“Saturday night is a great time for dinner and music! Frida, an up and coming local singer, filled the restaurant with her songs: originals, covers, Spanish ballads, and yodeling! From 6-8, she performs and it was so beautiful!! The menu is also delicious. From Russian to BBQ, lots of options. The beet borscht was tasty. We also enjoyed the brisket! The hot tea is brewed from organic garden herbs. Variety of bar drinks, too!“
“I got a vegetarian burrito and let me tell you…This burrito was so good. They definitely filled that bad boy up and I was a huge fan of that. The guac was out of this world and I loved the flavor of the grill. We also got tons of sauces, and pickled onions and grilled onions. I had food for both lunch and dinner. I was a really big fan of this one and will be coming back very often. Super good! Was supposed to just take a bite in the car and ending up taking half of it haha“
“HOLY MOLY! I don't know where to start! Pliny the Elder on draft seems like a good place, obviously. The rest of their beer selection is incredible as well: Sante Adarius, Discretion, Hidden Hills, and so much more! I haven't eaten anywhere that has a selection like this in a long time. They also have a great selection of wines! Some of the most unique Champagnes and small production reds. My girlfriend had a glass of Riesling that knocked her socks off! SO yummy. "Parker's Picks" as they call them are on point!The food was superb. Period. They just won an award for best Burger and Sandwiches, which is undoubtedly true. But their Sweet Sticky Ribs are amazing! We had those, the burger, BTL (OMG), Paisano, and some sides. Everything was a home-run. Fresh, high quality, and FULL of flavor. Well done!The team and atmosphere was so nice and welcoming. Amanda and Cesar greeted us with smiles, let us know what the best bites were, and then graciously helped us make our decisions. Even their chef in the back said hello when he brought the food up front! What a great team! I can't wait for my return trip. I heard they have the best breakfast burritos in town! Big fans.“
“Came w family during lunch hour on a Monday, service was on point even w one server w 7 other tables being served. And to top it off, the food-just excellent w flavors to bring back memories of my childhood back in Korea. “What this hole-in-the wall kind-of place lacks in atmosphere it makes up for in its food. I’m surprised at some of the very negative reviews. I had brisket, tri tips, mac n cheese and beans. Meat was tender, juicy and served hot. Sides were good. Other reviewers might have a point in terms of lack of smoked flavour on the meats but I would sacrifice that over the tender and juiciness.“
“Nice to have a Korean place in Marina. Everything was good. My favorite was the beef soup and the kalbi. Ramen tofu soup is not worth the price. It's instant ramen noodles with some tofu. We will go again! It was busy on a Sunday night and only 2 people handling the tables. There was some waiting.“
“Nothing like some good ol' pizza. Straw Hat takes me back to the 80's with the Fam as a kid.... Can't go wrong with some old school at Straw Hat and this location in Seaside, Ca was really good. Good prices, great friendly service, on time and provided all the extras (cheese, peppers, plates & napkins)“
“Been to this place a few times but this time I got the BBQ brisket sandwich. Very good and a lot of food for one personI felt the BBQ sauce lacked some spice or flavor. The beans were pinto beans but needed more spices and the mashed potatoes were great. Cornbread is like cake, yum.“
“Delicious, authentic, fresh, and friendly service. The flavors were amazing. Everything came out quickly. The mild ramen is still spicy for kids, be warned. The chicken rice bowl would be a better option if you have kids. We loved it and will be back the next time we’re in town!“
