“I am a Nepali. I know what am talking about. Hands down one of the best Nepali chowmein and momo we have had in the States!

They were quiet so we got seated immediately. The place feels like some fast-food joint with advertisements plastered all over the wall. The vibe surely takes you back home to Nepal.

We dined here for an early dinner. For a party of 5, we had 2 plates of chicken steamed Momo, 1 plate of Titanic (Jhol) chicken momo, chicken lollipops, 2 chicken chowmein, and goat curry with nan and rice! We had 3 rounds of complementary chai. (trust me we kept asking for it. The chai was that good!)

The momo was so fresh, piping hot with 2 styles of Nepali chutney, the chowmein came fresh with enough veggies and chicken, and the lollipop was crunchy! We were so full that we asked them to put the curry/rice/naan in to go box!

It hits you home when you find a Nepali restaurant that does not compromise on quality. The manager and the team took good care of us!

“This place consistently has good texture boba and well mixed teas. I am a frequent visitor and the person who takes orders generally remembers to ask if I want decaf if I forget to order it at night. I particularly enjoy the honey milk tea, the Thai tea, the taro milk tea, and the sesame milk tea. The black pearl milk tea is a good value if you want boba and don't have a particular flavor in mind as the price includes boba.

Edited to add:
- This place remains consistent and a good value for the area. It is particularly cost effective to split a large between 2 people. I feel the amount of boba they give is generous, especially in the large.
- This place has fried snacks available.
- Their seating area and restroom is open again after closure during COVID.
- They have no changing table.“

Sweet & sour pork had great sauce but meh fake meat, basil eggplant and tofu was excellent, scallion pancakes were crisp and tasty, pot stickers and spring rolls were good, and the vegetable fried rice was truly outstanding. Service was prompt and efficient. Atmosphere very informal with soothing soft music in the background. I’ll definitely go back again.“

“Hands down for the best burritos and tacos of mountain view! Cheztako burrito is 10/10, there's plenty of parking, there's a liquor there too, the only negative thing is that there is no tables to eat, or at least in winter time, so you are going to have to eat inside your car.“

That said, the service was exceptional—staff were friendly, attentive, and truly made the dining experience enjoyable. “This hotpot is pretty good! We have lunch special for 2 people and it’s less than $60 in total, but we have a lot as the pic below, 2 meets, 3 veggies, 1 entree, 1 plum pitcher and 1 free passion fruit pitcher. Also, the food is really fresh, and we just choose mild mild spicy which is just right. Previously, it’s very spicy even if we choose the least spicy level.

Decided to come in randomly because i liked the pictures shown on the menu. I ordered the breakfast plate that comes with eggs scrambled with ham, side of beans topped with melty cheese, rice, tortillas , avocado slices, a pickled jalapeño, and grilled onions. “I went to this place for first time 2 days ago. The staff was very polite. I was a solo customer and they found me a spot where I could comfortably sit by myself. Big plus was a cushion on the bench that made it more comfortable to sit. Right away they brought me a miso soup to start off. I ordered 4 different rolls and they were all delicious. My favorite was the California Crunch Roll. The place appeared very clean and well maintained. I will definitely return to try more of their dishes!“

“My mom and I walked into this place today and at first we were a little surprised by the prices, but we decided to give this place a shot. This is a little bakery with few items but each item is made with the best ingredients. Sure you can find cheaper options at ranch 99 or 85° but they won't compare to this place. I can tell everything is made from scratch without preservatives. Not mass produced like the stuff you find at 85° and ranch 99 or any other chain chinese bakery.
Everything was so delicious. Even my mom who really dislikes spending $$ on such items was very happy we bought everything we did and would like to go back.
The items I got were the bride cake with winter melon, mango mochi, coffee sliced cake, almond cake, sesame balls, and the red bean puff with egg yolk. We haven't tried everything yet. But so far I'm really impressed by the sesame ball, mango mochi (filled with fresh mango and so soft!), and red bean puff with egg yolk. The sesame balls with red bean paste is way better than any that I have tried. I'm pretty sure she makes the red bean paste from scratch. The woman that works there is so kind and sweet. You can taste the love and care in their pastries. I am happy to support small businesses with quality food. 10/10 would recommend you do too!

We weren’t able to get a table inside since they had another big party but the weather was so nice out that we all enjoyed eating outside on the patio. We ordered a few apps to share. My favorite was the calamari. Their focaccia bread was soft and delicious. I got the chicken parm which was pretty mediocre but coworker seemed to enjoy their pasta dishes.“
