“Each time I’ve been here the food hits the spot. Fresh ingredients baked in an oven in front of you. We recently got their Caesar salad (no anchovies ) and their Margherita special pizza with Bufala cheese. And 2 chilled wines. Food was incredible, service was great! It’s a small restaurant with limited seated so definitely make reservations in advance. They truly earned their Michelin guide status!“

“Went there with my kids after a soccer game for a quick slice on a Sunday lunchtime. Tried the Detroit style pepperoni and specialty but my favorite was the thin crust cheese. Super crispy, zero flop, nice sauce. Really friendly staff as well. Definitely recommended.“

“Outstanding and HUGE sandwiches that will easily feed two people or one really hungry sandwich lover. The pizza is just as delicious and like the sandwiches, the 12” feeds two people. One of the secrets to Baked is their homemade crust that doubles as bread on the sandwiches. For dessert try fresh hot churros!“

“The little plates are yummy. I love the pita bread that came with the hummus (Salatim plate). The other plates were good also. I loved the bread pudding (I think it's better than the best cake). What I like the most about Bacari, besides the beautiful ambiance, is the friendliest staff.“

“I had the Maséhati pizza, and it was absolutely amazing. The ingredients were so fresh, and the flavors were incredible. The warm aroma of basil pesto paired perfectly with the savory and flavorful prosciutto topping. The ricotta cheese was soft, creamy, and just downright delicious. On top of that, the owner was super friendly and welcoming. This is hands down the best pizza spot in LA. If you’re craving pizza, you have to try this place!“

“We were passing by & I googled a pizza spot.. This one had very good reviews so I decided to try it.. I was very pleased with the wings they were very flavorful. The pizza was super delicious and had an authentic taste to it. Fire roasted in the oven to perfection. Clean bathroom. It is a very small restaurant very cozy. It was definitely well worth the stop. “I would describe De La Nonna as an elevated pizza restaurant. As with most pizza joints, they serve up beer, salad and pizza, but this not your standard fare.

Start off with a craft beer, wine, or a fancy cocktail (or mocktail). Lots of choices to be had.

For starters, we ordered the market salad which had a fantastically light tangerine(?) dressing. The dressing on the ceaser salad was a bit heavy, but it was still tasty.

The eggplant caponata appeared to have been lightly fried and coated in a sweet and savory sauce. Very good.

As for the pizzas, all were insanely good. Each was like a pillowy soft deep dish pizza and they all came with the best crispy edges.

IMO the roasted mushroom pizza was the best — and I'm not a fan of mushrooms.

Prices are a bit higher than you would find at a typical pizza place, but again, these are not your typical pizzas. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere, chill.

Wonderful service and unbelievably great music. We do wish for two things though. We love traditional full-bodied reds by the glass. They are hard to come by. “We were in town from Palm Springs for the day and went to Little Goat after finding it online. One of the best spur of the moment stops ever - we absolutely loved the pizza and the service was phenomenal, super sweet server. We ordered two pizzas - margarita and the chef’s special apple/walnut/kale/caramelized onion/goat cheese. They were both amazing! We eat a lot of pizza and definitely have a new top favorite. Outdoor seating has both stellar views and people watching; there is a cute patisserie down the street that’s an amazing desert stop for the perfect date night; we will definitely stop by next time we are in town! We will try the house made panna cotta next time. :) Highly recommend checking them out!“

“Hands down one the best pizza and for sure one of the BEST pastas in Los Angeles. I've tried almost all their pasta, from their bolognese to the Penne Vodka. They are all great. I normally order 2 dishes just for myself.
Best flavors you can't find any were else. There's no comparison to their pizza and the quality ingredients and toppings. I was raised in NY/NJ, so I'm very picky on pizza. I only have a few spots that I would ever recommend and Proper is on top!“

“My family and I are not the biggest fan of pizza. However we decided to order some pizza, but from a place we've never tried. Pizza Cafe LA came up on google as one of the closest places with quite good reviews, so I decided to try and ordered to pick up. (My orders were ready on time!)

I ordered two large pizzas with chicken wings.
Pizzas were very nice. All of us enjoyed every slice of it.
AND chicken wings! Honey BBQ and buffalo flavors. They were so crispy and the best of all, I LOVED the ranch? they gave to us. I don't think I ever enjoyed the dipping sauce that much in my life.

“Enjoyed the cheese NY style pizza. Only criticism would be that there was no prosciutto in the piggie smalls panino. Don’t church it up…that’s straight up sliced ham. Would go again for the pizza (gotta try the 8Mile), but would skip the panino.“

“My partner and I love pizza baby. It’s super delicious and they offer vegan mozzarella which is perfect for lactose intolerant folks. We’ve ordered from them three times now and it’s quickly become our favorite pizza take out spot.
