“Located right on Green before Wilson, only street parking available. Absolutely love their Thai Tea soft serve. They do have other flavor drinks available, both hot and cold. Freshly made cookies also for sale. You do have the option to make the soft serve into a float with different tea options. If it’s your first time here get the “Trophy” which includes all the toppings except for Oreo crumbs. No tables or public bathroom, just a single bench seat while you wait for your order.“

“This was the first time ordering from this location and it is actually pretty good. I got the Thai tea with brown sugar boba with the Ube Bubble Waffle and it was soft, chewy, and not overly sweet. I can't wait to bring my boyfriend and mom here to try it out. The drink was the perfect amount of sweetness, it was not headache inducing, and it wasn't bitter. The boba was soft and chewy as well.“

“This little cafe is absolutely a hidden gem. Found this place on accident on an outing but stayed because the food and hot drinks smelled amazing. The vibes here were serene, peaceful. The views were breathtaking and the service felt like I was at a family's house since they were very attentive. Super welcoming. The food was all reasonably priced and very filling. Already excited to return!“

“The owner is an incredible person. On top of that, the boba is tastier than most with a slightly softer and sweeter flavor. Vegan milk options. Ample parking and a post your own note wall. Trued the matcha and will be back for the Thai tea. Heard the fruit teas are really good too.“

“Wow this place is amazing, all organic coffee and yummy fresh food all made in house! I visit many coffee shops, and the prices here are so fair considering its all organic too ! I am so surprised to see some reviews saying its expensive, if you have gone to other independent coffee shops they are priced the same , but the coffee in other places is not organic. Also there is Wifi and plenty of seating!!!“

“The reviews are not wrong. For a nice break from the Walk of Fame this place is perfect! Had a poke bowl and a green jasmine iced tea w/ mango and they were delicious and hit the spot! The host at the counter was nice too and the music is relaxing.“

“Cute cafe/boba shop in Old Town Pasadena! I ordered a jasmine milk tea with boba. They have all the different levels of customization, like ice and sugar levels, milk options, and toppings. My drink hit the spot and the boba was cooked perfectly to qq texture. Lots of seating, too:“

“I have been on the hunt for good/decent boba in Burbank. I think this place is it. They have tacos, croissant sandwiches, bowls, ice cream and boba drinks. The best part is that everyday from 5p-8p drinks are buy one get one half off. That is a deal!!I had the blended tiger milk tea and the blended Thai tea. Both were good. The tiger milk tea was creamy enough so I enjoyed that a lot. The Thai tea wasn't too bad either. I will be back to try their other drinks on the menu.“

Big thanks to him for being patient and introducing me to something new! Perhaps a new fav. Really appreciated the service and quality. We got 4 drinks for $21, which I felt was reasonable. Will def be back.“

“Ordered twice from here and each time the food was excellent. Everything was packaged perfectly and the appetizers stayed crisp even when we order take out. We've ordered the wings, egg rolls, pad woon sen, red and yellow curry and steak salad. Couldn't complain about anything at all! Happy to have found this one as the Thai spot in South pas just hasn't been hitten lately. Recommend!“

“definitely need to come back to try the rest of their options (:the original pancakes have a light sweet taste (like a hush puppy), they also have an red bean pancake option but i’m a passionate red bean hater so i passed on that the strawberry milk frappe was a little bit on the tangier side as well as more on the watery side. i had expected it to be thicker consistency since frappes tend to be thicker liquid but i did get it with almond milk rather than the regular milk ? other than that, it was still consumablegreen grape snow top tasted like world peace ? ? ?it tasted like natural grape and not the artificial kind that you taste in juice or soda and was surprisingly not sour?i did prefer this one over the strawberry milk frappe ?it is a bit of a tiny shop so i don’t recommend going inside during packed hours (weekends) if you’re claustrophobic or just hate human interactionthe cashier was very sweet !my total was around $22Dietary restrictions: have different milk options for those who are weak like me and will explode if having lactose milk ?Parking: on fair oaks there’s a parking garage garage where the first two hours is only $1 (:“

“I waited five years to try this place once I had heard that Wong Fu opened it, and the wait was worth it. The Taiwanese spicy chicken sandwich blew my mind and my spirit, and the quality of the tapioca was amazing. I don’t even live here, but I will be coming back soon.“

