“My first time experience here was amazing, my husband took us here on Valentine's Day and I was very impressed. I love how romantic and the vibe here was great! They had a DJ playing all the great old school hip hop. Their fixed course meal was amazing, more food than I expected, the servers were great even it was a busy night we still got checked on and if we edge doing fine, which is totally a big deal when it comes to customer service for me. I would love to try out their brunch one day !“

“Our waiter, Sinan, was absolutely amazing- very attentive, knew the menu, and professional. My husband ordered a burger and loved it. I had a hot cabbage salad which was delicious. The cheese & charcuterie was good and served with ham and carmelized onions which were yummy. The “aged Gouda” was actually smoked Gouda. I suggest they dim the lights further than they were dimmed on 16 Feb, 2025.“

“I've been dining at Twelvemonth for a long time, so I was pretty surprised when they rolled out the whole “prix fixe only in the dining room” policy earlier this year. The reality was simple: if you didn't want the prix fixe, you were pushed into the lounge with tiny tables, while the main dining room sat half-empty. The messaging around it — “smooth service,” “elevated experience,” etc. — didn't match what was actually happening. It just felt like an unnecessary divide. I voiced my concerns at the time, and clearly I wasn't the only one, because I'm happy to see the policy has now been completely reversed. No more forced prix fixe, no more segregation by menu choice. Everyone can dine in the main room again, which is exactly how it always used to be. The dining room is one of the best parts of this restaurant — warm, spacious, beautifully designed — and it never made sense to treat it like exclusive territory. I'm genuinely glad they listened to their customers and restored things to normal. Food is still great, and with this change, the overall experience finally lines up with what made Twelvemonth special in the first place.“

“I was staying in this Hilton and wasn't too hungry, but decided to get something from this restaurant. I sat at the bar and was helped by the bartender as soon as he was done with another customer. I ended up having a burger with sweet potato fries and they were both great. Of course the burger wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was much better than most restaurants, the sweet potato fries were perfectly done.

I read some of the reviews of this restaurant, a couple of them were for different places in the hotel, they're not open for breakfast and they don't carry packaged goods.

Some reviewers didn't like the pricing. It's not inexpensive, but I think it was priced right. The burger and fries were $22. McDonald's and Carl's Jr. are around $15-18 these days, $22 is a good deal for a great food in a nice hotel in one of the most expensive cities in the world. I had a cocktail, $16, this is the same that I pay at an average bar these days.

I thought that overall, the place was very clean and werll laid out, and the staff were all very professional. This is an area where people can get offended because you used the wrong hand to open a door, they're crazy, so to be able to find attentive, courteous, and professional employees, is amazing.

I will be staying here again, and I'll probably eat at Fire|Vine again.“

“If you haven't been to Molly O's you are missing out on really good food and the friendliest place in town. The menu is a great mix of American fare, along with tasty Irish standards. “I have been here many times, mainly when I travel out of SFO. I’m so happy this place exists, because I usually stop by before heading to the airport. Also this place is 24 hours which is a place and great for passengers that arrive late. They offer many snacks, hot/cold items and a variety of beverages. The staffs here are well trained, very welcoming and listens to your needs. I tried many of their warm food selections which is worth the wait, and it does not bother me at all that I have to wait since I have high patience. They have recently upgraded their menu and expanded their options. I highly recommend this place to all passengers and to anyone looking for a quick bite. “Stopped in to Newell's for a pre dinner drink. We just kind of stumbled on this place. How does one know where to get a good cocktail when you're an out of towner!?
Well let me tell you about Newell's.. The bartender was fabulous! She wasn't even sure what a certain drink was but she more than nailed it! It was right on! My Cadillac margarita was potent! I managed to wobble out of there to my next destination.. but barely! They do not serve food but our sweet bartender brought popcorn in order to save me embarrassment! It was a fun experience and I think I may have to return!“
