The meat is sliced thinly to perfection, and the variety of options is great. We loved being able to customize the broth to our taste, which added to the overall experience. The restaurant has plenty of seating, making it easy to get a table even on busy days.

“I've been following their Ig page for a while, and yesterday was finally the perfect occasion to stop by. We made a reservation through OpenTable, and upon arrival, we were warmly greeted. The host asked if we're celebrating anything special, and we mentioned that all four of us had back-to-back birthdays. Now here's the amazing part: without us even requesting it, the staff brought out two slices of cake with candles and mentioned our names. Such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. Food: Everything we ordered was delicious; the house salad, prime rib, house bread, Brussels sprouts, and the pizza all hit the spot. My mom was visiting from out of town, and this was one of the first places on our list. The filet mignon was perfectly cooked - tender and flavorful. The vegetables and rice were simple but done just right.

But what really stood out - beyond the food - were the walls. Lined with photos, memories, and drawings created by children who’ve passed through these doors, the restaurant tells a quiet story of community, connection, and legacy.

Husband had their beef stew - cultural difference? As he would have preferred not to have the meat still on the bone in his stew and couldn’t figure out why it had a side of rice when it was basically a piece of beef with a bone on a bed of mashed potatoes covered in more of a gravy than we traditionally think of stew.

We tried some sides that were fairly disappointing and I would definitely forego these if I were you.
Corn nuts were very sparse and just the large corn kernels that I had in my saltada not seasoned or cooked special. Fries seemed like what a home cook can get at the grocery store, but not cooked demonstrably better than popping them into your oven.

Staff were lovely - attentive, kind and happy to help.

They give you bread sticks at the start of the meal - those aren’t very inspiring, either. Hard on the ends.
