“Wow! What an experience! This is a truly special bar.

I walked in as someone who didn’t like red wine, and left as a true convert after being guided to exceptional wines, by the extremely knowledgeable owner Manny. Every wine Manny suggested absolutely hit the mark, with my two favourites being a red 2021 Koncha & Co sweet Saperavi from Georgia, and a white Koncha & Co Kisi.

The atmosphere is really cosy and welcoming. Hours will disappear here as it’s so relaxing.

Highly recommend and will be back next weekend!

I do want to point out that I saw an additional “Operations Fee” surcharge of 5% levied on my bill. I personally think this is poor taste and reflects badly on the Management who should be able to run a profitable business with any and all “operational cost” built into their financial models.
You might as well have labeled this “charitable contribution “ or “donation”, or just raise your prices by 5%.“

“The restaurant and bar is small and we were the only dinner patrons at 6:30 pm, but the bar was well populated and a football game was on the TV. As a result it was quite noisy and we asked the waiter to turn down the music. The staff were very friendly and it seemed to have the same ambience as the bar in Cheers. I had a seafood pasta dish and my wife had a chicken breast with a marvelous cream sauce. The food was excellent and the service was prompt. We will go back.“

We had the Hamachi, Scallops and Lamb Lollypops for appetizers followed by the Wedge Salad and Lobster Bisque. For entree my husband had the New York aged steak with lobster tail and I had the Matsusaka Wagyu. Pricy but worth every bite. So luscious and tender. Yummm. I did the Brussels sprouts and we shared the truffle fries. OMG - those were outstanding. So crispy and the truffle - a generous amount.
