I tried the plain onion rings extra crispy. They are ok but leave a grainy after taste. I'll stick to the cheese sticks. But I love their boba. I go almost every day“

“One of my favorite places for a boba drink. The shop has special events for arts and crafts, kpop fans, and holidays. I go for the delicious drinks. My faves are the orange milky way, sweet pink, and strawberry mochi. The Alaska sunset, honey lemon mint tea, and fruit tea are also very good. The service has always been great. I only wish they were open later. Sometimes my boba craving hits at 830pm and it's too late 😭“

“I have made boba stops every day this week while I’ve been in LA. I had the strawberry matcha drink. It was decent for what it is but the strawberry that is used seems to be a syrup base which wasn’t my personal preference. Reminded me of what gets used in a McDonalds strawberry sundae.

“We have been going to Boba Box since it was still doing the soft opening. We drive about 15-20 mins just to come here. My family found a new boba place that actually accommodate everybody drinking favorite. I don’t have to drive to Rowland Heights for Half And Half then go to West Covina for BYOB and OneZo. Then go to Dunkin Donuts for Matcha latte. Boba Box is amazing and drinks always comes out the same taste every time. Just the right coldness and amount of toppings. Keep it up the good work.“

“Little shop inside the market. I always come here for the popcorn chicken! I’m always on the hunt for the perfect popcorn chicken and let me tell you this place is freshly made. The crispiness is perfect. They have different spice levels and 10 out of 10 satisfaction . If you’re more hungry, they have other food options and lots of drink options with boba too. The staff don’t speak that much English pretty much Chinese only but you can point at the menu and you’ll be fine. There is plenty of parking outside, so you will never struggle to look for that. If you have time to kill, the market is directly connected to this spot so you can take a stroll inside the market as well.“

My wife could not have the wedding without having milk tea served to the guests. My wife and I tried the champ milk tea here and decided that this place was the one. The manager, Ryan, was super helpful in preparing our bulk order for the wedding, and it was a major hit during our wedding. Critical feedback: I ordered a peach oolong milk tea with boba, 0 sugar. The drink was very watery and I requested more milk in it, but it still wasn't enough. Slightly disappointed with the drink.

Nice-to-have enhancement: have sugar packets outside so customers can adjust the sugar level themselves. Would be nice if the boba had a honey coating to it.

Theres a sign on the wall outside but the boba shop is a little hard to find because its located inside Miko’s pet supplies. Once you walk into the storefront, you will see therea a glassdoor that leads you to a room and thats the boba shop.

The serve is good as the lady that works there greeted me with a friendly smile and answered my question as best as she can. I ordered the house milk tea with boba and boba came out hot and sweet. Tea isnt too sweet with the taste of tea.

“I always love coming to this place whenever I'm around the area, it's so worth the drive even if you aren't near!! The staff is always super friendly and kind and the drinks are made quickly! They are never really busy, at least when I come (around 12-3pm). I personally think they have the best thai tea that I have ever tried. My go to drink is the Thai Tea with Boba and I recently tried the Matcha Green Tea Latte with Boba and it was so good! Both drinks are on the sweeter side but definitely reccomend! Also make sure you shake/mix your drinks well or they might not taste well!!“

“It’s honestly a trek when you have to drive almost two hours from one side of town in Pasadena…. to be on the other side of town to get boba at Half & Half Tea House, in Rowland Heights (technically City of Industry but oh well, it doesn’t matter at this point). Food/I got the fresh milk tea with honey, boba, and pudding. When I say this to you… the boba at Half & Half Tea House was absolutely delicious. The tapioca pearls were FRESHLY cooked, with just the right amount of chewiness. The fresh milk tself was rich and creamy, with a perfect balance of sweetness as I requested to give them. I could tell that they used high-quality ingredients in their drinks, as the flavors were so fresh and vibrant. Each sip was like a little taste of heaven.Not only was the boba incredible, but the service at Half & Half Tea House was also top-notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to answer any questions or make recommendations. They made sure that my order was prepared exactly how I wanted it, and even offered to customize it further if needed. The atmosphere in the store was warm and inviting, despite the fact I went in 15 minutes before they closed LOL.will say that the atmosphere wasn’t always the best, but they did have a lot of leeway so you could take your pictures on top of the table and post it for your IG or TikTok.Overall, my experience at Half & Half Tea House was fantastic. The combination of amazing boba and exceptional service made for a truly memorable visit. The next time that I’m in SoCal, I will definitely be returning to try more of their delicious drinks in the future. If you're a fan of boba tea, this place is a must-visit!
