“The tea here is good compared to other tea shops in the area. The milk and sugar doesn't overwhelm the tea. The shop is decorated with anime figures but there's no seating in the shop. Ordering is through just 1 kiosk, but our tea order of 4 was prepared in a timely manner. Parking was not a problem on a Tuesday afternoon.“

“Tasty vietnamese desserts. Staff are knowledgeable about how to make items vegan and many things are automatically vegan. Got the red bean trio which was really tasty, liked the different textures. The pandan jelly was good and not artificial tasting at all. The taro in it added a nice creaminess. Also got the choco banana smoothie with soymilk which was good.“

“I absolutely loved this place! The milk tea was perfectly balanced — rich and creamy but not overly sweet — and the pearls were soft and chewy with just the right texture. I also tried their desserts, and they were such a pleasant surprise: fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff are super friendly and attentive. It’s definitely one of the best spots I’ve been to for milk tea and sweet treats. I’ll be coming back again and again!“

“came from sf for the love and deepspace collab! we got the caleb (apple oolong) and sylus (grapefruit) drinks. caleb tasted kinda sandy but there were five million people in the store, so no worries. both really tasty still. i recommend 100% sweet. good luck to the workers because there were a lot of whiny people you guys are the best 😭👍“

The shop is compact where it is strictly to go only, you can either order from the kiosk or a staff can help you at the counter. “I go here all the time for their claw machines, unique drinks, and MUCH cheaper coconut pudding than places like Tong Sui (hate to start competition but it must be said). The customer service, always very nice ladies working behind the counter! Their drinks I love too, especially the mango coconut pudding drink. Lots of lower reviews of how slow this business runs is not true. Only once did that happen to me in 3 years of going there, and it is important to understand that I always see that workers behind the counter trying to handle it the best they could! They don’t slack off!“

“Overall pretty good. Went on a weekend on Saturday around 3pm. There was a pretty big wait with people crowding outside waiting for orders. They have a QR code you can scan outside or you can order inside. We tried the strawberry milk tea 30% sweet and that was good for us. The wait was about 15 min though until it was ready. Longer than some other boba tea places. Price is around $5-6. Also parking can be tricky.“

It is pretty good, but the Boba was a little bit too much.

so I had them take the Boba out for me.
