“Made a reservation for a tasting here while we visited Sonoma on a business trip. Our wine tasting with Evan was fantastic. What an education we received on how they make their wine and about wine in general. Brent was kind enough to give us a special behind the scenes tour. We bought two bottles and were lucky enough to have them survive the flight back to Philadelphia. We can't wait for an occasion to drink them because their wine is amazing.“
“Wonderful experience at the winery! Great selection and explanations of the wines by Max. Hidden gem of a winery! Beautiful and private setting. Highly recommend.“
“Delicious wine and knowledgeable staff!“
“Gigi was exceptionally good - if she didn’t know the history as well as she could have or deep knowledge of wine making she more than made up for it by being charming and friendly
, things you can’t teach. The wines are always outstanding - Hallberg Ranch one yard is my favorite wherever it is poured but best in your hands (and Gary Farrell’s). I’m local and always send friends to emeritus. That won’t stop“
“I had a wonderful experience at Bricoleur! We did the Rooted Tasting and they were very accommodating to my dietary restrictions of no pork/shellfish, and even better- that didn't make me sacrifice quality at all! The dishes were amazing, my husband said his scallop dish was his favorite thing he ate all trip.
It was all paired very well and we very much enjoyed our wines-- the pinots and the Isla Rose rosé were my favorites.
For anyone who doesn't want to do formal pairings, they also offer delicious pizzas and a bowl of french fries the size of my head. My toddler was in heaven.
The property is massive and stunning-- would be a great place for an event!
10/10 would recommend if you're visiting Healdsburg or Windsor!“
“Our tasting experience with Kyle was exceptional! Not only were the wines on point, you could really sense Kyle’s passion for DRNK and the industry in general. I was immediately won over when we were offered two different bubbles to start and our crew really appreciated how informative yet informal the experience was. It truly felt like friends chatting about food, wine, and culture while sipping some of the best juice around. So glad we found this place!
Ohhhh and the caves were so cool!!“
“Phenomenal setting in the heart of the Russian River Valley. Stick with the Pinots. Will be back (tomorrow).“
“Highly recommend a personalized tasting with Kerith, the founder and winemaker of Bruliam. We tasted three of her 2023 Pinot Noirs, each grown in a different AVA in California, each delicious and well crafted. Best of all, each as unique as siblings—reflecting the winemaker’s successful desire to produce wines that reflect terroir. Though her specialty is Pinot noir, we sampled other wines, including her Zinfandel—a wine that has positively changed my perception of California Zin. Kerith is personable and smart. You can geek out on viticulture and learn a lot, or kick back and enjoy great wine and company.“
“amazing wines, the owners are super personable and helpful, the charcuterie and the sangria were delicious!🍷🥂 5 star by far⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“
“My boyfriend and I made a reservation after I’d driven by and seen that they specialize in sparkling wines, and we are so glad we did. We loved getting to speak with Randy, the winemaker and owner, as he walked us through the wines that he clearly put so much love and care into. It’s obvious he only wants to make wines that he himself would drink (hence all of his wines being organic!) and that passion is infectious. Would 10,000% recommend if you want an intimate experience of the kind of people who make Sonoma Valley wine so great.“
“The wine was amazing, and equally importantly, we learned a ton from Reed about the art of wine appreciation. He met us where we are from a learning perspective with curiosity and without judgement. Really nice atmosphere, will return again!“
“Fun time. Awesome grounds too.“
“Porter Creek Winery was such a peaceful gem and one of the highlights of our wine country trip. The team (Crystal) went above and beyond to accommodate us, even staying a little late so we could enjoy the experience — and we’re so grateful they did!
The setting was absolutely stunning — quiet, serene, and surrounded by natural beauty. It was the kind of view that makes you want to take a deep breath and stay a while. The wines were just as memorable, especially the Zinfandels — rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced.
To top it all off, we were greeted by Poppy, the sweetest dog who made the whole experience even more charming. Between the warm hospitality, the incredible wines, and the peaceful ambiance, it was the perfect way to wind down our day.
Highly recommend Porter Creek for anyone looking for a relaxing, intimate tasting experience with a personal touch.“
“So unfortunately we couldn’t go, they were booked. However, they were the NICEST people, gave us some great recommendations. We got a tiny pour of something very good while they made some reservations for us. They have a beautiful view and we’d love to try them next time we’re up that way. I just wanted to take a moment to express our group’s appreciation for their excellent care of not-quite-customers.“
“Had a wonderful tour and tasting with Kat. Loved the history, philosophy of the winery/vineyard and current wine making practices. The food and wine pairings were spot on. Our entire grow up (6 in all) lives EVERY wine we were served which usually doesn’t happen. It was all so well balanced and smooth and just extraordinarily made. Truly a treasured find.“
“Excellent wines and a great historical tour of the vineyards!“
“We got invitation for wine pairings from bookings.com and decided to accept it . For only $85 for two we got wonderful lunch with 5-wines testing. We loved all the wines besides the last one. Each wine was paired with a very nice snack. We decided to buy one bottle of wine that we both liked. Our server, Tom, was just perfect: much of attention, very knowledgeable and nice to communicate. It was Monday and the place was very quiet. We’d highly recommend this place and share with our friends“
“Amazing wine tasting in a natural beautiful environment“
“exquisite grounds and excellent service from Leo. be sure to ask him for wine pairing advice. he really knows his stuff and explains all his choices.
