“A few years ago I visited Rob’s quaint tasking room in downtown Amador City and fell in love with his wines. Rob’s passion for his wines shines through in each and every bottle. They are all delicious. So I went back a few weeks ago and picked up two cases with a mix of Rose, Cab, S&M, Chardonnay , and Sauvignon Blanc for my mom’s 70th bday party in the Bay Area. “Me and another car pulled over after seeing two dogs on highway 49 their owners found us and the dogs on highway 49 and then said thank you and asked us if we wanted a bottle of wine. I followed then to their vineyard and got a free bottle of wine i appreciate the kind gesture i didn't catch the couples names but after a long work day this bottle of wine will be perfect“

There is a wine for everybody even the non drinkers have coffee and different refreshments. VIEW IS SPECTACULAR… nestled in the hills of Amador county. Lanelle was our host and was EXTREMELY versed in all product knowledge and went the extra mile to ensure the experience was a blast. The whole staff made the LA Mesa Vineyard experience spectacular.“

“Sera Fina Cellars is such an unexpected delight. We had no idea there were wineries so close to Sacramento. It is just a beautiful hour and a half drive away. The owner was so friendly and greeted us right away. He brought us such delicious wines to taste while enjoying our picnic lunch. I highly recommend the Barbera. A red wine that has all the full body flavors one would want in a red wine but none of the bitter flavors. All of the wines were ones I'd love to have at my table. Also bonus they have ciders as well.“
“I had my wedding at Andis in May of 2026 and I can’t say enough good things about this winery. Caitlyn helped arrange everything and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Caitlyn was absolutely fantastic! She really did more than I ever expected her to do. The bar service which was included was fantastic and the prices were extremely fair. The venue itself was exceptional. The vineyard was gorgeous and green which made for an excellent backdrop for our ceremony and photos. The whole facility including the bathrooms were pristine and decorated intentionally. The wine selections were delicious and I had a great time at my tasting for the wine selections for our wedding! We love this winery and can’t wait to continue to go back for years to come!“

“Greatest Halloween party ever“
“Came out wine tasting for a fun date day with some couples and some friends and it did not disappoint! Our winetender John was amazing! He answered all our questions and gave us a lot of knowledge as we were going through each tasting. We didn’t get a chance to order much food but we had a charcuterie and the chefs special which was all delicious. Definitely recommend and will be back!“

“So got 2 bottles of wine, they were both gifts and was dying to try them. Tonight we retried the petite Shiraz. I'm a huge fan of petite Shiraz and this was incredible!! First we decanter it and let it breathe after aerating it. Nothing can compliment a good filet mignon like a good bottle of petite Shiraz. This is now on my list of must have! Smooth. Just a hint of earthy. No pepper or tannins (two of my least favorites in wines). This is a bottle of wine you can enjoy alone or with a meal. It's just very clean and well composed, like the notes to a favorite song! My soon to be daughter in law loves the wine too!! We have been looking for a good wine to put in the wedding venue to serve at the big day with a great dinner. We found it“
“What a great addition to Plymouth. Went there with some local friends. Tried 4 different pizzas and all were delicious. Just had the leftovers, still delicious. Salads look good. Will try one next time. Wine is good as well. Robert will give great recommendations if you tell him what you like. Three different glasses and we all liked our choices.“
“We have been enjoying Terre Rouge/Easton's fabulous wines for over 20 years. While winemaker Bill Easton's Rhone-style wines (Syrahs and Rosés) get the most accolades, his Zinfandels, Barberas, Vermentinos, and Savigon Blancs are exceptionally good!“

We came to find Dobra 3 years ago and enjoyed our first visit.
As we planned another visit to the Plymouth area, Dobra was on our list as a must visit. We planned our RV trip, using our Harvest Host App, we found that Dobra was on the app as a host. We made contact with Laura and the red carpet was rolled out for our visit. Very timely and positive communication throughout the process.
The hospitality of all staff and the boldness of the amazing wine, has made it a memorable visit we won't forget.
The facility grounds are beautiful and the RV spots overlooking the pond is amazing. A must visit for wine tasters who are RVers.
We highly recommend a visit to Dobra for amazing, naturally fermented wine and the amazing hospitality of the long term wine maker.

“Just opposite the parking lot in lovely Sutter Creek, Yorba offers well crafted wines with a few years of bottle age that feature velvety tannins. We tasted Tempernello, Barbara, Zin and Syrah from 2011 to 2013 vintages. It is very unusual for wineries to hold onto wines this long and it was a treat to taste them. The wines, especially the Barbera, are distinctly on the earthy side; if your tasted are more a big fruit profile, you may be disappointed. For my part, I enjoyed them.“

“Visited this tasting room recently. The server was a youg female. She was really nice. She made our wine tasting pleasant. Full of information. Purchased 2023 Zin based on our tasting. When we opened it at home, we thought it was dryer than we noted. Was not fruity either for a Zin. Thought was not as we remembered.“
