The nitro has deep chocolatey tones, texture is more watery than Starbucks or devotion our favorite place in nyc that needs to come to La. The Americano with a fruity bean was good. “Went late one evening right before closing and needed a pick me up and got an iced cafe de olla latte. It was delicious. I was there for about 10 minutes talking with the barista and she was so nice and knowledgeable about their business. Let me try some of the cream soda which is A+ made in house child nostalgia. Need to bring my mom back there with me.“

I forgot the special names of the drinks that we got, but I had a banana latte and it was so good! I got the biscoff latte for my wife and a strawberry refresher for my son.

“For 20 years, after we have a family get together. Its been a tradition that we all have breakfast at the Magnolia Cafe before we all part ways. It’s always clean, the food is always delicious and the service has always been wonderful. It is truly a special establishment!“

“I came here right before closing (annoying, I know) looking for a chocolate bar I saw online called The Conscious Bar. Came for the chocolate, stayed for the story. I asked the owner too many questions about the shop and she patiently answered all of them explaining her vision is more than just to run a successful cafe but also to be a light in this community. I'll be coming back to try all the patries. It was very clean and comfortable inside too. Like an Oasis in the wilderness that is Valley View and Rosecrans.

UPDATE: I got the bottled honey oat latte and that was really good. Being lactose intolerant, it was nice to have something dairy free ready to grab and go instead of having to special-order it.

Also tried the blueberry cream cheese Cruffin. This is refrigerated because of the cream cheese I think. Cold croissants aren't usually that good, but this was light enough to enjoy cold and it has already been devoured, would get it again, but probably better with a hot drink. I bought a few more of the Conscious Bar chocolate bars.“

The male cashier was very nice and the woman who made my drink hooked it up with more toppings inside (which was a little too much bc i couldn't suck up fruit with the juice bc it was too crowded in the cup), but good service, humble workers and a good first impression so I will def be back for more! 😋.
