“This review is being written while being in the process of eating the food. My daughter and I decided to walk there since it was close by and we wanted great food. My daughter had the chicken tenders with fries and I had the single cheeseburger with onion rings. Our food was made fresh and quickly. The lady that was working there welcomed us immediately, provided great recommendations and was super nice ! We will definitely be back, the food is amazing ! Thank you !!“

“After Gustave had catered an event at our preschool for the second time, he invited my colleagues and I to come by his new location in downtown, and we did! He served us personally and recommended just the right menu items for our preferences (vegetarian, spicy, mild,...), ordered them and served them. We thoroughly enjoyed the tasty hotdogs, corn and fries. Let's not forget about the drinks from the Abbey and the sweet desert: churro with ice cream! The atmosphere was casual, festive with the strings of lights and the very recently installed inflatable penguin on the roof, that conveyed Holiday cheer! Thank you Gus for a delightful evening!“

“Great place to bring the family to eat. Staff is friendly and greet you in a timely manner when you walk up to the register. Each burger is made fresh and is customizable with no extra charge and will run you about $10, give or take. Large fries can serve up 3, maybe 4 guests. And they brought back free peanuts, which is a definite plus.“

“Eat here often since I drive a lot, ordered tacos and poppers , Jalapeño poppers came back a bit lacking, for the first time in a long time for the record. Called up, a Mister Carlos promptly apologized and fixed my order for me, little to no delay. Good customer service, good food, but watch them poppers.“

“We went to lunch yesterday at the local In N Out burger. Of course it was delicious. That's the great thing about INO, no matter where in the country the food ALWAYS high quality and very consistent. Cant say that about many other fast food places. 😋“

“First time at this location but I've tried Hodad's in Ocean Beach and at the ballpark. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with a half priced Strawberry Malt because it was happy hour. The Bacon Cheeseburger was solid but just way way way too much onion and pickles. This is how it was at the ballpark and sad to see this is how it is in the restaurant. The milkshake was pretty good though and a great price at $4.50. Overall I would come back for the milkshakes but not the burgers.“

“What a surprise for just picking something off the map! Beautiful view, but the food was SO SO good, and a great price. We had the Baja shrimp taco- generously sized and perfectly dressed. The pastrami burger- oh my…the bun was perfect, the beef and pastrami delicious, and the ONIONS WERE OUT OF THIS WORLD(wish I could do mine this way. Even the grilled cheese was top notch, done with crispy cheese inside and great quality bread. Lastly, we had the potato pirogies which were crisp and toasty on the outside and creamy inside and the hopping sauce we could DRINK. The employees were very nice and service was swift. Probably the best, quick meal we have had traveling in 2700 miles. Much appreciated!“

I hadn’t been to a Red Robin in years and recently I’ve been back TWICE because I totally forgot how AMAZING their burgers are just delish plus the prices are such a great deal 💸🙌🏼

One of the biggest reasons I had to leave this review is the OUTSTANDING service ⭐👏🏼Both visits I received some of the fastest, friendliest service I’ve had in a long long time ⏱️😊 Even though they were super busy, the manager still took time to come by to clear the table and check in to see we were happy 😃 finally a place that truly cares about customer service!! Our waitress was awesome too 👍🏼

“Stopped by here about two weeks ago and had high expectations and let me just say we were blown away at every point! When you first get there you’re greeted by the owners son who is super friendly it was our first time so we were taking a bit to figure out what to eat and he reassured us we were fine and to take our time! The mom stopped by as well and offered us water and even helped us fix the umbrella so we weren’t blasted by the sun.This is an amazing family and you can tell they all have fantastic values and amazing hospitality! As for the food it was absolutely delicious wish I got more photos but we completely demolished our food in minutes! Everything was cooked to perfection Will definitely be stopping by again! So all in all 10/10 ! Thank you for being an amazing part of this community!!“

The local root beer added a fun, unique touch. I dined outside and soaked in the lively Gas Lamp atmosphere, which made the meal even better. Everything I tried was flavorful and satisfying. “My husband was in a business dinner and they walked some of gaslamp afterwards. After they parted ways, he needed to use the bathroom so he ran in the closest restaurant. They said he couldn't use it unless he was a customer. I totally get that but they were packed out so it made no sense.... Either way, he bought a chicken quesadilla to go. He brought it back to the room for me and our sons to have. It tasted good...until my youngest son spit out a piece of plastic he found inside the quesadilla. My Husband called about it the next day bc they were then closed. Their response was "oops sorry" like wth?! They then said "bring it back along with the plastic." No mention of a refund or investigation of how it happened. And by that point, room service had come and took the box of the rest of the food plus no one wanted to fight downtown traffic and pay to park to have them possibly offer us another quesadilla . 🙄 Again the food we did eat, minus the plastic, was good but the service wasn't.“

I've been here a few times so I know what to do, but, the first time I came I had to ask twice where to order. It is not well laid out. Order to food delivery is 15 minutes, which, means the food is fresh and I appreciate that. Expect a great burger! 2 double burgers for 2 was around $30, which feels like a reasonable price for the quality of the burger.“

“I walked in prior to a nearby theatrical experience and found I was the only customer. I ordered the California dog and fried zucchini. I sat outside so passersby might better see this business which is tucked in between other more visible storefronts. It worked! Some random dude came directly across the street and asked me how it was. After he ordered his hot dog I shared my zucchini (it's a LARGE order) with him. The man working there was very helpful and friendly. Great place to grab a quick bite when in the neighborhood. Went again a week later for a plain burger ($9), fries ($6) and a bottle of Gatorade ($4).“
