You can tell these guys put thought into their seasoning so that each sandwich has a little extra that takes it above the typical (we got the tuna and the veggie). The sandwiches are heated-and-pressed, but not made with regular panini bread. Instead the bread is a perfect choice of flaky/crispy outside, with an airy middle that provides volume without being too thick. A perfect compliment to the unexpectedly complex flavors of the sandwich. These sandwiches look unassuming but they are clearly made by foodies. And as a bonus, they deliver the sandwich to you down a long wooden slide. Awesome service!

Food: Jimmy John’s is a sandwich chain that has several standards offerings. The bread for sandwiches is of good quality, the meats are good, and the Jimmy Peppers are the unique add on. They have potato salad, pesto pasta, chips, and cookies for extras. Sodas are available for drinks at a self serve drink fountain.

Service: Service is good and I got my birthday side when I came in. No problems with the staff.

Ambience: This is a sandwich shop in a shopping plaza. The shop was clean and the bathrooms were clean enough.“

While I dine in. I observed the woman being nice to the other customer which made me feel more uncomfortable because why did she not greet me like she did the Latino man. She practically ignored me and I spoke first. I believe customer service is not how you feel but when you come to work and represent a company you should fake it until you make it.
