He served us personally and recommended just the right menu items for our preferences (vegetarian, spicy, mild,...), ordered them and served them. Each burger is made fresh and is customizable with no extra charge and will run you about $10, give or take. Large fries can serve up 3, maybe 4 guests. And they brought back free peanuts, which is a definite plus.“

“Craving a burger and was close by the In-N-Out Burger on Main St. in Chula Vista. Line was not very long so got in line and placed my order relatively quickly.

I don't often eat at In-N-Out and had some reservations due to past (food) experiences. I ordered two single cheeseburgers, order if fries, and a lite lemonade.

Here is my issue with the food... Burger meat overseasoned (too salty) and the fries were not edible, it was like eating salt on a stick. I never cared for their fries too much, either no seasoning or they pour a container on them.

So, ate the burgers but nearly drank the entire lemonade doing so, and threw out half the fries (ran out of napkins because everytime I grabbed a bunch of fries I had to wipe away the oil and tons of seasoning from my fingers. Did they have an off day? Not sure, but the fries issue is not new. The burgers were okay, underwhelmed to be honest.“

I hadn’t been to a Red Robin in years and recently I’ve been back TWICE because I totally forgot how AMAZING their burgers are just delish plus the prices are such a great deal 💸🙌🏼

One of the biggest reasons I had to leave this review is the OUTSTANDING service ⭐👏🏼Both visits I received some of the fastest, friendliest service I’ve had in a long long time ⏱️😊 Even though they were super busy, the manager still took time to come by to clear the table and check in to see we were happy 😃 finally a place that truly cares about customer service!! Our waitress was awesome too 👍🏼

“Stopped by here about two weeks ago and had high expectations and let me just say we were blown away at every point! When you first get there you’re greeted by the owners son who is super friendly it was our first time so we were taking a bit to figure out what to eat and he reassured us we were fine and to take our time! The mom stopped by as well and offered us water and even helped us fix the umbrella so we weren’t blasted by the sun.This is an amazing family and you can tell they all have fantastic values and amazing hospitality! As for the food it was absolutely delicious wish I got more photos but we completely demolished our food in minutes! Everything was cooked to perfection Will definitely be stopping by again! So all in all 10/10 ! Thank you for being an amazing part of this community!!“

“My husband was in a business dinner and they walked some of gaslamp afterwards. After they parted ways, he needed to use the bathroom so he ran in the closest restaurant. They said he couldn't use it unless he was a customer. I totally get that but they were packed out so it made no sense.... Either way, he bought a chicken quesadilla to go. He brought it back to the room for me and our sons to have. It tasted good...until my youngest son spit out a piece of plastic he found inside the quesadilla. My Husband called about it the next day bc they were then closed. Their response was "oops sorry" like wth?! They then said "bring it back along with the plastic." No mention of a refund or investigation of how it happened. And by that point, room service had come and took the box of the rest of the food plus no one wanted to fight downtown traffic and pay to park to have them possibly offer us another quesadilla . 🙄 Again the food we did eat, minus the plastic, was good but the service wasn't.“

“One thing that stood out here was how cold the drinks are out of the cooler: they're ice cold, instead of being just a little bit cold like other stores. Also, the drink variety was impressive. I got a matcha boba tea in a can that was delicious. I haven't seen many of the drinks they had here anywhere else. This store was very well organized and the staff was welcoming.“

I sat outside so passersby might better see this business which is tucked in between other more visible storefronts. It worked! Some random dude came directly across the street and asked me how it was. After he ordered his hot dog I shared my zucchini (it's a LARGE order) with him. The man working there was very helpful and friendly. Great place to grab a quick bite when in the neighborhood. Went again a week later for a plain burger ($9), fries ($6) and a bottle of Gatorade ($4).“
