Feeding more than 100 college marching band students, staff, and our director after a 2½-hour band practice is no small task, yet The Party Helpers consistently deliver. They provide delicious food that fills everyone’s stomachs and lifts their spirits.

“Last night Chef John Alverez and his staff Eric and Diana catered the most amazing dinner! The occasion was a 50th family birthday party for our daughter with 21 guests ranging from 2 months to 80. Our theme was Mexican and everyone agreed the food and service were the absolute best! John Alverez and his team Eric and Diana brought their own kitchen which they set up on our deck even though my kitchen was available for use. This allows them to keep every thing they cook at exactly the right temperate. The chicken, shrimp and beef were cooked to perfection! All food was beautifully presented and tasty. Desserts were beautiful and spectacular. The team was so respectful and easy to work with. I highly recommend Five Course Provisions and will definitely hire them again!!!

They're amazing!We have a weekly calendar put in the lunch room so we can see the 3 or 4 lunch/dinner options in advance to plan accordingly. Generally, there's a vegetarian salad or entree option and two main courses that entail meat. Their rotation is generous enough with enough dynamic meal options that I still haven't become wary of their menu selections.I love that the toppings and sides (such as different cheeses, dressings, sauces, mayonnaise, dipping sauce) are housed in their own individual containers, which really lets me pick and choose what I want to use or what I want to offer to someone else without it being contaminated.The food is always fresh, sometimes gourmet, sometimes home style. “We recently attended a birthday party with over 200 guests, catered by Jay Dubz BBQ. First, the appetizers layout was very pretty as well as tasty. We thought that was it until the smoked ribs and both pulled pork and brisket sliders. They were so flavorful! My husband, not a big brisket fan, had to admit it was some of the best brisket he's had. (And he even smokes his own brisket, among other things.) Overall the catering was very good and had a nice variety.“

“Upon entry, I found the associates courteous with their smiles and slight bowing from the waist. A very Asian trait that, on top of the recording of the music of internationally renowned Arjit Singh in the background, added authenticity to the place. The servers were professional yet very warm and friendly. I ordered the flat bread with broccoli and onions, with a request to tone down the spiciness because of a previously bad experience with Indian food in San Diego. The flat bread was served hot with the delicious aroma of the spices wafting from the generous helping of the round bread that filled the entire 12" diameter pan! I was able to see and enjoy the taste of both the broccoli and onions in the flat bread. It was even served with a side of sliced fresh onions in vinegar and soy sauce together with another side of white sauce that tasted like cream of broccoli soup. Everything on the table, including a complimentary mango-with-yogurt drink, was a perfect blend, and I did not have to drench the table napkin nor my shirt with my sweat due to the level of spices tolerated by Indians but excessive to non-Indians. They gave me, a non-Indian, a spicy meal that I relished earlier this evening! Kudos to the entire staff!“

Traveling through town from Nashville Tn where I smoke my own meats and have visited bbq spots all across USA and Canada, some not so good and others that are world known in the business. This little gem in this town was absolutely delicious. Not one thing bad to say. Meats were tender, and Smokey just like I’d want from my own Pitt. Beverages included a fresh melon and fresh berry (other flavors , too). soda, coffee , water all included in one price.

A bar with very reasonable prices. Very clean. also stage, dance floor. No problem with Parking.

Lots of room with a wonderful ambiance to welcome guest.
