The crust had a nice crunch, and the aroma was spot on—earthy and inviting. The crumb, however, was a bit denser than expected, lacking the usual airy texture, and it leaned more on the chewy side. Still, the flavor was enjoyable, and it’s clear they use quality ingredients.

One suggestion for the owner: consider adding a bread slicer. It would make it much more convenient for customers who prefer pre-sliced loaves“

“Went here with a friend and was blown away (sounds cliche!) by the level of service I got from a place I wasn't destined to spend more than $10 at. The honestly polite cashier (manager, perhaps?) and her knowledge of all of the various cookies, their ingredients, and other particulars, made my day. Reminded me of how service used to be years ago. The cookies were very good, too, as were the samples I was given. I'd love to come back here when I'm in the area.

There is ample seating outdoors for brunch, and servers are nice. The breakfast sandwich is good, and their standouts are shakshuka (absolutely delicious!) and the chai latte. At first I didn’t understand how on earth a loaf of bread can cost $18 and being packaged as a gift?Well, I followed the instruction on best way to enjoy it. I finished 1/2 loaf in December and froze the other 1/2.Now it’s January, I took out the other 1/2 and let it defrost on its own over the counter, then sliced a thick slice, gently toasted and enjoyed it daily. Now, I’m eating the last piece. ?This is by far the BEST bread I have ever had!!! It’s unbelievable how well it freezes and it tastes as good as fresh! It is worth every dollar of it.
