“Came here randomly on a Tuesday afternoon while in Martinez. Saw the place and craved pho... so I decided to check it out.
I have pho in a lot of places and I can say this one didn't disappoint. I saw the negative reviews and feared I made the wrong choice but I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the combo pho and the broth was tasty and it had plenty of meat. I also ordered the grilled pork Bahn Mi and it was fire!! The bread was warm and soft, the pork was seasoned perfectly and it was tasty and juicy. First time here was a success. I don't normally hang around Martinez but if I come back and crave pho, I'm coming here. Hopefully they are consistent next time :)“

“Best pho in town. The food hits every time! Everything’s always cooked fresh, and full of flavor. I highly recommend grabbing their Thai tea, they make it bold, sweet and creamy ! “If you have the chance to eat here, DO IT! Wish I could give it extra stars!! Amazing, delicious, authentic food. Super sweet mom running it with her two kiddos there. We came with our two year old so it was really nice to be in a kid friendly place. She made sure to bring out his food and drink as quick as possible to keep him happy which we massively appreciate 🙌 She said there was going to be a little wait, except the food came out faster than anywhere else we’ve eaten in town haha. We got the chicken wings, grilled pork bahn mi, pho, coconut prawns, a strawberry smoothie and a coconut smoothie. Everything was delicious, especially the wings. We unfortunately live in Calistoga so we can’t be regulars here but if we could, we would! Support your local restaurants working hard over greedy corporations any day!“

“Pho Vy is seriously one of my go to spots! And let me tell you, the mango sticky rice is THE BEST. I’ve tried pretty much every mango sticky rice in the area , so I feel qualified to say this 😂. It’s the perfect amount of sweetness, not overly sweet, and the mangoes they use are always perfectly ripe and delicious.

Their Thai basil chicken is also so good, and their pho has so much flavor. The broth is rich, flavorful, and just hits the spot every time.

The owner is also super sweet and friendly, which makes the experience even better. You can tell they really care about their customers and the food they serve.

Definitely my go to whenever I’m craving something delicious! I highly recommend giving Pho Vy a try. You won’t be disappointed!“

“Food is delicious. Their bahn mi sandwiches have quality flavor and are packed generously with meat and veggies. When I ordered it, they did communicate to me it would take long about 25 mins. However I did end up waiting about 35-40 mins. Order ahead of time if you're in a rush. I noticed other people were waiting a while for their food as well. There was only one person taking orders and delivering food. They are family owned and ran. I hope they can hire more people to make it run more efficiently.I do like how they have tofu bahn mi as an option! Most bahn mi places don't offer that.The seats seem scattered. However there is various options for seating which is good for large groups. I would come back, but probably order ahead of time!“

“I hardly ever write reviews, but Chef Tiffany makes some incredible food! Menu changes every week, but every dish I’ve gotten has been so good! My favorite dish are the ribs and they are actually the best ribs I’ve ever had. This is the BEST Vietnamese food in the area! 10/10 would recommend, especially at the price!“

“Such delicious food! The Thai tea is the best I've ever had. We got a table as soon as we got there, they took our order super fast and our food was out in less than ten minutes.

The egg rolls were super crispy and flavorful, and the spring rolls were very fresh. We got the #13 beef pho, and between three people it was plenty of food with the two roll dishes.

The broth with all of the sauces on the side was amazing. The quality and quantity of noodles was excellent for the price. I would definitely go back, especially for the Thai tea.“

“Went tonight for the first time with my family after the tree lighting and it was a great experience. Music was soft, place was busy but not overcrowded, all the people were nice patrons and staff, and the food was good. I personally enjoyed the beef stew noodle soup dish and will definitely be back for more of that for sure.

