customers, not sure if this is a usual thing. I ordered from an iPad, I liked that it had photos & an in-depth description of all the different tea options. My friend got the Oreo Matcha & I got the Lil’ Giraffe. It was pretty good, I was surprise they didn’t already come with the traditional boba ($0.75 additional charge). My friend’s was better, I didn’t taste much of the cake batter maybe due to my 75% sweetness instead of 100%? I wouldn’t recommend the Lil’ Giraffe, I’m sure there other options are better.“

“Fancy and beautifully decorated. Not your average boba/desert restaurant. This used to be another boba shop, but that one went defunct. The weird thing is, Fate Tea uses the same cups as the defunct boba shop. Popcorn chicken was not available as I walked in right when they were closing at 7pm. I usually get a popcorn chicken when I get a milk tea. Their iced milk tea $6 can be described as lacking good tea flavor with too much milk. I couldn't tell if it was black tea or jasmine tea. The redeeming factor was, it did hit the spot and quite refreshing. Lady cashier/barista was fast and cool. Good job.“

“Tpumps is always quick, and offers a large amount of taster tea that is appreciated during the line. Unfortunately there isn’t any sit down area, but their prices make up for it - esp on Tpumps Tuesday where you get a free upgrade. My favorite drink is the green tea - peach rose lemon w honey boba and light ice and sweetness

Without light sweet the drink could be too sugary since the boba is honey boba which adds to the sugar content“

“Handmade boba is a real gamechanger. I was so glad to find refuge after walking blocks and blocks of boba-less streets. The menu looks almost exactly like the Daly City location which is my top 3. Glad to see this place did not disappoint.I typically order the plain drinks. Nothing overly sweet, like the HK Milk Tea. This time I tried the Matcha Latte. Much yum.“

“My favorite crepe place in Japan Town!!!

I love how much they pay attention to the presentation of the crepes especially when they add cute little faces on each of them. I've been coming here for years now and I can say that they have always made their crepes still as good.

I always get the nutella and strawberries crepe with chocolate ice cream, whipped cream and cornflakes, but they have a lot of different combinations and you can customize it yourself too!“
