“Philz is always great and friendly. Unlike other coffee shops in the area, plenty of large tables for working are available. Many have outlets. The music is always great and I regularly Shazam songs playing on the speakers. The back (street facing) patio has a nice set of tables if you like to work outside.“

While the coffee and food are fairly standard, the atmosphere makes it a standout. It’s a great spot to relax and catch up with family or friends in a sleek, modern setting.“

“Our friend's favorite for tea, we got hot milk tea this time with 25% sugar. We saw a flan with a cute jar. The tea arrived quickly as we sat in the corner eating our snacks. It got a bit noisy after more people arrived after their dinner so we sat outside. The flan was ok, more jello style vs. egg custard. Service was nice.“

“I dropped my drink while waiting in line before even having a chance to take a sip. their staff (his name is either Gregory or George, sorry I only saw his name tag briefly while trying to clean up the spill) made me another drink right away. his kindness made my day.“

“Wonderful coconut mango drinks, matcha tiramisu combo also delicious. This place is great for boba, and if you don’t like it then you can just go over to the happy lemon in another part of the plaza. Same for vice versa, this place is small though, but you can just drink or eat outside, as there are tables.“

“I was driving through the area and hungry so I found this gem for a croissant waffle and their millionaire's bacon. I'll be back!!!! If you love bacon you have to try the sampler platter ($25). My fave might be the Citron bacon, then the rosemary bacon. The croissant waffle [$8] was incredible. I ordered to go and it was quick even with a huge line for dine in. They apparently don't have a live phone. When I called I just got a message saying they weren't taking orders but they do if you just show up. I'm not in this area too often unfortunately but whenever I am ill be heading back to Sweet Maple!!!

Update 12-24. Second visit. Their fried chicken is thigh meat. Keep that in mind. It was crunchy but I don't generally eat dark meat. I tried their candied bacon this time and it was good too. Sweet at first but there is a kick at the end.“

“Excellent service, amazing ingredients, great food options! I ordered a chai, matcha, burrito, and smoothie. All of them had really good, fresh ingredients. The staff was excellent. Above & beyond customer service, great recommendations. They truly make sure you are satisfied. They provide quick service. The kindness was truly a highlight! Highly recommend!!!“

“My favorite “chagee” style tea place, including chagee XD!! I think it has the strongest tea flavor and the milk doesn’t overwhelm. Plus, they seem to use fresh ingredients and take the process seriously! I particularly enjoy the long Jing and the jasmine milk tea!!“

“Ordered the oolong milk tea with grass jelly. The grass jelly had great flavor and texture would definitely recommend! Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Also open later than most of the shops in Cupertino Main St which is a big win for those of us who crave a sweet treat at night!“

“The pumpkin spice latte tasted really good, and there was free refills which definitely made it worth the price. It also had a great study atmosphere which plenty of table space to work and outlets to keep devices charged. In particular I was at the booth seats which were comfortable and clean, but there were also outdoor seating and sofa chairs that looked nice for reading.“

“This is my favorite spot that have to stop by whenever I am in the area. The drink quality is consistently good and strong tea flavor. The only thing I wish they were more flexible about is customizing the ice. I usually order one extra drink with no ice, since want to save it for my long drive back to LA. understand that the drinks are made according to their set formula, so the liquid doesn't fill the cup all the way, but they still don't offer a no-ice option. That said, the staff is always super kind and helpful, and they gave me extra ice on the side so could keep my drink cold for the drive. It was a thoughtful solution!“
