We love wine and this wine was delicious.The hosts, Peggy and Kevin were so sweet and fun, it was a private tasting but it also felt like we were with family. They both made it so enjoyable. We learned so much about local wines from them. The house is gorgeous and they are lovers of art which added to the experience. Not to mention Kevin played a great playlist for us and it felt like a party.I Can’t wait to come back with more friends and family to share this with.“

“Porter Creek Winery was such a peaceful gem and one of the highlights of our wine country trip. The team (Crystal) went above and beyond to accommodate us, even staying a little late so we could enjoy the experience — and we’re so grateful they did!

The setting was absolutely stunning — quiet, serene, and surrounded by natural beauty. It was the kind of view that makes you want to take a deep breath and stay a while. The wines were just as memorable, especially the Zinfandels — rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced.

To top it all off, we were greeted by Poppy, the sweetest dog who made the whole experience even more charming. Between the warm hospitality, the incredible wines, and the peaceful ambiance, it was the perfect way to wind down our day.

“What do you get when you cross a mathematician with a grape? Perfect wine! Moshin wine shines with small volume meticulously crafted slow aged harvests. We were lucky to satiate our palates with phenomenal wines and spend our time with our host and wine docent Robin Froman. She is an amazing documentarian of this estate, its wine and wine educator. It wasn’t hard to choose to purchase wines. All around 5-star experience.“

“A beautiful property with excellent wines. How exciting for Healdsburg to have an establishment experimenting with lesser-known indigenous Italian varietals. I appreciated their approach to making these wines to be paired with food (the Italian way) and enjoyed the lighter, lower alcohol, elegant touch to the winemaking style. It is a breath of fresh air to find a producer like this in California. In their beautiful tasting room, you will find a wide array of imported Italian goods from art, ceramics, candies, food, and ingredients. I enjoyed the display of the different regional flags from the various regions of Italy. Many people don't realize that Italy was only unified in 1861 and how unique the individual regions are. I see the effort made by the Orsi family to demonstrate this on their property. For the locals, beyond the wine, you find some of the best products from Italy. Grazie Mille.“

“We went there Today for My 44th Birthday. I have had the Pinot Noir before. I know I’d be taking some bottles home. That being said Josh, Our Host, server and cook was kind, knowledgeable, prompt, fun & Friendly. We had the Whamola Weiners (sorry if I spelled that wrong). They were Pretty great! The Dutch Crunch buns were the best part for Me. Classed up Trashy food I LOVE IT 😉!

“Matrix Winery is located on a beautiful property just outside of Healdsburg in northern Sonoma County. Like many of the wineries in this region, pinot noir is a specialty of theirs, but zinfandel and chardonnay are also strong contenders. I was a member for the last three years, and each bottle was quality.

One of the reasons I joined Matrix’s wine club is how much I love their outdoor patio and its view. It's also an affordable tasting at $25. Don't hesitate to ask if you want to taste something other than straight pinot or zin, too! I quite liked a recent 50-50 petit sirah and zinfandel blend.“

“This was the first winery my friends and I stopped at on a trip to California. While not a traditional winery in the sense of the vineyards being right next to you outdoors, it doesn't take away from the experience! I came in thinking full well that I don't really care for white wine, and the first one they poured for our tasting was absolutely fantastic! The tasting experience was fun and relaxing in addition to the wines themselves being extremely tasteful. It was so good we stopped by a second time on our way out for more. “They had 21 Pinot Noirs and one Chardonnay which was their first endeavor with that grape. They hit a home run with it. I was even able to get a chilled bottle, just what I was looking for on a hot day. The Pinots were all good, some very dry, some not so much but not jammy.“

“Premier tasting experience to accompany their premier wine. In a recent trip to Napa, my wife and I agreed our Paul Hobbs tasting experience was the best overall. The beautiful property, intimate hospitality, and relaxed nature of our visit made this a stand out which we were very happy for because of how much we love their wine. “OVERSHINE & COMUNITÁ VIBES - Had the opportunity to visit Overshine & Comunitá Wines recently and the experience was NEXT LEVEL. Just walking into the tasting room, surrounded by Stevie Wonder, Isley Brothers, & De La Soul vinyl with a record player with a restored Macintosh receiver and Klipsch speakers - off top, made me feel right at home. The attention to detail - from the wine labels to the cozy, mid-century modern space - every decision is made with intent and you taste that in each glass.

We kicked off with a beautiful Provençal style rosé that paired perfectly with goat cheese then rolled into a Sauvignon Blanc with perfect acid and a bit of roundness. That was followed by two Pinots from the Russian River AVA that showcased Pinot’s ability to beautifully express terroir. Finally, a bold Zinfandel brought me back to my some of my favorite early wine memories of drinking rich Zinfandel with big family meals… But they saved the best for LAST. Owner David Drummond sat with us and shared wines from his passion project Comunitá Wines. We then proceeded to go on a ride through Italian inspired wines made to honor both Sonoma terroir and Italian tradition. Friulano, Pinot Grigio made in the Ramato style, Refosco, & Sciava were all refreshing & inspiring. The wines were all delicious & crafted with organically farmed grapes but, most importantly, they make you feel DOPE. Low alcohol levels and bright acidity pair well with vibing to your favorite music, a wide variety of meals, or chopping it up with new friends about life and the passion to live ALL your dreams. Truly a tasting to remember:
