“The tea here is good compared to other tea shops in the area. The milk and sugar doesn't overwhelm the tea. The shop is decorated with anime figures but there's no seating in the shop. Ordering is through just 1 kiosk, but our tea order of 4 was prepared in a timely manner. Parking was not a problem on a Tuesday afternoon.“

“Tasty vietnamese desserts. Staff are knowledgeable about how to make items vegan and many things are automatically vegan. Got the red bean trio which was really tasty, liked the different textures. The pandan jelly was good and not artificial tasting at all. The taro in it added a nice creaminess. Also got the choco banana smoothie with soymilk which was good.“

I also tried their desserts, and they were such a pleasant surprise: fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff are super friendly and attentive. My go-to at Tpumps is the blackberry peach black tea with boba, and it always hits the spot. The pearl-tea ratio isn't the best, but the drink is still very worth it. “I go here all the time for their claw machines, unique drinks, and MUCH cheaper coconut pudding than places like Tong Sui (hate to start competition but it must be said). The customer service, always very nice ladies working behind the counter! Their drinks I love too, especially the mango coconut pudding drink. Lots of lower reviews of how slow this business runs is not true. Only once did that happen to me in 3 years of going there, and it is important to understand that I always see that workers behind the counter trying to handle it the best they could! They don’t slack off!“