The wines were very good. the reserve Chardonnay is a good choice even if you are not a white wine drinker“
“We were visiting California but were concerned about stopping at a vineyard with a 13 yo and 11 yo twin children in tow. This was the perfect place. Relaxed atmosphere with nice wines and the kids were completely fine (big sigh of relief)! Highly recommend for adults wanting to experience a bit of California’s wine country and a reprieve from all the kid oriented activities.“
“Beautiful wines! Keith was a top notch host, friendly, informative and interesting. Thank you!“
“I highly recommend a visit to this winery! Megan was the perfect host. We requested indoor setting and were very pleased with the beautiful leather couches we were set up at. The pinot noirs are the signature and are beautiful and well liked, even by those who prefer bigger reds or cabs. We left with more bottles than we anticipated.“
“We had a fabulous visit to Limerick Lane Cellars! The setting was intimate and gorgeous. Andy set us up with a table between the stacked barrels in the barn with the door open to the beautiful autumn vistas of vines. We enjoyed the wines so much we took some back to our airbnb and shipped more home. Andy was enthusiastic and informative not only about the wines, but the history of the vineyard - it was one of our favorite visits in wine country this year.“
“What do you get when you cross a mathematician with a grape? Perfect wine! Moshin wine shines with small volume meticulously crafted slow aged harvests. We were lucky to satiate our palates with phenomenal wines and spend our time with our host and wine docent Robin Froman. She is an amazing documentarian of this estate, its wine and wine educator. It wasn’t hard to choose to purchase wines. All around 5-star experience.“
“Love the atmosphere and champagnes !! Joined my first wine club with them !!“
“Beautiful tasting room and property. Probably the nicest sit down side by side we did all trip. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, Bri was great!
I felt the wines were not as impressive here compared to other wineries we visited. I felt bottle prices were high. Could just be me though (not super experienced).“
“Beautiful property and amazing wine. Shelly hosted us and was so knowledgeable, friendly and patient. We joined the wine club - LOVED IT“
“Visited for a tasting September 5, 2025 at the invitation of friends. Aly A. our Estate Host, led us through a delightful tasting flight culminating in their marvelous 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Oliver Ranch and SJs. Building and vineyards are very scenic. Aly even guided us into the adjacent Cabernet vines that were loaded with fruit, she invited us to pick and taste some of the grapes. So sweet, nearly ready for harvest. Fun day ! Oh, can't forget, We joined their very flexible wine club and look forward to collecting and enjoying their wines into the future.“

“i drove all the way from the Los Angeles area just to come here. im a big fan of music and a big fan of wine, i couldnt ask for much more. i chose to sit outside but they have a small indoor area for tasting as well. They weren't incredibly busy when i came, it was just me and a couple so the service was immaculate. you MUST get a dog to get the full experience 😆. if youre a fan of Primus, they have their old tour bus on show and you can purchase some merchandise as well. my favorite was the Sonoma Coast Rosé, i took a bottle home for myself.“
“First class wines! Very knowledgeable staff! Beautiful views!“
“Great wine! Easy to ride to !“
“We had aof group of 8 do a tasting. Tasting was $25 per person and we tasted 6 wines. Ali is extremely knowledgeable about all wines with her past experience. I have done over 100 wine tasting in addition to numerous barrel auctions. This was one of my top tasting experiences. The passion Ali and Eric have put into their wines shows up in the quality of each wine we tasted. One of the more unique wines we tasted was the Brave, named for cancer survivors. I have tasted many rose' wines but the Brave was more rich and full bodied. Would go great during the holiday's and with appetizers. We bought all the varietals and plan on enjoying sharing them with friends. Working on planning another visit soon“

“Wonderful wine tasting experience!! We reserved a tour with Viator, Food/Wine pairings, so much fun. Our favorite stop was Portalupi. Tim, one of the owners was there to explain everything. Oh their Barbera is divine!! This was our first time to California wine country, so we loved hearing all the helpful info from an expert, he has a fun personality too. We are family now, joined the wine club, all set!“
“Good wines and a great location and view. Highly recommend the Vineyard if you are in the area…“
“Wow, one of the best wine tastings I’ve ever done. The winery is organic, uses sustainable farming & harvesting practices, and even the structures they’ve built use reclaimed wood and as many local materials as possible. It’s woman-owned and made; we loved hearing the story of how Kathleen started the vineyard in ‘99. Meredith was our host, and she was extremely hospitable, inquisitive, knowledgeable, just a lot of fun. She read the room (or the patio in our case) perfectly and seemed to appear at just the right moment for the next glass. This is the kind of business that I want to support.“
