“I came here with two friends and it was mostly empty at 7:10 pm on a Tuesday night!
Good:
- Food came out fast and it's as good as I remember!
- The egg tofu was so chewy and soft, and savory!
- The veggies here are tasty and healthy
- The fried rice was flavorful and well salted
Bad:
- It was hard to flag down a waiter
- Not a big fan of the salted egg yolk dish in the clay pot - just had a bit too strong of an aftertaste for me
Overall it's a casual place with good Asian food and predictable quality!“

“I feel cold little bit, so I needed GOOD CHICKEN SOUP to warm up. Their hotpot soup is made of chicken that has been cooked over 15-20 hours (based on their Manager). Best Soup ever!!
Moreover, the owner came to me personally and warmly asked about the service, as well as their upcoming holiday dish for Mid-Autumn Festival!! Highly Recommend to my friends and ppl here“

“One the best, higher-end Chinese restaurants in Palo Alto. They serve Chinese dishes from all over China, but impressively every dish tastes authentic and delicious. We had Peking duck and pork served with tissue paper thin crepes, cucumber slices and scallions (from China’s capital city), juicy pan fried pork buns and sweet and sour squirrel fish (from the east of China), spicy cabbage stir fry, pig intestines in spicy sauce and beef stir fry (from Sichuan and central China). They carved the duck in front of you and then used the duck carcass to make a very tasty tofu and Napa cabbage soup. The sweet mochi cake dessert was also some of the best I have had in the Bay Area. It’s a very popular restaurant and reservations are recommended. They have a couple of private dining rooms for large parties (at least 10 people). The prices on the higher end for Chinese food, but the taste and the quality of the food absolutely makes up for it.
Parking: Free street or garage parking on the next street
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and kids usually love the buns and Peking duck“

“Pick up order.
In time, very fresh, hot and sent out so that we could add sauce to each dish and not have “mush” when we got home. Sweet and Sour Pork had perfectly crispy fried pork and the best sweet and sour sauce, (without the scary claggy goop). Fresh vegetables, and excellent Hong Kong noodles with peppered beef.“

“You come across outstanding customer once every so often. Akiles was one of those outstanding experiences that needs to be noticed. I was told he was mentored through Camille who in the past has shown nothing but professional and outstanding customer service.now I know where Akiles got his experience. Please let them both know that I said Thank you

“Food is the better than any other panda I’ve been to, however the employees 2 female (Indian?) are very rude to customers as well as fellow coworkers. They should really stop being rude towards people, if they are not happy about the work they do they should change their profession. I felt very bad for the Indian male and Asian male working with these two young women. And please accept my apologies as I did not see name tag other than on Tanish.“

“This place is excellent! All food is made fresh so all customizations are possible. We are vegetarian and they were able to accommodate with no fish sauce in curries and pad Thai. I highly recommend the eggplant dish. Service was great, the waitress is kind and hasn't messed up an order a single time we have visited.
Vegetarian options: They have lots of options for vegetarians. Normally Thai food has fish sauce in curries, but they are able to remove it because they make everything fresh“
