“My wife and I visited this spot yesterday to enjoy their Happy Hour. The place is small, but perfect. They have outside seating as well. We sat at the bar. We were immediately greeted warmly.

We ordered the Summer drink and the Peach one (Both found on the menu). We ordered the Original burger with fried egg and avocado. It was delicious. The burger was big, flavorful and everything was cooked how I needed it to be (We shared the burger and small fries. It was enough for 2). We ordered more drinks: Chocolate martini (Not on the menu, but ask for it...so delicious), we had tequila shots and my wife had a Mezcal drink prepared by the bartender (Not on the menu, but it was tasty).

The bartender was funny, accomodating and amazing. So amazing that I did not even know he was the owner!! Lol.. his name is Mike. He such a cool down to earth dude. Like very personable.

“We had dinner there tonight (3/14/24) for the first time and we will be back. Two of the most interesting and truly delicious sandwiches we have ever eaten. I can't remember what mine was called, but it had chicken (roasted perfectly), sauerkraut, cheese and other awesome stuff on a grilled rye bread that was excellent. My bride had the turkey sandwich and loved it. But the star of the show were the Tater Tots. Perfectly crisp with BBQ sauce to dip them in and then into some wonderful real bacon bits. Every tot stayed crisp from the first to the last. The meal was worth every penny and more. Get into the Alameda location and try it. You won't be sorry. PS: The only bad part for me is that we live in Seattle and won't be back down until May. But you can bet I will be eating here then.“

“Lots of great memories eating with the kids at this Shake Shack on Bay Street. We picked Shake Shack for a party too - when we placed the large catering order, John and team made the whole process easy including selecting items and on-time delivery. It was a big hit with everyone!“

“First off this has been at this location for years and it’s definitely time for some of the booth back cushions to be replaced. I went here for breakfast on 11/2/24 and our waitress Carla was absolutely awesome. I think the location was short staffed and I have to admit Carla was working her butt off providing great service to all the patrons she was assigned all over the whole restaurant. She stayed smiling and was still attentive to us and that’s really cool and she was in costume. The food was really good and came out pretty fast due to the place having lots of folks. Only thing you gotta watch out for is the pricing on the Build Your Own Omelette. Each thing you add is 3.00 on top of the 15.00 omelette price and at most other Iphop it’s only 1.29 for each ingredient added.“

“Saw the comment about a mouse and believe me theh went inspected we got 94 out of 100. some of my coworkers may be rude even i myself when a bad custumer just passed honestly try to hige the best service i can with whag i have inside which alot of times we are missing tons of things and its not our fault. Seen genuine similes of costumers. if you bring a pet trough the drive trough you have more preference for a better service since it makes me happy seeing the pets.“

“I had the grill chicken and Cajun fries. I really liked them. Sandwich was Juicy and very flavorful. Since I don't eat beef or pork this was a great option at a burger joint. My daughter had the onion rings and wings and she like them both. The wife had the Spanish beef burger and she loved the flavor and spice. Son had the smash burger, he always eats burgers when we go out. We call him burger boy because he eats them so much. He said it was average. He said Johnny boy smash burger was a bit better. He had that the day before. The girls love that there was boba. I loved that there was beer on tap! I was going to say there's nothing negative to say about this place. But then I thought about it for a second. They charged us $1 for some ranch. Even though we ordered chicken wings, onion rings, garlic fries, french fries, cajun fries. Should have came with the order!“

“Wow! I’m visiting San Francisco and chose this spot on a busy Valentine’s Day. Boy was that the right call! Food was perfection, fries were crispy fresh-and don’t sleep on the onion rings! “We went late (10 pm on a Friday). The burgers were fresh and fast. They were juicy and incredible. I had the Phat bob, she had the mushroom. They were amazing. The garlic fries are also great, made with fresh garlic. The onion rings were ok but def go for the fries instead. Service was fast, helpful, and friendly. A great experience.“

Smash burger: excellent and proper smashed. Fries were good, and finally they've got like 22 people in the big kitchen, and it looked super efficient.

Case in point, there was a huge line to order when we got there, but the line moves really fast because of the 3 order windows, good customer service, and the bevy of chefs working in the kitchen.

Sat down at a table with a gaggle of friends and my daughter, really enjoyed the vibe while eating.

“Mo's serve one of the best burger experience I've had in a long time. The moment I took my first bite, it was clear that they take real pride in their craft. The patty was incredibly juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked perfect medium rate. The bun was soft and well toasted, enough to hold everything together, and the toppings were fresh, crisp, and thoughtfully layered so each bite had the perfect balance of flavor and texture.

I order their volcano burger and it has this great sauce that added a rich, tangy finish to the entire burger. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual meal with friends or a quick bite on the go and the staff were also friendly and quick to offer great recommendations. “The BEST burger plave I've tired in the BayArea, by farrrr. I got the Bigi'Western combo with onion rings, wings and a milkshake. The burger was so juicy and delicious and the mango habenero wings were really good. This is my new go to spot for either wings or a burger. Highlyyyyy recommend. Everyone I've put on, loves it.“

I got their original giant burger. It was good but there was nothing special about it. I'll come by and try their other burgers next time.

“Stopped in on Christmas Eve and had amazing burgers, fried mushrooms, and some great shakes (the mocha was something else). While we wish the mushrooms had been been a larger order, the large fries were definitely large and worth it. It's a classic burger joint, sharing a parking lot with the tire center. The price includes fries, but I like the fact that with a very small upcharge I was able to sub 1/2 sweet potato fries and half onion rings, also very good and made to order. Finally, their milkshakes are great. I took one star off for atmosphere, but that’s because there was a basekball game going on and was a bit loud; however the other patrons were watching the game so I can’t really fault them. “I ran into this amazing little burger joint while walking around the Embarcadero Center. The owner was super nice but the burgers. Wow. Probably the best burger I've had in recent memory. I got the double burger with everything one it. It was so darn good. I'll probably grab another today because I'm drooling just thinking about it.“