“I loveee this tea place! It is tea forward, and has so many options. I try something new each time I am here. The toppings have great texture. My favorite combo so far is the golden phoenix oolong with oat milk, osthmanthus jelly, and lavender cream foam. It has been on my list since last year and so happy I finally was able to try it this year, so much that I've been 3 times and it is only March , LOL. Parking is covered lot, so yay it's easy. If you love tea sweets, come give them a try, I know I'll be back!“

“The menu is fairly large for a boba spot (a bunch of food options!), so I was hopeful when coming in. However, I only ordered drinks - the galaxy & the Cambodian red lime. Just a disclaimer - I think someone would like these drinks but it's not for me. That being said, I think these are well crafted & made. The galaxy was the better of the 2. To me, it tasted quite medicinal at first because it had an artificial cherry flavor but it mellows out once you keep drinking. The Cambodian red lime had nutmeg (or cinnamon?) in it which I wasn't expecting in a tea drink. It was good, just not for me. I think this place is pretty good if you're in the area! I like that they're taking risks & making flavors that you can't find anywhere else. Their flavors are quite niche but I know someone will definitely find their signature drink here. I would come back to try something new!“

“Cute little cat themed Boba shop, what’s not to like? The drinks themselves were OK for the price, didn’t really stand out compared to all the other Boba shops in old town. The milk tea I tried tasted a bit artificial. It’s a small shop with a few seating options and a table or two. The staff was nice and the service was quick, the kiosk was very easy to order from.“

“Zero ambiance but DAMNED good meat pies! It's small, seats maybe 20 ish diners total. I noticed they serve a lot of take out, there were many people coming and going as we sat there to eat. The food is super fresh. The dumplings and meat pies are made to order. You can watch them make them from your table (that's how small this place is!). They're quite no nonsense, it's very, give me your order, thanks, going to make them now. The food is delicious. We ordered: Lamb & green onion pancakes - juicy chopped or ground lamb. Very flavorful but not gamey at all. Fried buns - Good crispy pan fried bottoms, super soft on top but not so thick that it feels like there's more bun than meat. The pork is moist but not soupy and juice filled like you're used to. Pan fried pork & seafood dumplings - similarly juicy filling like the previous two but mixed with seafood. Good crunch on the bottom but no carby "lace" connecting them all. We parked right out on the street, 20 ft from the front door. In the evenings it's pretty easy as there's not a TON of other stores open in the surrounding area. Definitely eating here again...and again...and again.“

“I ordered the miso ramen and I think they gave me the spicy one by accident. Or maybe the regular is spicy too? Regardless, I was not a fan of the broth. The toppings were good though and luckily were separated so I was able to stir fry the noodles. 3/5 maybe would try a different broth I got the rose green tea boba and it was very good. The boba was pretty solid (chewy lol) and the tea was also. Would get again. 4/5.“

“Service was a bit slow but it was quite crowded when I came. Tried the Oreo drink and the limited edition Kafka blueberry cooler. Oreo drink was too sweet even at 75% sweetness, the blueberry cooler was much tastier. They were out of big straws so it was significantly more difficult to drink the boba and jelly. All the collaboration goodies with honkai star rail were great! We got a poster, drink holder, and sticker along with a redeem code with our drinks!Has a digital order station that works well and is easy to navigate. A bit difficult to find parking so I recommend trying to find parking nearby and walking there!“
“I am in love with the Tiger Sugar Milk Tea! I always order mine with double boba add-on, or as I call them, "little balls of joy". Even if I'm having a bad day, grouchy or down, when I have e a good boba tea like this, those little balls of joy always bring a smile to my face.“

“I haven't been to a Boba Loca in over 10 years. Didn't think they still exist since I'm from the bay. Came to this and didn't disappoint. It's usually dead when I go but I recommend their Almond milk tea if you like that almond nutty taste, very similar to Almond jello. So yummy that's all I get there.“

“We got ourselves some tea after eating pho next door and my go to is the grapefruit green tea and love their new maple story collaboration with the cute cups, though I never played that game in middle school. Love how quick the service was.“
“I went there on a sunday evening with a friend. There was ample parking. It wasn't crowded. We ordered a Dirty Latte and a Red Bean Teaser. The latte has a bit of sugar in it to my surprise. But it was good. The place has a lot of seats.“

“The food here is good. It is small. There is no room to dine in. I saw only 2 tables inside. Good place to quickly buy and take out. The amount of food you are served in one plate can be divided into 2 plates for 2 people. I got full eating just half of the meal. I appreciate the service.“

