“We walked in on NYE without a reservation and they graciously found us a spot in the bar area. Service was on point and staff were festively dressed! I love a crafty cocktail but most are too sweet. I had the Smokey mezcal cocktail 🍹. Perfection. Appetizers were delish as well. Perfect way to start our NYE celebrations.“

What a nice experience: from making the reservation to friendly greeting on arrival, through delicious dessert. Authentic HK cuisine draws SF locals and visitors from all over Asia. Server helped us pick a variety of dim sum and other dishes for our party of 6. Beyond the terrific dumplings, our favorites were Drunken Chicken, Steamed Chilean Seabass, Seafood Ma Po Tofu, Ribeye with Mushroom, and Gai Choy. For dessert we split Egg Yolk Cake, Fried Sesame Ball, and Mango Pudding. We’ll be back, and I highly recommend the restaurant.“

The carne asada burrito (get it el dorado style) is a must: no rice, just juicy meat, beans, salsa, and cheese, with a crispy, golden tortilla. The line moves fast, so don’t bother phoning in an order bc it won’t really save you that much time. Cash only but I saw they had some sort of card reader now.“

My salad of heirloom tomatoes, roasted nectarines, gooseberries with goat cheese and dill was outstanding, as was my pasta with cherry tomatoes. My husband' had the always terrific and his salmon was perfectly cooked and delicious. The dessert of berry passion fruit sorbet with ginger cookies was amazing - so good!“

“The food and coffee were great! Atmosphere indoors can be a bit loud during peak hours. Service was quick and the staff were friendly.
The bar stools inside vary in height and some were too low with respect to the table board across the wall. Otherwise a great place to have breakfast/brunch!“

“First time here. Ordered the pizza focaccia and the rosemary garlic focaccia. You can taste the aroma of the tomato sauce and the light texture of the bread. The sauce didn't make the bread soggy as I was thinking it would. The garlic/rosemary was my favorite of the two. For you garlic and rosemary lover, this is the one you must try. Fresh garlic taste with the awesome smell of the rosemary. This would go great with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. You need to go early before they get sold-out. I will be back for other selections.“

“I have a severe Allergy which makes going to many restaurants impossible. I just so happen to be in the area and this place popped up under vegan options. It was amazing! So many options and all safe for me to eat. Food came out fast, hot and in huge portions to share. None of us are strictly vegan, but due to my allergy my cousins agreed to try it. We left very happy, very full and with plenty of leftovers. Staff was great, but the restaurant was cold and could really benefit from some light music for general ambiance. Otherwise, it was phenomenal and I'll definitely be going back“
