“Mitch's is a great seafood and steak restaurant with a massive outdoor patio. Today, we were inside. It was elegant and warm. The waiter service was fantastic and friendly. We loved their masterful cocktails, especially the espresso martini. The sushi and oysters were great appetizers. Their chocolate dessert that melts off was a fun dessert to watch and eat.“

“The Drunken Shrimp is the best!! If you are lucky enough to have Francisco as your waiter he has knowledge of the food, a great personality and makes you feel as if you were an old friend when walking in, Oscar and the entire staff are all great. It's a MUST TRY place to go for atmosphere, great food and reasonable prices.“

“Took our family member here for her birthday. Tanya, our server, was so welcoming and pleasant. She seemed like she genuinely enjoyed people and her disposition was very authentic and rare among servers. There was also a bus person on staff who was prompt with filling waters, clearing plates, etc. It is clear that this restaurant takes service very seriously. Despite the great service, it never felt stuffy btw.The food was also on par with the service. We had salads (one pear and two beet), the Chilean sea bass, cioppino, crab cakes, and a few dishes for the kids. Everything was fantastic: fresh and well prepared..We had a reservation for outdoor dining which ended up being on a windy evening. The outdoor patio was actually sheltered and heated, so despite being offered to move inside, we enjoyed the outdoor patio. What an amazing restaurant; would definitely recommend!“

“An exemplar of Fine Dining, WDT is purportedly the last incarnation of an LA restauranteur'd famous Velvet Turtle establishments, with a handful of the dishes his French chef created for them (Wild Mushroom Soup, Dover Sole and heavenly Souffles among them). Two brave souls ordered the Calves (Calf?) Liver and raved about it. The Somellier was excellent, guiding us toward an excellent Pinot and (my favorite) the Super Tuscan. All in all, a great night out and a never-forget imptession for our customers.“

“We had a large family dinner here, 9 people total.including kids. The service was excellent, our server made the night more special with his special attention and friendly humor throughout. The food was top notch, all the pastas and main plates were delicious. We would definitely go here again. The overall ambience is special and needs to be seen.“

Husband and I had a twosome dinner of mussels and head-off shrimp in crazy claw sauce, which comes with corn, eggs, sausages, and potatoes. INCREDIBLE. Place looks like nothing from the outside and isn’t fancy inside, but the seafood is fresh and delicious! A must-try!“

“We were in town for Coachella and wanted to eat some Mexican food. This place was amazing! The food and service were excellent. We ordered pastor tacos, asada sopes, and camarones zarandeados. Miguel(the owner) even took a few minutes to chat with all the customers. Give this place a try, you will be glad that you did!“

So they set up s couple of heatlamps for us by our table outside. Great service that night and on every previous visit!I always loved their 50% off all bottles of wine on Tuesdays. “I had the halibut rice bowl, and my friend had the Baja tacos. We ordered the Aji tuna stack also. Restaurant needs to do an upgrade on the tartar sauce please! Other than that everything was fresh and delicious. Can't wait to go back!!“

“This is my go-to special occasion restaurant and it's a huge treat whenever I get to eat here. It's not a vegan restaurant, but their menu is much more plant focused than most. On our last visit we got the grilled artichoke appetizer which was unbelievably tender and is served with warm vegan butter for dipping, the paella and the king oyster scallops. All were excellent. My friend has never eaten vegan food before and was blown away. He said the king oyster scallops were one of the best meals he's ever had! We also got the warm chocolate cake for dessert, which was amazing. Bonus - they have a fab mocktails menu including CBD drinks which were seriously delicious. “One of the best restaurants I went to while in Cat City for Coachella. If you don't want to pay exorbitant amounts of money for sub bar food at the festival, go to this place for a pre game meal. Your tastebuds will thank you. I'm usually not a fan of hard shell tacos but their beef tacos had fall-off-the-bone meat, and crispy crunchy taco shells that I haven't had anywhere else. Their specials center around pupusas, but those tacos won over my palate. Ended up coming here twice because of the value and taste. The waitstaff is extremely nice and we left with some temporary tattoos from the quarter machines which apparently haven't been serviced in 2+ years. Got to relive a part of my childhood here. 5/5 highly recommend!“

“This is my uncles favorite place when he visits. The service is always exceptional and the food is too. The French onion soup one of the best. His favorite is the king crab legs. Not for the faint of heart. It's a lot of legs and a lot of money. Truely a wonderful place to eat.“

