The three-item braised platter with pig feet, pork stomach, and pork tongue was the highlight—everything was flavorful, tender, and well-seasoned. The signature eel claypot rice was delicious, with fragrant rice, savory sauce, and crispy bits at the bottom. The mushroom chicken claypot rice was also tasty and a milder option.

If you’re dining with two people, ordering the large size is a better value and makes it easier to share. Just note that the vegetable dishes can be a little pricey—the garlic stir-fried choy sum was $16. Overall, a great East Bay spot for comforting Chinese claypot rice and braised dishes.“

“This cozy breakfast spot specializes in Shanghainese comforts. Service is brisk and no-nonsense. We ordered a few staples — wontons, noodle soups and xiaolongbao — all of them competent and satisfying.

The pork kidney noodle soup is a rarity in the United States, though here the kidney is cut thick and left unstir-fried, so it contributes less flavor to the broth than it could. It is better treated almost as a side than as an integral part of the soup. The xiaolongbao are tasty, if more rustic in appearance than the finely pleated versions served at more polished places like Din Tai Fung.

“We really enjoyed our experience at LuLu's. I got the impression this is a place alot of locals go to which makes it more special in my eyes. We split the Golden Beet and Citrus Salad which the kitchen was nice enough to split it for us, giving each of us our own serving. My husband had the grilled octopus. He's hard to please and he said it was very good. I had the lobster tortelloni. The sauce was light with a hint of sweetness and the the tortelloni was stuffed with lobster meat. Execellent. Then came dessert. We had a slice of Key Lime pie and I can honestly say it was the best I have ever had. Even better then Key West Key Lime pie. Dense but creamy with just the right amount of key lime flavor. Not overpowering. Can't wait to go back when we visit HHI again.“

“The hype is real...the fish sandwich. The chicken sandwich is good too. The breading is nice and good quantity of fish / meat. Got there an hour before they closed and they were still bringing out more fish sandwiches. When i got there, there was maybe 8 people ahead of me but when i left, there was about 15 people deep. I got a few other items like the pork bun, cocktail bun, and pineapple bun. Didnt try yet so cant review those.“

“We ate at M Dumpling the other day because we wanted to try a new spot. The restaurant is not big in size, when we came inside there were about 5-6 tables of seating. It's clean and it was quite empty then, we were sat quickly.

We got: Special Combo (Original Pork Soup Dumpling, Pan Fried Beef Potstickers, Mochi Cake, Cucumber Salad), Braised Spicy Beef Noodle Soup, and Sauteed Mixed Veggie with Garlic.

The authenticity is there and I like how each dishes were cooked just the right way. The mixed veggie they've used a corn starch mix in the sauce that's poured over it and it's definitely a style of cooking for this dish that I haven't had in a while. They get an A+ for this dish.

There were no bad dishes on what we ordered and overall I gave the dishes a taste 5 out of 5 stars. I would compare this place to a mini Ding Tai Fung but at a more affordable and a family friendly restaurant.

It's definitely got my vote to visit again in the future. If you're craving some good XLB and dishes that you don't wanna wait for hours at Ding Tai Fung, this may be the local gem you've been searching for.“

“I thought about not writing this review because I don’t want yall to blow up my affordable Chinese food spot with amazing food. It’s hard to not want to gate keep this place.

Asia delight is a humble “point point” combo based Chinese food place. Think authentic Panda Express. Super affordable place where you can get a 2 item combo with chow mein/fried rice for $12.49. My go to is Chow mein, Chinese pork bbq, and the black pepper beef. This location appears to be the only one that carries the Chinese pork bbq.

On the side my wife and I split either the salt n pepper fish or chicken wings. A medium gets you about 6-8 pieces of chicken wings. Super solid and they don’t skimp on the amount on anything. So the value is there! Low key is enough to spread out into two meals.

Staff is direct and efficient. Quick with packing up your items and moving it to the cashiers for you to pay out. They have about 4-6 tables inside with chairs/slide in bench’s. Basically a quick spot to grab food and eat or take it to go.“
