“One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. I’m visiting LA with my girl and her parents from France, we decided to come here and order a LA bag to share. We get the food and it was too spicy for my girl, owner Jake seen she stopped eating and had our server Michelle bring out an extra entree on the house for her. Jake came over afterward and talked to us for awhile, even ended up throwing an extra beer on the house in for my girl’s father. Great food, even better service, perfect way for my new French family to experience the USA. 11/10 experience!“

“We have been loyal customers since we discover this stop for boiling seafood. We have tried boiling seafood at other places and nothing compares to the flavor and seasoning they have here. We recommend this place 100% and they have great service to.“

“First of all I was sitting right in front of the restaurant, however, the entire building has been painted so that threw me off a bit
Ok, ok I walked in greet other guest asked if it was worth the $ EVERYONE nodded YES! I came for the special around $35.00 ended up spending $ 65+. The sauce played on my palette like someone played a Stevie Wonder song...it was better than A Key in Life!!! No fr fr everything about the establishment was really nice
The very best thing was that I didn't have to go over 15 mile's to get an amazing SEAFOOD BOIL. The price was right I had so much I had some leftovers for a next go round. The cashier's were very well vested in the product, allowed me to sample the sauce which was to die for. They were very pleasant and fun. I will...I shall return. Repeat business is the best business
The restaurant was immaculate“

“Ate dine in at this little hole-in-the-wall joint on a recent visit to LA. Close (street) parking was a miracle, but theres also parking (and bathrooms) across the street at the El Super. Portions for a Boil Bag were generous, one corn, potato, rice and a few broccoli were included. All amenities were provided: table paper, bibs, sanitizer, bucket, gloves, scissors for crab legs. Cajun garlic butter seasoning was delicious, not too spicy for the kids. Speaking of kids, seafood boil keep kids remarkably entertained! This place deserves all the good reviews. Our only (small) complaint is the distance to a bathroom, but it's a small price to pay for a delicious meal.“

“I really enjoyed the Nola vibes in the seating area on the side of the building. I was worried that the cajun seasoning on the tots would be spicy but it wasn't, and they were very good. I also had the chicken sliders without the hot sauce, and they were also good, but I wish they'd had more slaw on them. The Theves sweet tea was soooo good, I wish they sold it in gallon size!“

“Absolutely delicious food. The shrimps are big and perfectly cooked. We ordered 2 pounds (shrimp, calamari, clams) with the captain Loui sauce, and we cleaned the bag empty lol it was delicious!!!! It worked great for 3 people. The Cajun fries are also super tasty. Last but not least, the service is wonderful and attentive. Will definitely come back again with friends!“

“What a great find! We had oysters, crawfish and seafood soup for dinner. Food was great, but even better was the service, which was very friendly and helpful. It was fun to compose our main dish! Highly recommended if you like Thai-style seafood with a twist.“

Delicious $2 fried chicken and red beans and rice. ...gets me here every Monday and Thursday. Did I mention the open mic night or the live Jazz? The Spot for pretty girls on a budget that like to get their groove on.“

“Everything was great. It’s outdoor seating but they provide all the tools to eat comfortably. I would suggest asking for a cracker so you don’t stab yourself with the tool to pull the meat out.“

“everything was in Dixie or on a Dixie container... not for the price... commercial shrimp and oyster not fresh but frozen.... Clam chowder was 90% potatoes/10% clams and the coleslaw was old and I have pictures ... So It's a NO for me“
