We walked in to order to go and they had the order done in maybe 10 minutes? Super fast. “This is one of our go to sushi place in Folsom. Every time we go here it’s a treat. We have a hard time choosing. Their mix fish sushi is a must. Pepper fin tuna is one of the best I ever had. They even serve you fresh fruits at the end.

“Delicious food! We shared the Chicken teriyaki bento plate and it was so much delicious fresh food. The terriyaki sauce was my favorite I’ve ever had. The chicken has a great char and the mushrooms in the teriyaki were a welcome surprise. The tempura was airy and light and had some fun additions like oyster mushrooms and kabocha squash. We also ordered two rolls, the Lion King and the So Fine. The fish was fresh and the sauces on top were amazing. We’re looking forward to coming back again soon.“

An then they couldn't and wouldn't do anything special off my birthday even though we go there a lot and always spend a lot of money there. We got there with our group at a round 5pm tonight, I wanted to come here because of how great our service and food was last time we were in here and everything and we always spend a lot of money when we're here. We also got my cousin in laws into something new the pepper fin they had never had it before and they loved it. The restaurant was clean there was only a few tables that were full when we came in and then after we ordered our food a reservation for 8 + came in and also several other tables as well. But the big thing is that even though our waitress was super nice and everything she couldn't keep everything together and straight and we had to keep asking for things on top of it, the food we all got were good but not as good as last time but I do love the bigger pieces of pepper fin we got this time that was a huge plus for me sense it's my favorite and my husband knows it.“

Prices vary from lunch to dinner was $27, plus drinks and takeout box was $6 time a tiny box that only fits 8 shushi. Order digitally from the table. This place is always packed, arrive early. Ice cream is one scoop per bowl, so order two for each person. Same with appetizers 2 pieces per order, so order more than one! Not bad for the prices. If you love shushi this is the place for you!“

I was disappointed after I had been going there for a awhile, owners are friendly and the owner is a trained sushi chef if 10 years from Japan and it means you get quality and the amount of rice around a roll is not too much which is how it’s supposed to be, but the last 2 times we didn’t get what we ordered, and we waited 45 min to get the fish collars and we finally left , 2 times we asked about our orders and was so disappointed, this happened twice.
The food is good I don’t recommend going during dinner time. I drive from Auburn so the trip is long, the food it great, the experience at dinner time is not so great.“

I decided to order the Black Ramen, which turned out to be a very good bowl of food with just a few minor areas for improvement. While the broth is a bit thin, it remains highly flavorful. If the kitchen could develop and deepen those broth flavors just a little bit more, this dish would easily cross the line from good to excellent. Additionally, the fresh vegetables add a great, tasty element to the bowl, and the kitchen serves a very generous quantity of properly prepared noodles. Bottom line, the ramen here is very good, and it would be absolutely outstanding with a few small tweaks to the broth and meat.