“Everything is always first class!!! The building/ golf course was built for the PGA tournament. Anthony, the general manager is very professional and has an amazing team working with him from chef Torres who is probably the best chef in town to his serving staff. The wine list is extensive and well priced. From the time you drive up to the beautiful building to the time you leave you feel like it is a place you have to go back to.“

“My husband and I love the food here. I haven't tried very many things on the menu, but the things I have tried I have enjoyed. I'm kinda stuck on the one thing. I get the chicken Tortilla soup pretty much everytime. I make some rice and add it. It makes for a hearty meal. Plus I add a little sour cream. All together it is super yummy. My husband will try different things sometimes. He has also enjoyed everything he has tried. We usually get it as take out and the order is right almost everytime. I kinda don't like eating out or take out as much as I use to because I feel like most places cannot get the order right lately and the way cost have gone up I get really annoyed paying so much for something I don't really enjoy. That is another thing about Tortillas I love, they won't break your wallet. I definitely recommend.“

“I placed a phone order a few days ago & the hostess was very friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first time trying them & I was very please with how helpful the hostess was. The food was good and it was done in a timely manner. Once I went to pick up the order, the hostess (who took my order) was very welcoming. I didn't catch her name but she had blue hair.“

“I'm impatient . But I'm not stupid . I like to order ahead of time like today. Just to beat the wait time by getting ready and getting in my car and driving and picking up my phone to call it in. .not only is it so simple . But does it always come out 110% every time . Never dissatisfied . Call me a fat ass I could care less . With such delicious food as simple as spaghetti and meatballs with a few garlic buttered toasts . You cannot go wrong . And I'm not gonna say I'm a critic or anything . But out of the many Mario's around . I recommend the Palm Springs, Bermuda dunes, I haven't tried the one in Palm desert or the one on Varner by Stater bros but not trying to throw too much shade . The Indio one was exceptional . The service and ambiance was equivalent to the ones I have been to . But the food was not . Not only did I feel as though I was skimped out on my portions but do I feel I was stolen from . Cause they charge the same price as the great ones like this one i am commenting on . But they did not serve it to my basic requirements . It was cold for mine and my girlfriends . And although she was kind. Our server . She was rushing and in a hurry and to me meant they were understaffed . None the less I only expect improvement from them if they want to continue business but who am I right lol . Also here is a pic of my empty large spaghetti and meatballs . I don't care . I'd pay twice the amount they charge me for what they give me for they are to kind of. God bless your Mario's Italian cafe .“

“Dropped in for an early dinner. My husband had the shrimp tacos, I had the grilled fish tacos. Both were amazing. We were still talking about them the next day. Service was fast and friendly. We will definitely go back and try more things on the menu.“

“One of my favorite place to eat out for last minute dinner plans. I ordered there prie fix menu for $81 i got the steakhouse salad. 6 0z steak and lobster tail and the flourless choco cake. And garlic mashed potatoes. Everything was cooked to perfection. Chris jones the manager was friendly and down to earth. Food was served hot and in a timely manner. The tables were clean and the bathroom was clean as well. They also offer a military discount. Dress nice at least business casual to match their dress code policy.“

“Love the ambiance of patios. Service is Top-notch. Food was not as good this time. Calamari portion was skimpy. Rib eye steak was supposed to be med-rare but was medium to well done. Mashed potatoes were dry and flavorless. Did not eat more than 1 bite. Vegetables were whole carrots and broccolini, but they needed to be cooked a bit more because they were super super crunchy. “Stopped in for flour tortillas to go, but my son and I were starving. We decided to sit in for a a meal. He had the chorizo breakfast burrito, and I had Chile Relleño plate. Super delicious! Reasonably priced for Mexican food in comparison to many fancy Mexican restaurants. The girl who took our order, was very friendly and hospitable. I loved how clean the restaurant was inside, and the decor was simple and inviting. I will definitely go back! I wish I would've taken a picture of the food. Take my word for it, it's really good authentic Mexican food.“

The Agua chilies is my favorite however, so overpriced the food is good and the candies at the front counter are also delicious if you want authentic Mexican food with flavor when visiting Indio be sure to check out El Tapatio located on Indio Boulevard which is also a historic route.“

“It's a small place that gets busy with the few people it holds (like 8 tables). Having said that I always call in and order to go that way I'm not sitting there waiting. I always order tosti-ceviche and the agua chiles because they're made just perfect. Also the chavellas are the best in town I'd say the best I've ever had.“
