“What an establishment. one could not go wrong stopping here. The food was to die for, the wines were DELISH. There is a wine for everybody even the non drinkers have coffee and different refreshments. VIEW IS SPECTACULAR… nestled in the hills of Amador county. Lanelle was our host and was EXTREMELY versed in all product knowledge and went the extra mile to ensure the experience was a blast. The whole staff made the LA Mesa Vineyard experience spectacular.“
“What a lovely, accommodating place with great wines. We had booked a tasting for 22 people next door at Perry Creek, but we showed up to find they had closed for the day -- yet we paid them in advance and confirmed. Anyway, a quick call to Windwalker and we headed there. Alanna and Zach welcomed us with open arms -- we sampled a huge variety of wine and many of us bought a lot of wine. The port was excellent as well. Add this to your tasting list if you find yourselves in the area.“

“We had a great visit to this winery. It's situated right off the road and the first thing you see was the dog sculpture.
Our host Mack did an incredible job with our wine tasting for our large group. We were seated outside and he led us through the tasting with funny stories and even brought out other wines for us to try. We learned a lot about the winery and the history of winemaking in Plymouth.
We even tried the wine slushy, which was delicious.
The charcuterie plate that accompanied our wine tasting was delicious and beautifully presented too.
There was only a small bar inside for seating so we were seated outdoors. I wish there were some shade or heat lamps. The big building was closed the day of our visit. There were lots of benches and seating outside but they were unprotected from the sun and wind so we were a bit cold.“
“A wonderful, small winery with a tasting room in Sutter Creek. They have an interesting collection of wines with some varietals that don't get much attention in California (Picpoul, Nero D'Avola, Tannat). One of the owners holds down the fort in the tasting room and he shares a lot of great insight into their wines and winemaking process. Oh, and the bottle prices are very reasonable!“
“Went with my wife, bother, and sister in law a few weeks back to the sutter creek tasting room and we had an amazing time. Franlin and Bri were amazing and they were very knowledgeable about the wines. “This is a winery with tastings for its own wines. They are great and very reasonable. If you belong to their wine club there are usually quarterly wine club pick ups with food, tastings, and music.“

Hayley was so engaging and generous, the newer wines in our tasting were INCREDIBLE (hello, white Barbera!), and the grounds, as always, were beautiful. Go get you some wine here. It's iconic!“

David and Joey gave us a phenomenal experience from the moment my family and I walked in the door to the moment we left and not only did we experience amazing and unique wines but we were blown away by the food! Teleported to Georgia and were given a taste of the history and background of their home and the culture . 10/10 recommend and cannot wait to be back! “My boyfriend and I had the most incredible time on Saturday ! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and breathtaking vineyard views. The ambiance was perfect for my Mini Birthday getaway—cozy, scenic, and peaceful.
The wine tasting was a dream! Every pour was thoughtfully curated, and the staff was so knowledgeable, sharing interesting stories about the wines and their origins. We especially loved the Barbera—it was smooth, rich, and absolutely delicious! The cheese pairing is a MUST!
We also enjoyed a beautiful walk through the vineyard, taking in the stunning scenery and soaking up the relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect setting for a special date, and we’ll definitely be reminiscing about this experience for a long time.
If you’re looking for a charming, romantic, and unforgettable winery visit, I highly recommend Belledor Winery! We can’t wait to come back. 🍷❤️“

“Best wine tasting experience we have had in a very long time! We were greeted by two friendly beautiful family dogs. We met Marcos the owner's son and had a very wonderful conversation. The we went to the tasting room and we were treated with a very warm friendly smile from the daughter. She did an excellent job of explaining the different flight options. We sat down and began are tasting experience. The flight's were amazing between the whites and the reds, best varieties and flavors within the flight. The daughter timed it perfect and we never had to wait for our next tasting. She did an excellent job explaining the different wines and where they came from. In between pours provided great conversation and warm smiles. We then went over to the gazebo overlooking the area and enjoyed the best fire cooked pizza! The owner came over and talked to us and introduced us to his lovely wife. We enjoyed a great conversation. The owner share his hear and vision for the winery. He asked if we were taken care of and needed anything. Over all it was such a pleasant experience at a value you can't find anywhere else. The pricing options were excellent and the varieties we're out of this world! Let's just say there is a little piece of Italy in Somerset! Perfect ambiance and beautiful hosts! We definitely will be coming back and if you need to get away from it all and get a great value for your money..THIS IS THE GO TO! Thank you Mastroserio Winery, two thumbs up and 10 stars! “A few years ago I visited Rob’s quaint tasking room in downtown Amador City and fell in love with his wines. Rob’s passion for his wines shines through in each and every bottle. They are all delicious. So I went back a few weeks ago and picked up two cases with a mix of Rose, Cab, S&M, Chardonnay , and Sauvignon Blanc for my mom’s 70th bday party in the Bay Area. “MFV wines are incredible. I love the Barbera and The Cab. Their new Chardonnay is absolutely lovely and unlike any other California Chard I have had. I am happy to have signed up when I did for the wine club. I’m looking forward to the new tasting space they are opening on site. It will be gorgeous with a ton of space for events and guests.“

“Me and another car pulled over after seeing two dogs on highway 49 their owners found us and the dogs on highway 49 and then said thank you and asked us if we wanted a bottle of wine. I followed then to their vineyard and got a free bottle of wine i appreciate the kind gesture i didn't catch the couples names but after a long work day this bottle of wine will be perfect“

“We were recommended this tasting room by a friend at TDO, which is closing. Tom the wine maker was in the tasting room. Him and his were very cordial. Nice tasting room and even a tent outside. We arrived 30 mins before they closed, but said it was no problem. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. We will be back in October and probably join their club.“
“It was great I was helped by the third generation son who is very knowledgeable about his products and what paired with what was very helpful actually probably a little too helpful I've got one wine now to taste with just about anything I'd want to eat which is okay. It's expanding my knowledge about good food and drink definitely worth the stop Shenandoah Vineyards part of the sabon family.“

“Had a wonderful opportunity to visit Gwinllan Estate and taste the wines including the sparkling wine. The owners & winemaker were very pleasant. The Blanc de Noir was absolutely dreamy and the Vermentino was so velvety on the palate. The Luminous was also such a treat. Grabbed all 3 to go after tasting. Looking forward to the Vermentino for Thanksgiving and the Blanc de Noir to celebrate hubby's bday in October. Luminous is a gift for a friend. I highly recommend this place especially if you're planning a wedding. The sparkling wine is especially perfect for such an event. “We make an annual visit to Amador County for a refresh of our CA wines and had never been to Andis. We both loved the setting, the wines and the staff. The wines are true to style, not sweet and all very good. Left with a case and they will now be part of our regular rotation of favorite wineries during our visit. We wish we would had tried them on previous visits but better late than never. Make sure to visit Andis, you won't be disappointed.“

“We just checked out their new location/tasting room for their grand opening and it was a hit! Love the covered patio and tons of seating out on the ground too. Excellent idea to combine with Amador flower farm!
Of course, we come for the wine and their Sparkling wines and Ports are some of the best! The peach mango sparkling wine was delicious!! A++“

“This is a winery with great views and even better wines. I don't know of any other local wineries that have Super Tuscans; yet, I found two super fantastic ones at Il Gioiello/Morse Wines.I recently had the opportunity to attend a small private event at this winery and love the ambiance, the staff, and the fellow knowledgeable wine lovers who also consider Il Gioiello / Morse Wines to be their favorite go-to winery. I highly recommend taking the road less traveled (Fiddletown Road to Tyler to Lawrence) where you can still bring a picnic and enjoy some FABULOUS wines!!“
