“Philz is always great and friendly. Unlike other coffee shops in the area, plenty of large tables for working are available. Many have outlets. The music is always great and I regularly Shazam songs playing on the speakers. The back (street facing) patio has a nice set of tables if you like to work outside.“

“Our friend's favorite for tea, we got hot milk tea this time with 25% sugar. We saw a flan with a cute jar. The tea arrived quickly as we sat in the corner eating our snacks. It got a bit noisy after more people arrived after their dinner so we sat outside. The flan was ok, more jello style vs. egg custard. Service was nice.“

“Very good for a Starbucks inside a store (Safeway, Walmart, Target, bookstores, etc.) I wouldn't compare it to a standalone Starbucks.I love the secluded sitting space after they remodeled away from the shopping hustle and bustle and it even has its own exit.The workers are nice and I saw today they had some holiday discounts on the coffee beans and cups that were better (steeper) than some other Starbucks with similar holiday deals.“

“It’s a good place to grab some quick breakfast and drinks on the go. We ordered in the cashier and didn’t have to wait long.The store is big with many seatings, both indoor and outdoor, but some tables definitely need to be cleaned properly due ro sticky stains.

“There are countless number of boba shops near our home in Cupertino but Ume is the favorite for my entire family. Kids and adults love this place. Not only do they have the best drinks and service but the snacks are delicious as well. Come try something new in Ume!“

The souffle egg skillet with a side of Brussel sprouts/potato medley is very good. Comes with ciabatta au levain toast. Healthy and tasty food is my favorite way to eat. Fresh squeezed orange juice.

“This is my favorite Starbucks — no doubt about it. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is always thoughtful. There’s a petite female barista who, when she’s not too busy, has brought me a cup of ice water a few times. She seems to have a daughter or maybe a younger sister — not quite sure — but she’s always very kind and warm. That small gesture really left an impression and made me like this store even more.“

“This is my favorite spot that have to stop by whenever I am in the area. The drink quality is consistently good and strong tea flavor. The only thing I wish they were more flexible about is customizing the ice. I usually order one extra drink with no ice, since want to save it for my long drive back to LA. understand that the drinks are made according to their set formula, so the liquid doesn't fill the cup all the way, but they still don't offer a no-ice option. That said, the staff is always super kind and helpful, and they gave me extra ice on the side so could keep my drink cold for the drive. It was a thoughtful solution!“
