The guy behind the counter was extremely friendly and recommended flavors. He was open to letting us try many ice creams. I got a birthday, cookie dough mixed milkshake. It was amazing. I recommend as a semi late night snack.“

“We have used The Party Helpers for two SJSU Marching Bandgiving lunches, which always take place on the SJSU football game weekend right after Thanksgiving. Feeding more than 100 college marching band students, staff, and our director after a 2½-hour band practice is no small task, yet The Party Helpers consistently deliver. They provide delicious food that fills everyone’s stomachs and lifts their spirits.

The quality of their food, their attention to decorations and setup requests, and the professionalism of staff members like Luis and Carlos are truly outstanding. They are one of the best catering companies I have worked with in my 30 years at SJSU.

John was so easy to work with throughout our entire wedding planning process. On the day of, John arrived at our venue to personally ensure that everything went well. We really appreciated his dedication and involvement on our wedding day. Our guests loved the food (especially the salmon and Vietnamese grilled pork) and complimented it all night! “Five Course Provision was outstanding to work with beginning to end. We had a last minute event for an intimate dinner and Chef John and his team executed it perfectly. I gave them our event details and the vision we were looking for and they provided a personalized menu for our guests. “I ordered lunch from this place through Uber Eats and went with their Italian sub, which is usually my go-to sandwich. The description sounded promising, with cured meats and salami, so I had fairly high expectations.

When it arrived, though, the sandwich felt pretty basic. The sourdough bread was fresh and tasted good, and the sandwich itself was generously sized, but there wasn’t anything particularly memorable about it. It wasn’t toasted, and for around $15, I was at least expecting a side of chips or something to round out the meal.

The sandwich was loaded with lettuce and fresh ingredients, but the construction could have been better. It was quite messy to eat, with ingredients sliding out and falling apart as I went through it.

They're amazing!We have a weekly calendar put in the lunch room so we can see the 3 or 4 lunch/dinner options in advance to plan accordingly. Generally, there's a vegetarian salad or entree option and two main courses that entail meat. Their rotation is generous enough with enough dynamic meal options that I still haven't become wary of their menu selections.I love that the toppings and sides (such as different cheeses, dressings, sauces, mayonnaise, dipping sauce) are housed in their own individual containers, which really lets me pick and choose what I want to use or what I want to offer to someone else without it being contaminated.The food is always fresh, sometimes gourmet, sometimes home style. “Hubby and I came here before a show at Stanford. Hubby has allergies and they have a GF menu!

I had the Fiery Chicken with tofu and it was delicious. The chicken was cooked perfectly, the sauce had a bit of kick and sweetness, the tofu was nice and crisp and veggies were delicious.

Hubby had coconut chicken and had the same things to say.

You also get warm towels to start. We haven’t seen those since we left Europe!
