“Best Punjabi food, chicken tikka masala and garlic naan so tasty“

“New Owners! Delicious Persian and Pakistani (alternate pages of menu). We had their paneer appetizer). It had big cubes of soft Pakistani cheese in a tomato based cream sauce with finely chopped ginger. Fabulous. We also enjoyed a grilled eggplant with a Persian yogurt cultured from sheep and goat milks. The butter chicken was exceptional: he grills his chicken, chops it, then adds the juicy chunks of meat into his delectable sauce. His ground beef kabob was juicy and tender. I enjoyed an inhouse, freshly made mango lassi. Wow! We have enough leftover to enjoy a shared lunch tomorrow.“

“We have searched so many Indian restaurants. This is by far the best tasting food outside of India. Anjoo is still talking about her Chole bhatura. Everything is made from the love of taste. Five out of five stars. I dare anyone after tasting the food to say anywhere outside of India is better prepared.“

“One of life's happiest accidents was finding Everest Curry. We had no idea how spoiled we'd been by the Himalayan restaurant we'd had in our little town of Jackson until it closed (for renevations) and we had to go in search of comparable food. It just wasn't to be found...anywhere...or so we thought. Then we found Everst Curry. WOW! Amazing food! I'd almost forgotten how much I loved dahl soup. And the chana masala...and the mo mo...and the vegi pakora (oh my, the vegi pakora)...and the samosas. And then the house specialty, the "Everest" curry. We had the lamb. So tender you don't even need to chew with what seemed to be a tomato based korma (maybe) with spinach. I was almost in tears! We're still looking forward to our Taste of Himalaya restaurant re-opening, but we sure know where to go to get our fix in the meantime. Thank you, thank you.“

“Had an amazing experience at Fuzion Bistro in Rancho Cordova! The food was absolutely delicious, and a few dishes really stood out. The Fish Tandoori was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of smoky flavor, tender on the inside with a nice char on the outside. The White Sauce Pizza was rich and creamy without being too heavy—each bite was packed with flavor. And the Baingan Bharta? Easily one of the best I’ve had, with that deep, roasted eggplant flavor coming through beautifully. On top of the great food, the service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you’re in the area. Will be back for sure!“

“I popped up around 9pm with my son for a late dinner. They did not disappoint. The chicken tikka masala was rich, creamy and flavorful. The rice was fluffy and soft to match the wonderful dish. And I rounded it out with some buttered naan. Great place that I would recommend to you for a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy with friends and family. They even mentioned that on Fridays and Saturdays they stay open until 11pm.“

“My friends saw some IG promos of this place and we decided to check it out.
Decent location off of Folsom Blvd/65th, tiny parking lot but plenty of street parking.
We dined as, as we often do when grabbing pizza for dinner. We arrived at 6pm and were the only ones there. Don't mind, whole place to ourselves. When we walked in, the two staff members were sitting in the dining area to see us arrive and promptly assisted us with our order. First order was a half chicken tikka and half Italian garlic combo. Second order was half tandoori chicken and also half Italian combo.
While we waited for our food, we checked out the decor and it's a nice spot with lots of seating and 3 large TVS.
Wall of tap beer for you to choose from and I really like the Bollywood movie quotes on the front wall. Saw one of my fav quotes up there too! One of the TVs was playing a movie and the other had on music videos. We heard neither. It was dead silent in there, which was a downer. Was hoping for some lively music.
Food was BUSSIN! The tandoori chicken pizza was a 10/10! Masala ranch is hella good. Chicken tikka, which is normally my fav at other Indian pizza spots was maybe a 6/10. I give the Italian garlic combo a solid 5.
We will definitely be back. But maybe next time we will come later at night. This place had a sign out front that they are open from 10AM - 6AM!! Wild. I can definitely see this place being popular with the late night college crowa.“

“Delicious food and amazing service. I visited on a Tuesday around noon, it was not busy. The waitress and team were very attentive and kind. I ordered the chicken tikka kabob with rice, garlic bread on the side, potato bolani, and vegetable soup. Everything tasted amazing and was cooked to perfection. I am definitely coming back here! I wish it was closer to the Bay Area. This is the most authentic Afghan food I have tried in America.“

“This place is run by a family and is closest to authentic Indian cuisine I have had in the area. Each dish pops with flavor and the chef manages to make the food taste great even with minimal spices. We have dined in multiple times and got food catered by them for a party of 15 people, they toned down the spices exactly based on our request as not many of our guests were used to the cuisine.
On a different note, we eat spicy food and they served us the best Andhra style chicken. 10/10 would recommend.“

“I got mango chicken curry “spicy” maybe bc of the sweetness of the curry it canceled the spice so next time I’ll get it with more spice.
My daughter got the till nasal spicy and it had a decent kick but not overly spice.
Very clean great service not super busy.
Just missed the lunch rush.

The restaurant is owned by our owners cousion, so I always had a thought that due to the owners influence we get some extra ordinary food for catering. What i did not appreciate was the fact that we went to the buffet and my teenage son wanted to treat us well not knowing they had a table with dessert we asked if for everyone with buffet they said yes. When my son went to pay what was supposed to be $60 for 3 buffets was $85 because each item was individually priced on the dessert. Also they ran out of the meat that his friend enjoyed eating so he didn't get the full enjoyment of the buffet. They stated they would make sure not to run out we could come back tomorrow but at $85 that is way too much.“

I was just at Sac Yard brewing where your truck was and had the samosas and the butter chicken fries and everything was hot fresh and tasty. the food is very gourmet tasting. fresh, hot and very well prepared!! “Love this place. Not much to look at inside but great food. Combo of Mexican and Indian food. I have had the burritos, tacos, quesadillas, french fries, samosas with yummy sauces, and chicken tiki masala (available on weekends) and have never been disappointed. The prices are reasonable too.“