Kid-friendliness: My wife and my two young children and myself attended. There were other families with young children we got to meet and greet throughout our dining experience and the staff incredibly kind and nice to our family especially our babies.“

“I brought my parents to eat here. My dad loves pho! Their service was great. The food arrived quickly. The food was delicious. We had grilled pork Vietnamese sandwiches, grilled pork vermicelli bowl, spring rolls, and BBQ pork and wonton pho. (can you tell we love grilled pork?) the pork was delicious! The sandwiches were not dry. We completely enjoyed our meal and had a very nice time together. I would highly recommend this place for both dining in and takeout.“

“Everything about this place is great. Just went for the first time and the food was amazing. Eggrolls were very crispy and flavorful! Beautifully done pork chop and the portion on my husband’s rice plate was filling and presented very clean. I got the steak and brisket pho soup full of flavor meat was cooked great not chewy at all the portion for a medium is a lot and the shrimp-spring rolls were so fresh!! Definitely coming back. “Vanessa’s Bistro is hands down my favorite restaurant in Walnut Creek. I like to get out and try new places but yet I always find myself coming back to VB2 for amazing food, drinks, staff, and atmosphere. It’s my favorite place to take friends that have never tried it. If you want to impress in a casual way it’s perfect for a first date or girls night out too. Try the Claypot Rice Or Prawns with mango and garlic butter noodles! Potstickers Chicken rolls All of it!“

“A lot of places around here do decent pho, and this one is solid across the board. The beef pho is consistently good. The chicken has a slightly different style that works really well, especially when you’re not feeling great. The vegetarian is better than most pho spots manage, which is nice if you’re ordering for someone who doesn’t eat meat.

The bún bò Huế is also good, and I usually swap in egg noodles. Appetizers have all been fine.

I mostly stick to pho here and haven’t had a bad bowl.“

“This place is so good. Nice, clean and well decorated neighborhood restaurant, with consistently delicious authentic Viet food. My favorite dish here is the Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef noodle soup). The key is asking for mam ruoc (shrimp paste) to add to the broth, it makes extra pungent and salty. Love it.“

“The luncheon meal served to me was catered and was delivered promptly to our dinning location with a group of twenty people celebrating two birthdays. The order was still hot from its preparation and arrived with all necessary flatware along with a celebratory and festive attitude. The catered food was roasted chicken thigh and leg served with tender cabbage and perfectly steamed fluffy white rice. The chicken had an appealing medium roasted brown color prepared with what I could taste as soy based seasoning, slight sweetness and other enhancing aromatic flavors. The chicken was roasted to an ideal doneness and was tender and juicy, flavorful, easy to cut and of a sizable quantity. The gracious lady appearing with the catered order was courteous and kind, prompt as I mentioned and made sure the delivery was as exactly requested. The entire experience was positive, the roasted chicken was delicious, it all went smoothly and I would definitely suggested Camille Restaurant to others.“

“Quick lunch whilst waiting for train. Beef Pho was excellent with plenty of slices of beef, many vegetables and noodles with a lovely aromatic broth. My wife’s noodle dish was huge with again plenty of vegetables and a very spiced sauce. Both were delicious. Highly recommend“

“The only Pho spot in Vallejo that was open on the 4tj of July. I was calling around all of the Pho places and they said they are pretty much open 24/7, they only do half days I think on 2 holidays, Christmas and New Year or something like that but they were the only pho spot that was open on 4th of July in Vallejo. Great service, located in the same plaza as Island Pacific in Springstowne. They have indoor seating and everything on the menu. I called for pick up and ordered wonton soup with egg noodle, a kbbq rib plate, and a pork bbq rice plate with egg. I was able to drive across town and pick it up. They are also available on door dash too. People were dining in on the Saturday holiday and was happy to hear they are open. Parking is easy and can get busy but located in a shopping plaza, can sit a large amount of people inside.“

“LOVE THIS PLACE!! The bread tears up the roof of my mouth in the best way and the fried taro in their veggie banh mi is delightful. One time they put too many jalapenos in my sandwich but honestly i prefer that to not enough spice level. Black sesame coffee is great too, although expensive. Perfect sunny day lunch spot.“
