“Our first impression of this place was a good one. I yelped this place after our dinner down the street. One con to this place is parking sucks. We had to park across the street at the grocery store and walked across the street. You can order online or at the store on a screen. Very minimal interaction with a person. The only time you see someone is when they're putting together your order. We ordered the horchata cheesecake, chocolate chip bread pudding, and a apple tart. The cheesecake was really good but the crust needs to be thicker to help balance out the sweetness. The bread pudding is also a recommendation, if you take it to go the person recommended to microwave it for 45 seconds or in our case, we used our oven toaster for 4 mins. This place closes at midnight so a good place to go to for your sweet tooth especially late night munchies.“

“Been coming here even before they changed their management, but it’s my first time reviewing this place. They completely changed the place! For the better! Some of the menu items might not be available anymore, but this place definitely changed for the better. The AC is finally working, finally comfortable furnitures, there used to be a time limit of staying here, now you can stay and enjoy the free wifi. People can finally study and get things done while being comfortable. There are rare places like that here in Panorama.“

“First time here and I love their “coral” refresher drink! Lots of choices from milk teas to refreshers using real fruits! Very nice owners and very hands on with great customer service! Would recommend it definitely and will surely be back for more!“

“Would come here before for their Caramel Frapp, which let me tell you is amazing! I noticed that they had a new menu...SUSHI...so I decided to try a Poke bowl. Let me just say it was the best decision of my life. It was EXQUISITE! Everything looks and taste super fresh. If you love sushi or poke bowls...then don't waste any time and come here you won't regret it! The staff is also amazing!

Staff is so welcoming and our pup looks forward to coming here as well to get her own treat. This place has really picked up since we moved into the neighborhood early this year and the quality has stayed the same.

“Lovely experience at this bubble tea place last night, the staff was super helpful and so kind, they all saved my life giving me the wifi to get an uber after getting abandoned by a guy in the middle of the road. “Very good place. Great people are working there. Very friendly. Explaining well about their drinks and how they make. Drinks are very tasty. They prepare pudding by themselves and herb jelly. So i recommend to add them to your drinks. They are super delicious and natural than other toppings which they have. I really like Thai peel milk tea and matcha smoothie. The greatest thing about this brand is that they use dairy free substitution from Taiwan instead of milk and it taste like milk. Very recommended.“

“Great food. Clean area to sit down and eat. Have a variety of drink selections from tea, milk tea, and slushie, and they also serve food too. I ordered the Popcorn chicken meal, which also comes with a free drink (selections are thai tea, boba milk tea, or green tea).

“Great place for a sweet pick me up! The food and drinks have the right amount of sweetness. The passion fruit tea is refreshing the brown sugar ice cream is creamy and toasty sweet. The pepper pesto (lots of pine nuts) waffle has a savory/sweet balance.
I would Definitely grab something if I’m in the area.
Parking garage is right next door. Parking on Western is rough so the garage is user friendly.
They kind of seem understaffed for the high foot traffic in the area.

“travelled from Singapore to LA for a few months and my asian tastebuds were craving a good ol' milk tea, i chanced upon tan-cha while i was in ktown. only downside is the parking- there were no available lots nearby so we had to park somewhere and walk about 10-ish mins.
i love the aesthetic of the shop, it was extremely clean and cozy! we were the only ones there so we got our drinks really fast. i ordered the milk tea creamio and it was pretty good. i would def go there again to try out other drinks!! :)“
