“I really despise when the restaurant is fairly empty and the host sits everyone in the same section. I’ve never worked in this industry so I'm not sure of the reasoning behind the practice. It always bothers me but today in particular because the groups of people who the host chose to seat by me were wearing the loudest perfumes/colognes that really assaulted my senses. I was dining alone and enjoying the quietude and there was still plenty of empty seats in other parts of the restaurant. Sigh… Next time I'll order take out.“

I don't even live in this neighborhood, and I head here most mornings because it's a great start to the day. Always disappointed that the crust doesn't have the right amount of salt to balance the sweetness or that sweet gooey stuff around the pecans is artificial tasting or the pecans don't taste right. This pie is perfect from start to finish. It's made with real butter which I can taste. The pecans seem to be just slightly roasted and there's lots of them. I'm so happy with this place. I'm ready to try their other products. We ordered online and everything worked out perfectly. There's a bit of a line out the door but you have to understand why. It's just really really good. “Cozy boba shop that’s off the beaten path. Shares a Hong Kong milk tea with my sister here after lunch and ordered it to go. There’s a small amount of seating inside. I liked the creaminess of the drink and the boba was nice and chewy. It seems to be locally owned and I’m all about supporting small businesses. Credit cards are accepted.“

“I always make it a point to go to dots when I'm in town from Seattle, I was bummed to find out that their fair Oaks location closed but delighted to see this one here on Colorado. It's bigger with more food options, café style. The cupcakes of course are still delicious, lots of great options. Beautiful cafe, friendly service.“

The store-front is a cafe that belongs to a different business that is partnering with this baker. You have to go inside and let them know you are there to pickup your cake. The cafe store-frint sells good food and drink too, and the customer service was excellent.“

“I came here for the pan dulce. I thought it was a fair price for the bag and it tasted fresh and decent quality. I’m not sure how much each piece costs, next time I’ll ask. If you want cheaper bread it will not be as tasty. Street Parking is a little tight to get here, I wish it was a little easier. Also, their selection of pan dulce was less than I anticipated for a panaderia, perhaps they have low demand, but they have sufficient selection you have a pan dulce craving. I did think the conchas were superior to supermarket conchas. They are cash only, or Zelle, which I am not a huge fan of, but I can live with it, they are a small business, I think. They have a mural of La Virgen with flowers (offerings?) outside their store if you’re into that. Service was basic, I wasn’t greeted but didn’t expect to be. I will probably come again, for pan dulce.“