“The Wine Road is where it's at. Having run 3 different tourist friendly businesses in Sonoma County for the last 20 years, I depend on the hard work of the Wine Road. The amount of traffic that Beth and her team have driven towards my businesses is stellar.“
“I wish I could remember the name of our host, because he was great, and knowledgeable especially for someone his age. Early 20s, from Santa Rosa, dark hair. He made the tasting extra fun by humoring two middle age ladies, and was happy to take some unique photos. We really appreciated the hospitality and had a blast.“
“A beautiful property with excellent wines. How exciting for Healdsburg to have an establishment experimenting with lesser-known indigenous Italian varietals. I appreciated their approach to making these wines to be paired with food (the Italian way) and enjoyed the lighter, lower alcohol, elegant touch to the winemaking style. It is a breath of fresh air to find a producer like this in California. In their beautiful tasting room, you will find a wide array of imported Italian goods from art, ceramics, candies, food, and ingredients. I enjoyed the display of the different regional flags from the various regions of Italy. Many people don't realize that Italy was only unified in 1861 and how unique the individual regions are. I see the effort made by the Orsi family to demonstrate this on their property. For the locals, beyond the wine, you find some of the best products from Italy. Grazie Mille.“
“Yesterday we had an amazing time at J’s. Izzy Diaz greeted us right away and seated us at a beautiful table. Next Brendan came over to greet us and give us our first taste of some amazing champagne. These two gentlemen went way above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. I couldn’t thank them enough.“
“An unforgettable winery experience! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing their passion and expertise with every pour. The wines were outstanding, each showcasing exceptional craftsmanship and quality. To top it off, the property was absolutely stunning—beautiful vineyard views and a charming atmosphere made the visit even more special. A must-visit for any Chardonnay and Pinot Noir lover!“
“This was one of the most wonderful catered events I have attended in recent memory! My spouse and I hosted a Wedding Rehearsal Dinner for my son and his new spouse at DArgenzio Winery in Santa Rosa in early June of 2025. There were 35 attendees and we were catered to in the Cibo Rustico event room with a wine bar, relaxing music, bocci ball and incredible service. We selected numerous authentic Italian appetizers such as Vegan Salad, Ceasar's Salad, Rustic Fire Grilled Vegetables, Brochette breads, Caprisi Salad, and Pasta with Bolagnese and Pasta with Pesto sauces. That was followed by three delectable pizza selections (Margarita, Italian sausage and Pepperoni) and polished off with two desert selections of Chocolate Mouse and Tiramisu. Everyone in attendance was in awe of the dishes and ate until their hearts were content. We drank the DArgenzio Pinot Noir, Red Blend and Sauvignon Blanc and they were all terrific. I had forgotten that there was such a thing as "customer service" ever since the Covid19 debacle but the staff blew our socks off with friendly, attentive, professional and nurturing service for all members of the party. This was truly some of the best service I have ever seen and I would highly recommend this establishment. The cost was completely reasonable. My favorite parting shot of the event was watching all of our happy guests leave the event with boxes of awesome leftover food, bottles of extra wine and giant smiles on their face! Thank you DArgenzio Winery for making my Son's Wedding Rehearsal Dinner an unforgettable and epic event!“
“I wish we had more time here! Stopped by quickly, by request of my dad on the way by, but so calm, quaint, down to earth, beautiful!!“
“Ellen & Andy did an amazing job to make our experience amazing! We came in 30 min before they closed and that didn't stop them from giving us a full service. We had an amazing experience because of them, very friendly, very accommodating! We bou multiple wines, jam and oil. Highly recommend!! We will definitely be back!!“
“Beautiful day to enjoy great wine.“
“Chris Creek has something for everyone. If you’re looking for a screaming value, the $30 tasting includes familiar favorites (Pinot Noir) and eccentric blends (Sotoyome and Deux Barriques). If you’re looking to splurge, there’s the $1000 Millennium Cabernet from 2014. And if you quite literally want to soak in the stunning views, grab your trunks and take a dip in the full pool!“
“August 15th my family & visited this winery. There was a gentleman there who was our host. I cannot remember his name but he was amazing went above & beyond to make my 60th bday special. He gifted me a gold alligator wich I will cherish forever. Wine was tasty & the winery itself is so beautiful. Thank you for making my day!“
“This is one of my favorite wineries. It’s relaxed atmosphere, great wine and amazing staff are all part of why we continue to come back this fantastic winery.“
“We had such a lovely experience day tasting wine with the special food pairings. We will be adding this as necessary stop for our yearly gals vacation.“
