“Top 3 cafes on my list. California cafe hits the spot for a quintessential California cafe vibe. This girl must cook organic, cuz you’ll leave feeling satisfied and fulfilled without any guilt of getting your glucose shot up like with usually compared dishes or getting your immune rung up through the ringer from processed or “enriched” ingredients. You can tell she clearly paid attention in culinary school since she cares about quality.
On my first visit I had the tomato soup with a grilled cheese +bacon($2 added charge). The tomato soup seemed to be freshly made and the sandwich had 3 large crispy bacon slices on 2 large sourdough slices. Its snuggled inside a business complex, you’ll have the quiet rumblings of cars and on occasion small planes landing and taking off from Carlsbad airport next door if you sit outside. Inside sitting available. Great job ladies keep up the good work.
On my next visit I had the hot pastrimi and apple crisp. Whatever vanilla cream it comes with it’s absolutely delicious and a little goes a long way. The hot pastrami freshly pickled sauerkraut, hot mustard, white cheese on sourdough“

“Tasty, good flavors but used to be better. The teens are running the show and quality has gone down. When they are out of a topping, they won't sub or credit?? Just charge for another. It's just annoying. Lots of ice and not much tea at $8-10 Good bye
Thanks for responding. Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time this has happened. I asked them to sub and they won't until I explain that I should get a credit then since the topping is included in the price. She just said she isn’t in charge. Eventually, both times they begrudgingly removed the charge. Wait, why dont they just OFFER to sub another topping or take it off the menu? Its not my problem that you are out of a topping, right?. Also, Im tired of asking for lite ice. It should just come with regular ice not filled with ice and a little tea!. It's just annoying spending up to 10$, begging for an included topping explaining i would like tea with that cup of ice and the server rolling her eyes. No thanks“

“Simply amazing! My husband and I frequent Naked. The food is awesome, and the service is amazing. We thought we would post a review of a visit we made there a few days ago. When we walked into the restaurant, (early 8:00 am) for breakfast, there was a table that had already been serviced with about 14-16 people. Michael, the manager was already taking their order. When he was finished taking their order, he came over to our table to take ours. He told us that there was a large table before us, so it might be a while before we received our order. Surprisingly enough, within in 10 minutes!, no lie, the large table was being served their orders and at the SAME time, our order came out as well. I don’t know how they do it. We love coming to Naked! Thank you Michael and staff!!! Kim & Tony“
“I ordered the breakfast sandwich served on a pretzel croissant, and it was sublime! Eggs were cooked perfectly. The croissant just added an extra flavor profile I am hooked. This is a little hidden café, literally in front of the library entrance.“
“I had the acai super berry bowl. Now, first things first, it IS pricey ($14.95!), BUT it is huge! Acts as a full meal or share it w someone. The best parts: it’s consistent (I had it 4 days in a row while visiting Del Mar), and you can add protein powder (I added whey), which a lot places don’t accommodate. The granola that comes w it is just the right amount and is super tasty - Total homerun!“

“The Market at Legoland was well-stocked with lots of plant based options, including bottled and canned iced lattes (LOVED my iced caramel cold brew oat milk latte in a pink can!), vegan parm crisps, cookies, candy, fruit, a selection of salads, sandwiches and more. There is a coffee bar with almond milk and oat milk for non-dairy milk options. Super conveniently located right at the entrance - stock up on your way in to the park! “This is a delightful coffee shop, where I enjoyed a morning date with my wife. We only drank the house coffee, but the coffee hit the spot. To add to the atmosphere, Lofty Coffee played music (contemporary soft rock/ jazz). The service was kind and thoughtful, but the crew was busy. Several customers had their laptops, and they appeared to appreciate the environment. Lofty Coffee has an interesting pledge (please see photo).
Yes, I would take my wife back to Lofty Coffee for another coffee date.“
