“Showed up for our reservation and was given a short tour and option of where to sit. The large dining room was a bit too open, I think the room needs vertical lighting rather than all flush mounts. But back to the food and drinks- the cocktails were all so pretty and delicious. I had the Cacti kiss and Paloma, my husband the Cadillac margarita. All were fantastic. The guacamole was tasty. Could have used a few more chips. The best entree was the chicken taquitos. I could have had another plate of them. The steak tacos were tasty but the tortilla was a bit thin and fell apart. Don't skip dessert - the churros are the obvious choice. We didn't have extra time but i will be coming back and plan to order the corn bread. Overall a great date night stop, with plenty on the menu to look forward to coming back.“

“Planned a “Girls Trip” to San Francisco and arriving late in the evening. I knew we’d be hungry and wasn’t sure what would be open and didn’t want fast food. So I pre ordered their “To Go Box” Raquel was absolutely helpful and professional when corresponding to my inquiries. Had it delivered directly to the hotel and it was waiting at the front desk (refrigerated in the back) when we arrived. The hotel staff said this was the best and most beautiful charcuterie box she has ever seen! Oh how we enjoyed it once we were up in our room! Highly recommend and would definitely order from them again when in town!“

“This place is a hidden gem. My husband and I were visiting Danville today and stopped by this restaurant for dinner. The menu is delightful & the meal was delicious. This is a family owned business, and the owner spent much time traveling and working in hospitality overseas in a variety of different places,. The menu really highlights his comfort, creativity, and expertise in different cuisines. There were so many unique items to choose from, and one of the things I loved was that they had many gluten-free options clearly labeled on the menu. I highly recommend checking it out!“

“OMG 😳 The Ceviche (not counting my wife’s handmade ceviche) is the best I have ever tasted, and I’ve tasted a lot of ceviche. It’s soooo good. I had the Mango 🥭 Avocado 🥑 Shrimp 🍤 Ceviche it was like an explosion of flavors in my mouth, I couldn’t stop eating it. Great tacos 🌮 everything was beyond my expectations. I have probably walked by Puesto’s a hundred times but not anymore it will be my restaurant of choice when in Concord you have to try it. Sorry no picture of the Ceviche 😋“

“Totally worth the drive to fish and see Barbara when they open for lunch.. Barbara is totally awesome. Cash only don't worry. There is ATM in the back. Large food and alcohol selection. We had no problems finding a seat on a Saturday afternoon. Plenty of amazing outside seating looking at the lake. Side note my friend comes here occasionally and fishes on the straight. He took me here today and we almost caught a Sturgeon together.“

“My family and I were celebrating my 69th birthday prior to attending the Lesher theater on Friday, December 12th. When I made the reservation, the only option was to sit outside. It was very chilly that night so we opted to eat at the bar instead. Lupita, the hostess, and staff went out of their way to put 2 tables together so we could eat indoors and all at one table.
In addition to the lovely staff, the food was delicious and the wait staff was very attentive. Many thanks to everyone for making my birthday dinner feel special.“

“Our first visit last night. If you want real Mexican food, this is the spot. We tried the Quesabirria and the street tacos and honestly it doesn’t get better than this. What really makes this place special is that it’s family owned and you can feel it. Mom is in the kitchen cooking everything herself and it shows. The food tastes cared for. “Loved our experience but the only negative is it gets loud and I found myself talking loud. Given that the tables are so close to each other, I think everyone talks louder to be heard. Everything else was amazing and I'd still tell everyone to go. :)“

“The food was absolutely delicious. We had the quesadilla and artichoke as appetizers 2 of us had the short ribs, one had the salmon, and one had the lamb shank. For dessert we had the pear tarte and the creme brulee. We were all extremely pleased with everything. The service was a little slow as far as taking our order and our waiter could have been a bit more attentive, but we will definitely be back!“

Their drinks also have a personalized touch, definitely try the tamarind and hibiscus mocktail. For sushi rolls, the 49er and the Hakashi roll are must-tries, with the Hakashi roll being my personal favorite.“

“Nice little neighborhood bar in downtown Benicia off first street. Open pretty late but still closes earlier than 2am. They have late night eats, TVs, and a happy hour menu. The bartenders were friendly and helped us with our drinks and their food menu didn’t look bad. Both indoor and outdoor space. Parking isn’t too hard as there is plenty of street parking around this area. Their starburst, gummy bear, and green tea shots during happy hour are $5 and pretty tasty and sweet.“

It was very rude and then she told us she had to leave at 730 when she handed us the bill. It was too bad because we wanted to enjoy the food and drinks. Tucked away in a parking lot off of the main street. Turn down sos drive and left into the parking lot halfway down the hill, and you'll find it.“
