They make the experience so far above any other winery I’ve been to. They’re willing to answer any and all questions and really deep dive into the wine. Couldn’t recommend this place more!“

“Let me start by saying this was an amazing wine experience. We visited Sonoma a few weeks ago for my birthday. This was our first tour of our stay and it likely made all the others a slight less enjoyable. Chris was phenomenal. He was so knowledgeable. We walked around the property and learned about the land, grapes, neighbors, natural agricultural techniques, and even the animals on the property. “TLDR: Staff and service is outstanding, food is high quality and creative, & we will be regulars from here on out! We’d been driving around Napa arguing about what we wanted to eat for about 20 minutes prior to this and I’m so happy we randomly drove by this spot and it called to us. (Arrived just after 5:30pm on 2/5/25) Very kid friendly, both the hostess and our waiter were so kind and accommodating. We eat out with our toddler quite often so he’s used to restaurants, but it was super nice to be somewhere where it didn’t feel like an inconvenience to be dining as a family. Would’ve left five stars just for the awesome staff personalities, but it helps that the food was delicious and the service was great! Sat quickly, waters and menus and a highchair were brought out immediately. Our appetizers of a Cesar salad and meatballs came out very fast and super hot. Cesar salad was my favorite, very flavorful and refreshing. Husband enjoyed the meatballs, they came with plenty of sauce and three large pieces of garlic bread (that my toddler devoured promptly). We ordered a pizza to share, I believe it was called the Potato and Pancetta. Great portions to split as a couple, and delicious pizza! The white sauce was one of the best I’ve had, and the potato part sounded weird to me when my husband ordered but it WORKS. Can’t wait to come back!“

My wife and I have been coming here for over 12 years, and it’s not only one of our all-time favorite restaurants; it’s a must every time we visit Napa. We’ve celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, our engagement, and soon we’ll be back in December for our babymoon.

The food is consistently exceptional. The roast chicken is the best we’ve ever had, the steak frites is divine, and the salade lyonnaise is indulgent perfection. You simply have to end the evening with the profiteroles and crème brûlée; it’s non-negotiable.

But what truly sets Bouchon apart is the team. The staff goes above and beyond to make every visit special. Their hospitality is world-class, and it’s clear they take immense pride in what they do.

“Our best visit during our trip to Napa! We visited Domaine Carneros, B.Cellars, Davis Estates, Grgich, and Prager Port. We had a nice visit at all of those vineyards, but none of them came close to the hospitality, friendliness and generosity that Ryan Morales showed us during our tasting at Maxville. The wines were fantastic, as was meeting Cullen...a member of the wine making team. The entire visit was spot on from the minute we arrived, to the tour of the grounds, to the tasting. “Hall Wines was an experience beyond anything that I could have imagined. When we came to wine taste at Hall, our expectations were not set. I've been too many wineries in St Helena, but I've never been to Hall. The grounds were absolutely immaculate. The winery was stunningly, beautiful. Our server Alfredo Hernandez was knowledgeable, warm, friendly, inviting, and a superb host. I love talking about wanting and asking questions as I taste and both Alfredo and Tom were both a pleasure to engage with. We enjoyed absolutely everything in our experience. “Kunde “Wine Dog Walk” is a must for wine enthusiasts with dogs! The morning started with a meet and greet type settings at the estate with the group going. The hike then went through vineyard blocks on the estate where the fall colors and the incredible weather were breathtaking!
Kunde left no detail out at each well planned point to stop, take in the view, hear stories and history with 5th generation Jordan while enjoying wine tasting on our journey. They even had water for your pets at each stop! The hike ended with a delicious catered lunch, a final tasting and well deserved rest. The dogs were also able to “water taste” select estate water blends paired with dog treats!! Manny my golden 100% enjoyed all the treats and the 2025 bacon blend water.

I recently took a trip to Napa Valley and had the absolute pleasure of visiting the Napa Valley Tasting Barn—and I cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment we arrived, everything about the experience exceeded expectations. The setting was breathtaking, with panoramic views that perfectly captured the beauty of Napa. It felt like a scene straight out of a wine country postcard.

The real highlight, though, was the service. Our server, Tamara, was nothing short of phenomenal. She was warm, knowledgeable, and made the entire tasting experience unforgettable. She walked us through several exceptional wines, educating us on the different varietals and the unique regions they came from. Her passion and expertise made the tasting feel personal and elevated.

The charcuterie board paired perfectly with our wines, adding another layer of enjoyment to the visit. Every detail—from the presentation to the pacing of the tasting—was thoughtfully curated. You can tell the staff truly cares about creating a meaningful and memorable experience for each guest.

This was a 10 out of 10 across the board. Whether you’re a wine connoisseur or just someone looking to enjoy a relaxing and educational afternoon in Napa, the Napa Valley Tasting Barn is a must-visit. “What a wonderful find!

A truly welcoming atmosphere and beautiful little tasting room made our impromptu visit a delight. Staff were so warm and knowledgeable (especially Leanah) and even though we only popped in for a glass of wine rather than a tasting, we were treated in such a friendly manner even being allowed to bring our two small dogs in!
We had a glass of the 2022 Peacemaker and the Block 126 Petite Sirah. The Peacemaker was so good, jammy, fruity and smooth, that we bought two bottles!

Only downside is that they offer a Bacon and Wine Experience, but no Sausage and Wine Experience??? :-)

We will definitely be back (maybe next time with sausages).“