“Very interesting. Their main thing is these gently cooked big poofy "pancakes" made with egg whites and other stuff. Two of us shared a milk tea boba pancakes and it was perfect. It would be a lot for one person. There is a bit of a wait as each order is cooked on demand. They were tasty and fluffy. Would like to try other things there.“

“Boba Zzing has become my new favorite boba spot in Los Angeles!I decided to give Boba Zzing a try because their drinks looked very appetizing and tasty in photos, and I am pleased to say that they ARE!The compact but bright, airy interior has a couple tables and a counter for ordering, with most of their milk teas and smoothies being between $6-8. I found these to be very reasonable prices compared to similar boba spots in LA, especially for the size and quality! After ordering, our drinks were ready in no time. The Strawberry Smoothie was fruity, thick, and delicious. The Strawberry Creamy Milk was my favorite, and was rich in flavor and so silky smooth. Yum!I am more than pleased, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great boba milk tea or smoothie spot in LA!“

“Tie Guan Yin with boba 8.5/10Passion Fruit Slush with lychee bites 6.5/10White Peach Tea with lychee bites 6.5/10 Passion Fruit Slush was pretty sweet. It tasted more like mango. I wish it had more passion fruit. White peach tea was strong. However, there was not much peach flavor. Tie Guan Yin was strong. I like how there was a strong aroma of tea. It had the perfect sweetness. The sea salt creamer on top was perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful.“

“I've frequented JIN Tea shop on Green Street in Pasadena for years, and it never fails to impress! The tea bottles are not only visually stunning but also reusable, adding a charming touch to the experience. Their tea presentations are beautifully adorned with colorful flowers and offer authentic flavors with just the right hint of sweetness and milk, if desired. Unlike typical bubble tea places, the focus here is solely on the quality of the tea itself, which I truly appreciate. I've tried numerous drinks like the matcha latte, love potion, butterfly pea flower lemonade, oriental beauty oolong, etc all of which have been delightful. Although primarily serving cold beverages, they specialize in brewed, authentic loose leaf teas with a modern twist. Customer service is good, no complaints! If you're a tea enthusiast or simply enjoy quality beverages, I highly recommend giving JIN Tea shop a try!“
“I have been here a few times and I love their coffee and the variety of drinks they have! I went over the weekend and got their seasonal sweet and salty peanut butter latte and it is the BEST latte I have ever had!! I hope they make it a permanent drink on their menu because it is so good and I'll be sad if they get rid of it. I also love the ambience of the shop. This is my favorite coffee/tea shop in Pasadena, hands down!“

“I'm a sucker for boba and I especially like Boba Me for a variety of reasons. First, there are a number of customizations for boba tea I haven't seen elsewhere. Such as level of sweetness. So you can go from lightly sweetened to full-on children's breakfast cereal (I'm definitely in the later camp). Second, their containers are sturdy and have never broken open when I try to place it in my car beverage container. Third, they have a really tasty Thai Ice Tea option. I'll admit, that if Thai Iced Tea is on the menu at a boba place, that's invariably what I'll get. Once I was exposed to Thai Iced Tea after moving to Los Angeles, it's become on of my all-time favorite sweet beverage. The store is very cute and definitely a nice play to hang out with friends, though, to be fair, I pretty much always get my tea to go. It's also in just the right area: there are no boba places for at least 5 or 6 blocks away. Service has been universally great. I've never waited for more than five minutes (if that) to get my tea.“

“I’m often in old town at night, and this is one of the few dessert/drink shops still open. The location is well-lit and clean, with a few seats inside. Mostly a grab and go place, but you never feel like you’re in a rush here. No public restroom. Staff is polite and efficient. Drinks are prepared fairly quickly and prices are decent for the quality you get. Street parking gets hard to find but it’s very close to the schoolhouse garage at $1 for 2 hours. Swing by for a sweet treat!“

“Cute place. Lovely staff. Neat atmosphere. When you walk in through the humble entryway, you're immediately greeted by a welcoming smile and a hello. We were asked if we wanted to dine or order takeout. Dining in offers you seating options up the stairs into the the room you can see to through the open wall at it's floor level. I found it quite enjoyable being able to see into the room above. Very cool style. You order, then you eat. You pay at the end. My friends and I were treated well and wished a happy holiday. So thoughtful! If you're looking for something new, try here!“
