The fact that they are able to have a spice level for almost any kind of person, makes Dave’s Hot Chicken versatile for any occasion. I always make sure to have the Dave’s #2 with two sliders and fries. Make sure not to skimp out on the pickles, they balance out the spiciness of the chicken meat itself. Speaking of spiciness, their spice blend is incredible and is especially good for the medium and hot spice levels. Service is always good and you get your food quite quickly after you order. Just in general a top fried chicken place in Dublin. Hundred percent worth it. Top tier. By far.”

Most importantly, the cake was also delicious and fresh. It became one of the highlights of the birthday party, and we received so many compliments from our guests. A huge thank you to the team for putting so much care into making this special for us. Highly recommend this location for custom birthday cakes!”

“Fabulous from the moment we entered. The hostess is so welcoming and Sara our waitress was absolutely delightful fantastic addition to your staff. My Mom is visiting from Montreal and I knew we had to bring her to Lulu's. everything we ate was incredible. The homemade butter bread,the bouillabaisse, surf and turf wagyu tortellini in a lobster sauce. A fun twist for us were the chips in the appetizer selection served with Maytag and short ribs reminded us of a poutine style dish. We could not have finished our meal any better with a chocolate soufflé.”

“My daughter and I visited Dublin Skillet after losing her father a while ago. This was one of his favorite places to eat when it was called the Copper Skillet, so coming back held a special meaning for us. It was comforting to find that the food is still just as delicious as we remembered.
The prices are fair, and the staff is kind, polite and helpful. My only suggestion would be a little more attention to the bathroom’s cleanliness.

Overall though this is a lovely place to enjoy a tasty meal and revisit cherished memories. Five out of five stars from both of us.”

“Had a great family birthday dinner at Bodrum. Food is very flavorful and authentic. We had a mix of cold meze dishes (watermelon with feta, olives, dolmas, spicy atom with bread), several different meat (kabob, tenderloin, salmon salad) and vegetarian (flatbread) mains. Cocktails were inventive and very tasty. Got to try the Turkish coffee martini. The service was friendly and fun. And the most extensive raki list I have seen in the US. Decor is lovely and informal. Really great place!”

“Absolutely amazing food! I ordered the oxtails with rice and gravy, yams, mac and cheese, greens, cornbread, and fried red snapper. I can honestly say the oxtails were the best I’ve ever had from a restaurant! They were incredibly tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The rice and gravy were just as good and complemented the oxtails perfectly.

The cornbread was another standout. It was absolutely delicious! Everything was full of flavor, and you can tell they put real effort into their cooking. The portions were generous, and the food tasted like a good home-cooked Southern meal.

I don’t usually go out of my way to leave reviews, but this place definitely deserves one. If you’re thinking about trying the oxtails, do yourself a favor and order them! I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“When I went to Cafe Tapioca, I was first very pleased to see their signage about COVID-19 safety precautions and information about people with disabilities being able to get faster service. It made it feel like a very safe, happy environment. The staff member who took my order was a very nice woman and the Jasmine milk tea that I ordered was just what I was hoping for, very delicious and a reasonable price. Our family recently had the pleasure of dining at Casa Orozco in Dublin, California, and I can sincerely say that they did not simply serve us dinner, they gave us a truly memorable evening that we will remember for a very long time.
The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Everything we enjoyed reflected the quality and pride of a restaurant that truly cares about its guests. But as wonderful as the food was, what made the biggest difference was the extraordinary service and genuine hospitality we received.
A very special recognition must go to our server, FORTINO. His service was simply outstanding, attentive, caring, professional, warm, and absolutely mind-blowing. He made us feel as though we were not merely customers at a restaurant, but welcomed guests in someone's home. He paid attention to every little detail, constantly made sure we were comfortable and happy, and served us with such sincerity and kindness. That kind of customer service is becoming extremely rare nowadays, and Fortino reminded us what true hospitality is all about.
And then there is ROBERTO, the Manager/Host. What an exceptional gentleman! Roberto clearly understands the restaurant and hospitality business to its very core. His professionalism, gracious personality, caring attitude, and personal attention were remarkable. He made sure that everything was perfect and that our entire family was well taken care of. You can immediately recognize when someone genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in the restaurant they represent, and Roberto certainly does.
Casa Orozco is extremely fortunate to have Fortino and Roberto as part of their team. Employees like these two are priceless because they are the people who turn a good restaurant experience into an unforgettable one.
There are many restaurants where you can find good food, but it is much harder to find a restaurant where you receive great food AND exceptional, heartfelt service. Casa Orozco gave us both.

What bothered us most was the way he served the food. Instead of placing the plates down normally, he would practically drop them onto the table from above with such an aggressive attitude that it felt disrespectful and almost as if he wanted to throw them at us.

Good food can’t make up for service that makes customers feel disrespected. I really hope management takes this seriously and provides better customer-service training.”

My partner and I come here pretty often for a comforting Chinese meal as there are usually no wait times and service is fast. I'd definitely recommend trying the skewers and the new clay pot dish they offer now! The prices are reasonable as well for the portion sizes.

Gobi 65 to start off was disappointing but they quickly upped it with kizhi parotta which although looked unauthentic tasted pretty good. Then the seeraga samba biryani and nei dosai were amazing! Authentic Tamil style with right amount of flavors. Sambar and chutney were great too. Kuzhi paniyaram was fantastic - soft and fluffy with proper marination and salt. I’m a fan of that hand grounded garlic - kaara chutney.I recommend this for Tamil food in east bay.”

Overall, the dishes tasted good, although we found most of them to be a bit saltier than we prefer. If you enjoy well-seasoned or saltier food, this restaurant will probably be a great fit for you.

The only disappointment was the steamed cake we ordered after being seated. We have to remind a few servers that we have a missing order and it didn’t arrive until everyone had already finished eating and we were getting ready to leave, so we weren’t able to enjoy it with the meal.

Despite that, Pearl Bay Manor is a good choice for large celebrations because of its spacious dining area, attractive food presentation, and variety of available dishes to order.”
