“First time eating at N&N Creole Soul Kitchen and Beignet Bar, and I highly recommend! 🤩 Small Mom & Pop restaurant in Imperial Beach, portion servings were huge, and prices were reasonable! The customer service was amazing & the food was amazing! Chef Nakia & Chef Antuan were so kind to come out and meet us! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And the beignets, OMG!! I'll be back soon!! ❤️“

“I was there for the first time this past weekend for the Canelo vs. Charlo fight and loved all of the positive vibes at this establishment.

The owners (Otto & Selena) are amazing!!

One thing I noticed is despite how busy they all were Otto had a smile on his face the entire time.

Normally when it's busy and chaotic people tend to lose their smile because their stressed out. This is proof that when your doing something your passionate about it's fun and you enjoy every minute of it.

All of the staff provided excellent customer service. Regina is my favorite!! ?

Dj's Money Miner & Jay 2 we're in the mix playing all the old school jams!! At one time all the boys took over the dance floor just vibing out Lol!! I know because theirs video footage Hahaha!!! ??‍♂️?

“I love stopping by Arandas Café whenever I’m in Imperial Beach. It’s such a cute little spot and it always feels cozy. This time I got a matcha, their freshly squeezed orange juice, the Monte Cristo, and a parfait — everything was so fresh and honestly so yummy. The vibe is calm, the people are sweet, and it’s just one of those places you’re happy you found. Definitely one of my little go-to gems.“

“Acceptable poke. I told the counter service person I don't like spice so hold the spicy house sauce. It was still spicy even after I removed the red onions and cilantro. But that's my taste preference. Clean restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. City noise not too loud. Service level perfunctory. Clean bathroom.“

“We are from “the beef capital” of Australia and discovered The Lion’s Share during SDCC 2023. My husband has very high standards when it comes to meat (his family owned a cattle property) and he could not fault a single dish. We tried camel sausage for the first time and were amazed at the flavor. Every dish was delicious, and make sure you try the brussel sprouts. A restaurant that specializes under exotic meats that can make brussel sprouts that delicious is doing something right! It is our must visit restaurant when we visit San Diego“

“This place is just great. Come here every once in a while for lunch on the weekdays, but today, they had Chilaquiles with Carnitas. Totopos were really good, salsa was AMAZING & the Carnitas... Anyway, I really hope they have them more often!!!“

We had what I would consider the best seats in the restaurant. We had such a great experience, that we canceled reservations at another restaurant on the same block for later in the week, so we could come back and try more. “As a local, Freddy’s Chophouse has become one of my go-to places, usually for drinks, that are always delicious! The bar & ambiance are a vibe and the bartenders are super friendly.

This time, I decided to stay for dinner and ordered the skirt steak with fries—and wow, it was amazing. The steak was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and super juicy. I highly recommend for anyone looking for great food, excellent drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere.“

“Spent the night in downtown and had to come by since I’d heard it was rumored to be haunted?? We had perfect drinks, Grand 75 for me and my friend had what he said was an amazing whiskey flight. Our server Julian took great care of us for our apps and dinner. He was super attentive and gave good recs for the area. Even if you live here you should totally stop by! “Had family visiting from out of town so decided to check out the hotel offerings and really enjoyed the lunch we had there.

No fuss, easy service, with quality options. Had the fried chicken sandwich but can’t do spice so they were kind enough to have it on the side. Still tasted great and rivals any good chicken sandwich out there.

My cousin loved his wagyu burger and apparently it’s one of their most loved items.

I wanted to write something for my experience long time ago finally get down to it. I’m getting a little emotional because I’m soon be out of navy and I will definitely miss the food and dining experience here.
I have to say Navy do spoil me with the food. Look at the varieties. Fresh fruits and vegetables, deserts, drinks, so healthy and well balanced in nutrition. My stomach is so spoiled that I can’t handle fast food anymore. One time I tried Wendy’s because my kid keeps telling me how much he craving for it, and I got sick for a few days after that.
Some people join navy to travel, some for education, and some for food! And I am not surprised if people say they join navy for food. 😋😋😋“
