“We hadn't been to Black Angus for many, many years. On a whim we decided to go check it out due to wanting a good steak. We had reservations and were seated right away. Our server Laura was absolutely fantastic. She was polite, patient, and informative. She checked on our table many times. We received our food in a very timely manner and it was exactly what was ordered. Steak was perfectly cooked, lobster was delicious. Overall this turned out to be a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back soon.“

“I love this place , The Beer is good and cold ! The Brisket is the best for me , nice and juices, never dry w/ just a touch of char that gives it the best taste ever ! The portions seem like there smaller but I blame covid and all the other things that have gone on in our country, like the cost of living anymore is getting bad, we feel it and I'm sure the management feels it to ! And trust me ,Phil's is good but, Cali has it beat hands down !

“Have always enjoyed a short walk to Elsa Kitchen to pick up their very delicious Burger and Fries and Soda Pop combination. Since I moved to this neighborhood just over 4 Years ago (March 2019) have enjoyed bringing my best buddy "Rocker Spaniel" here on our walks. He Loved the Greek Scenery:) and claro que si the food two. Let us not forget the BLACK and White illuminati Checkerboard tiles. Rocker left us at Age 12 Dog Years on February 18th but putting his photo on my Smart Phone screen saver refreshed my Love ❤️ for this place. “Located in the Marketplace of Jamul Casino, it's open 24 hours and has a variety of fast food diner food...burgers, sandwiches, breakfast, and shakes. We tried the B&S Pastrami Roll with the upgraded Buffaloed & Blue Fries. The sandwich was very buttery and loaded with pastrami. The fries were definitely worth the $3 upgrade...also delicious. Had to try the caramel banana shake...and so glad we did. Prices were fair, food was tasty, and staff was friendly... definitely give this place a try if you're at the casino and need a quick bite. I was impressed.“

“I live out east nowadays, but I visit my hometown in La Mesa yearly. Came to Curbside for the first time last year, and just now went back again. I wish we had food like this around here when I was growing up!! My gosh, the short rib beef is incredible. Had it on a salad last time, and just now had the short rib taco along with an equally impressive fish taco. I got a few bites of the beef kebab too, and it was just as top-notch! Great seating options with a view of La Mesa Blvd. Good beer list too. And wonderful staff. I wish I had more time to try more of the menu—but I’ll be back every time I’m in San Diego down the line.
