I recommend peach sorbet or matcha ice cream ! (They change every so often flavors but if you ever come across those flavors on that black board I love read…Chose those !)“

“My wife and I wanted to get some vegan food on our way home from Marin. So we pulled up happy cow and it recommended this ice cream shop. We thought it was going to be a standard ice cream shop with some vegan options but instead it’s more like a vegan shop with some dairy options. It was amazing and everything we tried was top notch. The owner happened to be the one who served us and she was very nice and added to the awesome experience. My only compliant is it’s 30 minutes from our house and I wish it was closer so we can go more often. It is definitely worth the drive.“

“Stopped by recently on a hot summer day for some gelato. Talk about a perfect repast to beat the summer heat. I had hazelnut and mango, and the portions are very generous. I didn't ask, but I think they make the cones in-house. Anyway, strange combination, I know. The mango was immediately delicious but I think I messed up combining the two because when it came time for the hazelnut, I was too full to truly enjoy the depth of flavor. Next time, I'll get it to take home. I love the location, it's in one of my favorite areas of San Rafael with shopping, good food and entertainment in abundance. He's been running the place for 40 years. We talked about the history of the establishment and how he got into the gelato business. No rudeness and delicious gelato.
