“The tea here is good compared to other tea shops in the area. The milk and sugar doesn't overwhelm the tea. The shop is decorated with anime figures but there's no seating in the shop. Ordering is through just 1 kiosk, but our tea order of 4 was prepared in a timely manner. Parking was not a problem on a Tuesday afternoon.“

“You never go wrong with Happy Lemon for boba. The location is in the heart of Redwood city. The parking is a bit hard, then you walk to the strip mall to get to the shop. The staff was friendly. My friend accidentally ordered the wrong item, and staff were happy to fix it. The shop is small with few tables, but it’s very neat and clean“

“Grapeholic is truly hidden gem located in Millbrae's Social Eatery food hall. Grapeholic, as it's name suggests, offers grape-focused tea drinks. As part of Social Eatery, patrons can take a seat within the food hall, place their orders on the provided tablet, and a staff member will bring the food an beverages straight to your table.

Looking for something to go with our meal, we decided to try the (1) cotton candy grape slush, and the (2) grape and lemon tea. The cotton candy grape slush was amazing - true to it's name it captured the cotton candy grape flavor in a delicious slush form that was both sweet and refreshing. The grape and lemon tea was also good; however, the lemon flavor was a bit overpowering and made it difficult to truly enjoy the grape that was in the drink. If you want grape to be the star of the show, then I'd recommend getting one of their grape-centered drinks instead.

Whenever I think of grape, my mind instantly goes to those sickly sweet yet bitter cold syrups of my childhood and the inner child in me still shivers at the thought of drinking those down. With that in mind, grape is not usually a flavor that I find myself partial to; however, Grapeholic might just make me change my mind. Their grape drinks were impeccable flavor-wise - imagine biting into a sweet bunch of grapes, and Grapeholic has essentially captured that taste and feeling into a drink!

If you're ever in the Millbrae area and want a one-stop shop for all your dining and beverage needs, then Social Eatery is definitely the place to go and be sure to enjoy Grapeholic while you're at it!“

My go-to at Tpumps is the blackberry peach black tea with boba, and it always hits the spot. The pearl-tea ratio isn't the best, but the drink is still very worth it. I can appreciate the amount of customization this boba place offers, from the long list of flavors, to the many topping choices, to the amounts of sweetness and ice you can request, to the option to add milk. That's what makes it different from the rest. The staff at Burlingame are particularly excellent. “I go here all the time for their claw machines, unique drinks, and MUCH cheaper coconut pudding than places like Tong Sui (hate to start competition but it must be said). The customer service, always very nice ladies working behind the counter! Their drinks I love too, especially the mango coconut pudding drink. Only once did that happen to me in 3 years of going there, and it is important to understand that I always see that workers behind the counter trying to handle it the best they could! “I ordered three things - a oolong-peach tea, brown milk boba tea, and brown milk with boba (not tea). Of these three, two orders were wrong.

They forgot to put boba in the brown milk w/boba. This was not as bad as what they did with the oolong peach tea.

First they said they do not have oolong-peach tea, so they will make green-peach, to which I agreed. When they gave it to me they told me by mistake that it was Jasmine, while the order slip said green. When I mentioned that, they lied and said it was green tea. When I tasted it it was jasmine.

To their credit they did offer to amend all their mistakes.“

“I live in Tracy and was craving bubble tea, my friend said that this is her favorite place to go to and she had a membership so we decided to go after church. There was somewhat of a line but it moved very quickly, a lot of people had the same ideas as us to come in for a drink. There was maybe four people in front of us but it only took about 2 minutes for us to get to the front, these workers move extremely fast and diligently. We ordered three drinks and my friend was able to get a reward which allowed her to get one free drink which was awesome. The tofu cubes are not good but I don’t like tofu in general so that’s just me. It doesn’t take too long- but really depends on how busy it is. The staff is nice but doesn’t talk much. “I come to T4 so much because I can't seem to get enough of the Mango Fanactics drink.

It is coconut infused with Mango and I normally get it with lychee jelly. You can't adjust the sugar level though, but I still love it.

I will continue to come all the time, and it deserves 5 stars.“
