“This place is beautiful. A wonderful atmosphere and great decor, we had a great view with lunch! We had great drinks and our appetizer was basically a charcuterie board, which was good. A little mediocre for the price but it looked beautiful! I had the fish and chips which was melt in your mouth delicious and my fiance had the short rib pastrami sandwich and she said it was delicious. Overall a good view with good food!“

Super friendly on the phone when they called confirming my Internet order (I’m really impressed they reached out to confirm - above and beyond great customer service!) and the delivery person was incredibly nice! “The food was amazing. I used to go to a similar place that closed and this is the closest thing to it. Ordered the orange chicken and black pepper beef and both were great. Was slightly disappointed with the spice rating because my wife and I love Szechuan cuisine but their “5 star” spicy was not spicy at all. The other thing I was disappointed with was my server was not very attentive and went a long time without water and not checking in with us to see if we needed anything else. She came and took our order then dropped it off and never came back. Atmosphere very quaint and intimate. Definitely sit in the patio. Overall, new favorite Szechuan place.

“My husband and I came here once and it’s now our favorite place to come eat! A woman Trudy who works there is an absolute super star! She is always going above and beyond to make the experience even better, the food is a plus ? don’t miss out on the grandmas Mac and cheese. It’s the best I’ve ever had!“

“Love this place. I grew up next to this place and they have put in the work to stay around. Great people great cooks and the atmosphere is always a good time after a long day or and early morning. There’s outdoor seating and cool art with tvs playing cool things all the time. Go in and try it out. The fish tacos are amazing and I recommend the cali!“

“Parking is rough. Lox bagel was a bit salty beyond the capers. Passion fruit tea wasn't Passion fruit, they were nice and switched me out to coffee. Can't rember the sandwich we ordered but it was on a ciabatta bread. It was good but the bread was a little too hard for my taste. Beach is close but was expecting a bit more of a view. My daughter's been 3X's from Lakeside so I was expecting more. She said it's the breakfast you go for. I'll give it another go. We walked around after lunch and got a Parking ticket too. My fault, we went over the 3 hrs. I'll remember next time to move my truck.“

“The Del Mar roll was the best sushi I have had in a long time and very filling! Ensui Sushi Bar and Grill stands up to their name. It is not the largest place, but it had 3 large TVs with March Madness on each one. I am so glad I found Ensui Sushi and will definitely be back!“

“I understand mistakes happen. I usually eat at this restaurant once a week after my late shift around 2/3 a.m. I noticed the quality of food got really bad. My meal was simple—a single patty cheeseburger with nothing on it. The first mess-up was the fries—they were burnt. Then the second mess-up: a burnt burger. Like, crispy burnt. Then my last and final straw—they served me a moldy burger that I thought was flour. Even my friends saw it and agreed after I sent them a picture. I ended up in the hospital. I called the manager, and he didn’t even offer a refund—said I was lying. I told him I’d send proof, and then he said no and hung up in my face. Not only is the manager rude and disrespectful, he cares little for his kitchen’s mistakes—and it cost me a day in the hospital. Cost me the only day I have with my son. All because his chefs are lazy and don’t care what they serve.“

“The staff was amazing. Very attentive and friendly even though we had 5 crazy kids with us. They even refilled our drinks. The food was great as well. My burger was so delicious with the crispy burnt ends. Loved it.

“There’s plenty of parking at this Ike’s location and indoor and outdoor seating as well.

I finally tried the vegan pee wee and really enjoyed it (although it’s not as tasty as the meatless Mike.) I couldn’t remember which breads were vegan and the person behind the counter was helpful (I ended up getting the French bread.)

Overall, it’s a fine Ike’s location. If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely be back.“

“Had a fabulous dinner at Sbicca. Loved the blackened salmon with dynamite topping. My wife really enjoyed her filet mignon tacos. The Brussels Sprouts were excellent. An open comment to anyone going to any restaurant, kindly remember that there are other people in the dining room, so using an inside voice would be greatly appreciated by those sitting around you (and even those sitting halfway across the dining room).“
