“The epitome of classic Encinitas! The food hits the spot every time—especially if you love a good diner meal. The staff are long-term, friendly, and familiar (I’ve enjoyed this place for 11 years and counting). I always love the art, decorations and environment. As for the service from the staff it has always been exceptional. Most recently Saul has always taken care of me with recommendations on drinks and food. Of course the ham is spectacular. Full flavored, easy to slice and serve and is always a holiday favorite. But I’ve never been to a company store like this!!!
I just showed up and was only in the store for about 10 minutes. I left with an 8 lb ham for $103.

I do have a few tips to offer. You can call ahead and prepay over the phone or use their website which will speed up your pickup process. There were three registers handling prepaid orders and only one handling the walk up orders like me.
Another great tip is go to Costco first and purchase two $50 gift cards for only $80 !!
This will save you 20% which is a great value.
Oh and be certain to spend some time browsing in the store at all their wonderful items like sauces, mustard, rolls and various delectable items.
They also have prepared food to go so you can pick up a meal for lunch or dinner . Enjoy“

“I would give 10 stars on all of it if I could! We were visiting the beach and needed a brunch pick me up and this place was recommended . Food was amazing and the staff was just lovely.
