“I came here with two friends and it was mostly empty at 7:10 pm on a Tuesday night!
Good:
- Food came out fast and it's as good as I remember!
- The egg tofu was so chewy and soft, and savory!
- The veggies here are tasty and healthy
- The fried rice was flavorful and well salted
Bad:
- It was hard to flag down a waiter
- Not a big fan of the salted egg yolk dish in the clay pot - just had a bit too strong of an aftertaste for me
Overall it's a casual place with good Asian food and predictable quality!“

“One the best, higher-end Chinese restaurants in Palo Alto. They serve Chinese dishes from all over China, but impressively every dish tastes authentic and delicious. We had Peking duck and pork served with tissue paper thin crepes, cucumber slices and scallions (from China’s capital city), juicy pan fried pork buns and sweet and sour squirrel fish (from the east of China), spicy cabbage stir fry, pig intestines in spicy sauce and beef stir fry (from Sichuan and central China). They carved the duck in front of you and then used the duck carcass to make a very tasty tofu and Napa cabbage soup. The sweet mochi cake dessert was also some of the best I have had in the Bay Area. It’s a very popular restaurant and reservations are recommended. They have a couple of private dining rooms for large parties (at least 10 people). The prices on the higher end for Chinese food, but the taste and the quality of the food absolutely makes up for it.
Parking: Free street or garage parking on the next street
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and kids usually love the buns and Peking duck“

“I had such a great experience here! The hotpot came in a beautifully designed pot that kept the broth bubbling and full of fresh vegetables, mushrooms, and bok choy. The beef was sliced perfectly thin, with great marbling for flavor, and the hand-pulled noodles were chewy and satisfying. Everything tasted fresh, clean, and high quality. The portion sizes were generous, and it felt like a balanced, hearty meal. On top of that, the presentation was gorgeous. The pot itself is a work of art. Definitely a spot I’d recommend for anyone craving comforting and authentic hotpot!“

“We CANNOT THANK Muhammad enough for going above and beyond for our student group. I accidentally ordered to the wrong location and Muhammad personally delivered our order to our classroom. Truly saved the day. And it was really yummy. THANK YOU!!“

“Our recent dinner at PF Chang's was a five-star experience from start to finish! The standout was undoubtedly our phenomenal waitress, Olga. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making our meal truly special with her exceptional service. Every recommendation she made was perfect, and she ensured our entire dining experience was seamless and enjoyable.
The food itself was absolutely incredible. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was a highlight – perfectly tender and coated in a delicious, well-balanced sauce. The Teriyaki Beef was equally impressive, offering a savory and tangy flavor that was utterly delightful. Paired with perfectly steamed rice and the refreshingly crisp lettuce cups, every bite was a testament to the quality and care put into each dish. We left completely satisfied and already planning our next visit, thanks to Olga and the amazing food!“

“Super Thai / Chinese blend of food; good quality; freshly cooked; nice ingredients and variety, especially in our vegetarian dishes. Calm and relaxed atmosphere of a family run place, served by owner herself ( Jenny), and not at all fast or felt rushed with service.
Hot n sour vegetarian soup, kumpao tofu, Singapore noddle were very well made. Would love to try other vegetarian options next time - eggplant, Tom kha soup and spring rolls. Even the spicy sauce is nicely done a bit sour goes well with all dishes and even plain jasmine rice.
Recommend for Palo Alto midtown folks to patronize this place. Open 7 days, hard working family run.“

“It's a refined place. Went during the week and had Two dishes. Forgot their names but they were really fresh and tasty. Bill was 100 bucks which means it's spendier than the average (I think. I'm not a local to Cali) but it was a treat!“
