The service was excellent as well, as the bakers in the store were able to add small customizations like a cute smiley face on the cake and print happy birthday.“

It was the next day like 3 or 4 in the afternoon so I went into the store and one of the employees remembered from the day before about somebody didn't come pick up there order. “The food is literally sickeningly sweet: we shared half a specialty donut apiece, and we've both been sick for hours, groaning with stomach aches. HOW can they shove that much sugar in one donut? WHY?

The trick of this place is you gotta treat each specialty donut like a WHOLE CAKE. Then you'll be fine. WARNING: DO NOT EXCEED ONE SPECIALTY DONUT PER DAY. 🤮👈

The worst culprit was this brie cheese and wine. It was a cake filled with cream. We actually used it as a birthday cake (it cost as much as one, too, but that's another story🤫).

The only specialty donut that wasn't too much (still don't exceed recommended limits) was the cranberry. This was a masterpiece. It was a perfect mix of sweet and bright flavors for the sauce, though once again stuffed with cream.

Otherwise DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and skip on the tempting specialty donuts, and get something less saccharine.

The Dubai chocolate has a great pistachio filling, but the rest was overall far too rich.

The green tree Christmas tree green tea topping was ... green tea. As a frosting. Covering frosting. Maybe go for that other green tea non specialty donut.

It took us days to eat these all, and it will be a a few years (and having a child who can eat the food) before we can manage to drag ourselves back.

Next tine I have a serious donut craving and want some overly sweet American sweet, I'll just hike over to the regular donut shop: makes this sugar bomb look mild in comparison. Don't let the Asian flavors fool you: they could tone down the sugar 1000% (or use mochi dough, but that's also another story... when will Fremont finally get a mochi donut shop...).“

“We bought our simply bread oven in September of 2024, and what a purchase it has been. Every aspect of dealing with simply bread has been incredible. When you order, they provide weekly updates on the status of your oven. As the shipping date approaches they send materials and info to ensure you are ready to receive it. It is packed extremely well, and this thing is built to last. We own several other ovens (2 Unox and 1 blodgett) and this oven is in a whole different class compared to those. It has worked seamlessly for us. Our true test came when I needed to replace a door seal last week. I wasn’t sure where to reach out so I sent a message to their contact us page on their website. Within a few hours someone had sent me a text “just to confirm my address” and they shipped us a new door seal immediately, no charge and express shipping. It arrived at my door in Canada 2 days later. They sent me a video detailing how to do the replacement, AND a real person followed up to see if it went ok. This company is absolutely going above and beyond in every way. Do not hesitate to buy an oven here!!“

“Whenever I come by at this plaza, this place comes in my mind and decided to try it out. Basically, it’s a bakery that sells bakery items that are made by French and Asian ingredients combined. There weren’t many items when I got over to the pastry sections. Some are either low in stock or out of it. Perhaps, many people came here during the morning to grab and buy them before heading off to work or something. There are items that are stored in the display glasses, shelves, or heating device for hot food. They do have trays for you to select items and put on top of them.

At the bright side, the interior looks really nice though. However, it is quiet and empty and only 1-2 customers are here. Maybe it will be packed during peak hours but again, I came here during the afternoon on a Monday.

Besides all of that, I was curious about the Milky Bread that they had since it seems big and fluffy. I like how they wrapped it with a plastic like that and made the item look more elegant. When I bite the bread, it was quite sweet and chewy. I think it’s around 410 calories if I recall. Oh yeah, they do display calories as well as the serving sizes and counts in case you do keep track how much calories you consumed.

I’ll probably come back soon to try other stuff. Hopefully they don’t run out of too many items.“

“Been here many times to purchase their mini bundt cakes. Not too sweet but packed with flavor. Owner says all natural ingredients. She is a big supporter of the community and I recently met her at the flower give away at Washington Hospital. Her store is very inviting. The smells, the colors and of course, the bundt cakes! They are the best in Fremont. Service by staff is excellent. Plenty of free parking. Highly recommended!“
